The preparation material of the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is composed of clematis root, curcuma aromatica, heracleum hemsleyanum michaux, notopterygium root, monkshood, cassia twig, panax notoginseng, myrrh, frankincense, peach kernel, safflower, folium artemisiae argyi, pseudo-ginseng and turmeric, and the components of the materials are as follows: 18 parts of clematis root, 8 parts of radix curcumae, 4 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 6 parts of notopterygium root, 6 parts of monkshood, 10 parts of frankincense, 2 parts of cassia twig, 6 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 2 parts of myrrh, 9 parts of peach kernel, 12 parts of safflower, 9 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 6 parts of pseudo-ginseng and 2 parts of turmeric, wherein the peach kernel and the safflower have the effects of dredging the channels and collaterals and removing rheumatism, the radix clematidis can not only dredge the channels and collaterals but also remove rheumatism, and has the effects of treating the unfavorable joint movement, red swelling and hot pain caused by rheumatic arthritis, the radix curcumae, the radix angelicae pubescentis, the notopterygium root, the radix aconiti, the cassia twig, the pseudo-ginseng, the myrrh and the frankincense can dredge the channels and relieve the anchylosis, and the folium artemisiae argyi, the pseudo-ginseng and the turmeric can play the effect of relieving ache, so that a better using effect can be achieved for different users.
The preservative is one of methyl hydroxybenzoate, diazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol and methylisothiazolinone, the emulsifier is one of tween-80 and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, and the stabilizer is one of sodium metabisulfite, butylated hydroxyanisole and tert-butylhydroquinone.

s6: and (3) sterilizing the traditional Chinese medicine emulsion obtained in the step S5 by using a UHT ultrahigh-temperature instant sterilization method to obtain a finished emulsion, detecting the finished emulsion, and packaging and warehousing after the finished emulsion is detected to be qualified.
Example two
The components of each material are as follows: 36% of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, 55.5% of vaseline, 5.5% of emulsifier, 0.9% of preservative, 1.4% of stabilizer and 0.7% of peppermint oil.
The method comprises the following steps:
s1: purchasing preparation materials of the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, pouring the preparation materials of the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution into a grinder according to a proportion, and grinding at a grinding speed of 200 revolutions per minute for 18 minutes to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine mixture for later use;

s6: and (3) sterilizing the traditional Chinese medicine emulsion obtained in the step S5 by using a UHT ultrahigh-temperature instant sterilization method to obtain a finished emulsion, detecting the finished emulsion, and packaging and warehousing after the finished emulsion is detected to be qualified.
EXAMPLE III
38% of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, 54% of vaseline, 4.7% of emulsifier, 0.9% of preservative, 1.6% of stabilizer and 0.8% of peppermint oil.
