Abstract
本发明涉及一种HJT用封装胶膜。在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种HJT用封装胶膜及制备方法,该封装胶膜应能解决封装胶膜与HJT电池粘结力低,酸性腐蚀及水汽透过率低的问题;同时减少封装胶膜生产中的助剂异味,提升生产车间的环境适应性;该制备方法应具有工艺流程简单、生产效率高的特点。技术方案是:一种HJT用封装胶膜,包括第一粘结层、聚烯烃层、第二粘结层。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种HJT用封装胶膜,具体是封装HJT电池用封装胶膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
太阳能组件由钢化玻璃、封装胶膜、电池片、封装胶膜和TPT背板五层材料按顺序叠放后压合而成,其中电池片技术发展由PERC开始朝TOPCon及HJT转变,其中HJT电池又被称为光伏异质结电池,HJT电池有着转换效率高、工艺流程简单、降本空间大、光致衰减更低、低温系数、稳定性高等特点,称为未来电池片发展的主流技术之一。
太阳能电池封装胶膜以EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copo;乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)及POE(乙烯与辛烯共聚物)为主要材料;EVA与POE具有透明、柔软、有热熔粘结性,熔融温度低,熔融流动性好的等特点,这些特征满足了胶膜制造与太阳能电池封装的需求。但是EVA因为含有醋酸,容易对组件焊带及电池片栅线产生腐蚀,且自身体积电阻率低,水汽透过率高,在双玻(由两块玻璃制成的组件,使用玻璃替代背板层)应用上具有缺陷;而POE虽然无酸性物质存在,体积电阻率高且水汽透过率低,但是由于自身非极性特点,助剂易析出,制备出的封装胶膜易打滑,在应用端一直无法解决。
HJT电池表面为TCO层加银栅线,使用常规的EVA胶膜进行封装存在粘结力低的情况,且HJT电池对于水汽较敏感,纯EVA胶膜的水汽透过率较高,不利于HJT电池的保护。EVA胶膜中游离醋酸也易形成栅线的腐蚀,对于封装胶膜耐酸、抗水汽及高粘结提出了更高要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种HJT用封装胶膜及制备方法,该封装胶膜应能解决封装胶膜与HJT电池粘结力低,酸性腐蚀及水汽透过率低的问题;同时减少封装胶膜生产中的助剂异味,提升生产车间的环境适应性;该制备方法应具有工艺流程简单、生产效率高的特点。
本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种HJT用封装胶膜,包括第一粘结层、聚烯烃层、第二粘结层:
所述第一粘结层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:EVA树脂100份、交联剂0.5~0.8份、助交联剂0.3~0.7份、紫外光吸收剂0.1~0.9份、光稳定剂0.1~0.9份、抗氧剂0.01~0.1份、粘结剂0.1~0.5份、缓释抗酸成分0.01~0.2份、气味掩盖剂0.01~0.1份;所述聚烯烃层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:聚烯烃树脂100份、交联剂0.5~0.9份、助交联剂0.4~0.9份、紫外光吸收剂0.1~0.3份、光稳定剂0.1~0.4份、增粘剂0.1~0.6份;所述第二粘结层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:EVA树脂100份、交联剂0.5~0.8份、助交联剂0.3~0.7份、紫外光吸收剂0.1~0.9份、光稳定剂0.1~0.9份、抗氧剂0.01~0.1份、偶联剂0.1~0.5份、缓释抗酸成分0.01~0.2份、气味掩盖剂0.01~0.1份。
所述EVA树脂的熔值为5g/10min~30g/10min。
所述聚烯烃树脂为乙烯-辛烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-丁烯共聚物或乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物中的一种或几种,熔值为5g/10min~40g/10min。
优选地,所述聚烯烃树脂为POE(乙烯与辛烯共聚物),融指为10g/10min~20g/10min。
优选地,所述封装胶膜的整体厚度为0.45~0.9mm。
优选地,所诉第一粘结层厚度为0.1~0.4mm,第二粘结层厚度为0.1~0.4mm,聚烯烃层厚度为0.2~0.4mm。
更优选地,所诉第一粘结层厚度为0.2~0.3mm,第二粘结层厚度为0.2~0.3mm,聚烯烃层厚度为0.2~0.3mm。
优选地,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、2,5-二叔丁基过氧化-2,5-二甲基己烷、过氧化碳酸-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯、过氧化2-乙基己酸叔丁酯、过氧化(2-乙基己基)碳酸特戊酯、叔丁基过氧化异丙苯、丁基-4,4-双(叔丁基过氧基)戊酸酯、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯中的两种任意比例的混合。
优选地,所述紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、3,5二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸-2,4-二叔丁基苯酯中的一种或两种任意比例的的混合。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、2,2-亚甲基-双(-4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸十八酯中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
优选地,所述偶联剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种。
优选地,所述增粘剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基环四硅氧烷中的一种或两种任意比例的混合。
优选地,所述助交联剂为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三烯丙基氰脲酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯中的任一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
优选地,所述光稳定剂为癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯、N,N’-双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-1,6-己二胺和三(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)亚磷酸酯中的一种或两种任意比例的混合。
优选地,所述粘结剂为二官能团丙烯酸类或三官能团丙烯酸类单体、顺丁烯二酸酐和钛酸酯类偶联剂中的一种或两种任意比例的混合。
优选地,所述缓释抗酸成分由抗酸剂与多孔载体混合而成,抗酸剂与多孔载体的重量比为1∶1~9:抗酸剂为乙酸钠、叔丁醇钾、1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯、4-二甲氨基吡啶中的一种或两种任意比例的混合;多孔载体为沸石、麦饭石、硅藻土、分子筛、磷酸锆、多孔微珠、多孔氧化铝中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
优选的,所述多孔载体为沸石、麦饭石、分子筛中的至少一种,更优选为沸石中的天然斜发沸石。
优选的,所述多孔载体的平均粒径为0.3~0.9mm,更优选为0.5~0.7mm。
缓释抗酸成分制备方法为:一定比例的抗酸剂与多孔载体分别加入不锈钢搅拌器,在搅拌装置内缓慢共混,搅拌速率为10转/min-20转/min,搅拌时间为5-30min,搅拌完成后作为缓释抗酸成分备用。
优选地,所述气味掩盖剂,由薄荷醇、2-苯基乙醇苯乙酸酯、香茅醛、乙基香兰素、二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯中的一种或两种任意比例的混合。
HJT用封装胶膜的制作方法,其步骤是:第一粘结层以及第二粘结层中的各类助剂与EVA树脂经过混料机混合均匀,静置四小时后分别作为第一粘结层与第二粘结层的混合料;聚烯烃层中的各类助剂与聚烯烃树脂经过混料机混合均匀,静置八小时后作为聚烯烃层的混合料;三种混合料经三螺杆分别进料,通过共挤模头挤出,采用压花辊牵引、冷却辊冷却成膜。
所述第一粘结层与第二粘结层的组分的熔融温度为55~90℃;所述聚烯烃层的组分的熔融温度为55~110℃。
本发明的有益效果是:所提供的封装胶膜,综合EVA及聚烯烃的各自特点,解决了封装胶膜与HJT电池粘结力低、酸性腐蚀及水汽透过率低的问题,并且降低了老化后组件的功率衰减;气味掩盖剂的加入,提升了生产环境的舒适度;所提供的制备方法具有工艺流程简单、生产效率高的特点。
具体实施方式
本发明的思路是:通过改进配方,提升EVA与HJT电池的粘结力,克服TCO层常规封装胶膜粘结不够的缺点,添加缓释抗酸成分与聚烯烃层来提升封装胶膜的老化性能,降低腐蚀性,三层结构综合EVA及聚烯烃特性,提供综合性能优异的HJT用封装胶膜;该方法效果明显,能够提高HJT用封装胶膜的核心竞争力,帮助客户组件产品具备优异的长期稳定性,减少脱层及热斑问题,使得企业效率和收益提高,同时气味掩盖剂的加入可以让封装胶膜的生产环境得到较大提升,减少工人的不舒适度,同时客户使用过程中也能够获得相关益处。

本发明的具体实施例中,缓释抗酸成分制备方法为:一定比例的抗酸剂与多孔载体分别加入不锈钢搅拌器,在搅拌装置内缓慢共混,使得抗酸剂被多孔载体吸收(被吸收的抗酸剂,在以后电池片工作过程中再慢慢释放出来,同时胶膜中释放的醋酸也可以被多孔载体吸收,从而降低封装胶膜的酸性腐蚀);搅拌速率为10转/min-20转/min,搅拌时间为5-30min,搅拌完成后作为缓释抗酸成分备用。
实施例1
一种HJT用封装胶膜,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
将按比例混合的第一粘结层、聚烯烃层、第二粘结层的物料分别投入三层共挤流延机的三台单螺杆挤出机内,分别进行加热熔融,输送至分配器,通过分配器分配三层封装胶膜的物料比例,将第一粘结层分配至上层,将聚烯烃层分配至中层,将第二粘结层分配至下层,最后经过共挤模头汇合,利用钢辊(温度为30~60℃)与胶辊(温度为0~30℃)进行压花、牵引、冷却进行冷却成膜,制得封装HJT用封装胶膜。
其中,第一粘结层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:EVA树脂100份、交联剂叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯0.5份、助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.7份、紫外光吸收剂2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮0.2份、光稳定剂癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯0.1份、抗氧剂三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯0.1份、粘结剂异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)0.1份、抗酸剂叔丁醇钾0.01份与平均粒径0.5mm的天然斜发沸石混合物0.02份、薄荷醇0.02份;

具体的,制得的HJT用封装胶膜中,第一粘结层的厚度为0.2mm,聚烯烃层的厚度为0.25mm,第三粘结层厚度为0.2mm。

实施例2参考实施例1提供的封装HJT电池用封装胶膜及其制备方法,区别仅在于:第一粘结层、第二粘结层、聚烯烃层的组分和用量不同。

实施例4
实施例4参考实施例1提供的封装HJT电池用封装胶膜及其制备方法,区别仅在于:第一粘结层、第二粘结层的组分和用量不同。
其中,第一粘结层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:EVA树脂100份、交联剂过氧化2-乙基己酸叔丁酯0.6份、助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.5份、紫外光吸收剂2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮0.1份、光稳定剂癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯0.2份、抗氧剂3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸十八酯0.02份、粘结剂丙氧基化甘油三丙烯酸酯0.5份、抗酸剂1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯0.05份与平均粒径0.5mm的麦饭石混合物0.05份、乙基香兰素0.02份、薄荷醇0.01份;
所述聚烯烃层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:POE树脂100份、交联剂过氧化(2-乙基己基)碳酸特戊酯0.5份与过氧化2-乙基己酸叔丁酯0.3份、助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.7份、紫外光吸收剂2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮0.1份、光稳定剂癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯0.2份、增粘剂乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷0.5份;
所述第二粘结层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:EVA树脂100份、交联剂过氧化2-乙基己酸叔丁酯0.6份、助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.6份、紫外光吸收剂2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮0.1份、光稳定剂癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯0.2份、抗氧剂3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸十八酯0.02份、偶联剂γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、抗酸剂1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯0.05份与平均粒径0.5mm的麦饭石混合物0.05份、乙基香兰素0.01份、薄荷醇0.02份。
对比例1
对比例1的封装胶膜为厚度为0.6mm的单层EVA,该EVA层的组分和配比同实施例1中的第一粘结层。
对比例2
对比例1的封装胶膜为厚度为0.6mm的单层EVA,该EVA层的组分和配比同实施例1中的第二粘结层。
对比例3
对比例1的封装胶膜为厚度为0.6mm的单层聚烯烃,该聚烯烃层的组分和配比同实施例1中的聚烯烃层。
对比例4
对比例4的封装胶膜参考实施例1,区别在于:第一粘结层与第二粘结层无缓释抗酸成分。
经过各项测试,实施例1~实施例4与对比例1~对比例4生产得到太阳能电池封装胶膜的技术性能参数见表1
1、与HJT电池片的剥离强度:
试样制作:取实施例1-4和对比例1-4制得的封装胶膜样品,按照GB/T29848-2018的试验方法,按“钢化玻璃/对比例1制得的胶膜样品/HJT电池片/双面离型膜/实施例1-4和对比例1-4制得的胶膜样品/CPC背板”的次序放入真空层压机内,在142℃下层压16min。其中,双面离型膜提前划开1cm宽,15cm长的缺口以保证封装胶膜与电池片接触1cm宽度的若干长条,接触部分不含电池片表面栅线处;实施例1-4和对比例4制得的封装胶膜样品叠放方式:第一粘结层与HJT电池片表面接触,第二粘结层与背板表面接触。
测试方法:
使用CMT2203型万能电子拉伸机,并根据GB/T2790-1995规定的实验步骤,拉伸速度为100mm/min,测试3个试样取算术平均值,得到封装胶膜样品与HJT电池片的剥离强度。
2、与HJT电池片的剥离强度衰减:
取实施例1-4和对比例1-4中的封装胶膜样品,按照GB/T29848-2018的试验方法,将“与HJT电池片的剥离强度的试样层压件”放入PCT老化试验箱中,设定试验条件:温度121℃、相对湿度99%~100%,试验48h;老化结束后,在23℃±5℃,相对湿度<70%的敞开环境下恢复2~4h后,进行与HJT电池片的剥离强度测试。

从表1可以看出,常规EVA胶膜对于HJT电池的粘结强度较低,经过粘结剂的调整,能够将封装胶膜与HJT电池的粘结力提升。
1、组件封装
封装双玻组件,分别采用实施例1~4与对比例1~4的封装胶膜,按照相同的常规工艺进行封装双玻组件,封装时本发明的封装胶膜与HJT电池接触,对比例2与玻璃接触,叠合后放入真空层压机内,在145℃下层压16min。
2、DH老化试验
根据标准GB/T29848-2018,将实施例1~4和对比例1~4的组件放置入高温高湿双85老化试验箱中,实验条件:温度85℃,相对湿度85%,实验时间1000h。老化结束后,在23℃±5℃,相对湿度<70%的敞开环境下恢复2~4h后,进行组件功率测试。
3、组件功率测试
将实施例1~4和对比例1~4的组件采用功率模拟器测量组件DH老化前后的正面功率,由老化前后功率计算出衰减率。
表2不同双玻组件的测试结果
从表2可以看出,采用缓释抗酸成分能够有效降低老化后组件的功率衰减,虽然纯聚烯烃胶膜(对比例3)封装的HJT电池衰减较小,但是本身的易滑移及非极性特点会造成组件不良,采用三层结构封装胶膜能够取得综合性能较好的结果,具备较好的实用效果。
虽然已经参照以上实施方式说明了本发明,但是,应该理解的是本发明不限于所公开的实施方式。所附权利要求书的范围应在最宽泛的范围内进行解释,以涵盖所有变型、等同结构和功能。
Claims (10)
1.一种HJT用封装胶膜,包括第一粘结层、聚烯烃层、第二粘结层:
所述第一粘结层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:EVA树脂100份、交联剂0.5~0.8份、助交联剂0.3~0.7份、紫外光吸收剂0.1~0.9份、光稳定剂0.1~0.9份、抗氧剂0.01~0.1份、粘结剂0.1~0.5份、缓释抗酸成分0.01~0.2份、气味掩盖剂0.01~0.1份;
所述聚烯烃层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:聚烯烃树脂100份、交联剂0.5~0.9份、助交联剂0.4~0.9份、紫外光吸收剂0.1~0.3份、光稳定剂0.1~0.4份、增粘剂0.1~0.6份;
所述第二粘结层由按重量份数计的如下组分制得:EVA树脂100份、交联剂0.5~0.8份、助交联剂0.3~0.7份、紫外光吸收剂0.1~0.9份、光稳定剂0.1~0.9份、抗氧剂0.01~0.1份、偶联剂0.1~0.5份、缓释抗酸成分0.01~0.2份、气味掩盖剂0.01~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的HJT用封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述EVA树脂的熔值为5g/10min~30g/10min;
所述聚烯烃树脂为乙烯-辛烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-丁烯共聚物或乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物中的一种或几种,熔值为5g/10min~40g/10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的HJT用封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述第一粘结层厚度为0.1~0.4mm,第二粘结层厚度为0.1~0.4mm,聚烯烃层厚度为0.2~0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的HJT用封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、2,5-二叔丁基过氧化-2,5-二甲基己烷、过氧化碳酸-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯、过氧化2-乙基己酸叔丁酯、过氧化(2-乙基己基)碳酸特戊酯、叔丁基过氧化异丙苯、丁基-4,4-双(叔丁基过氧基)戊酸酯、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯中的两种任意比例的混合;
所述紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、3,5二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸-2,4-二叔丁基苯酯中的一种或两种任意比例的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的HJT用封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、2,2-亚甲基-双(-4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、3,5-二特丁基-4-羟基苯丙酸十八酯中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合;
所述偶联剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的HJT用封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基环四硅氧烷中的一种或两种任意比例的混合;
所述助交联剂为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、三烯丙基氰脲酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯中的任一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的HJT用封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述光稳定剂为癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯、N,N’-双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-1,6-己二胺和三(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)亚磷酸酯中的一种或两种任意比例的混合;
所述粘结剂为二官能团丙烯酸类或三官能团丙烯酸类单体、顺丁烯二酸酐和钛酸酯类偶联剂中的一种或两种任意比例的混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的HJT用封装胶膜,其特征在于:所述缓释抗酸成分由抗酸剂与多孔载体混合而成,抗酸剂与多孔载体的重量比为1∶1~9:所述多孔载体的平均粒径为0.3~0.9mm;
所述抗酸剂为乙酸钠、叔丁醇钾、1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯、4-二甲氨基吡啶中的一种或两种任意比例的混合;多孔载体为沸石、麦饭石、硅藻土、分子筛、磷酸锆、多孔微珠、多孔氧化铝中的一种或两种以上任意比例的混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的HJT用封装胶膜的制作方法,其特征在于:所述缓释抗酸成分制备方法为:一定比例的抗酸剂与多孔载体分别加入不锈钢搅拌器,在搅拌装置内缓慢共混,搅拌速率为10转/min-20转/min,搅拌时间为5-30min,搅拌完成后作为缓释抗酸成分备用。
10.HJT用封装胶膜的制作方法,其步骤是:第一粘结层以及第二粘结层中的各类助剂与EVA树脂经过混料机混合均匀,静置四小时后分别作为第一粘结层与第二粘结层的混合料;聚烯烃层中的各类助剂与聚烯烃树脂经过混料机混合均匀,静置八小时后作为聚烯烃层的混合料;三种混合料经三螺杆分别进料,通过共挤模头挤出,采用压花辊牵引、冷却辊冷却成膜;
所述第一粘结层与第二粘结层的组分的熔融温度为55~90℃;所述聚烯烃层的组分的熔融温度为55~110℃。
