技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有牡丹提取物的护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
牡丹花花色泽艳丽,玉笑珠香,风流潇洒,富丽堂皇,素有“花中之王”的美誉。牡丹籽是牡丹的种子。以牡丹籽为原料提取得到的牡丹提取物其有效成分是牡丹籽油,牡丹籽油具有极高的应用价值。牡丹籽油具有降低血脂、降低胆固醇,预防心脑血管疾病的作用。牡丹籽油中含有的亚麻酸可以有效降低血脂血压。同时牡丹籽油还具有抗氧化、延缓衰老的作用。牡丹籽油中除了含有高达80%的不饱和脂肪酸外,还含有齐墩果酸、山奈酚、反式白藜芦醇、顺式葡根素、豆甾醇、胡萝卜苷等多种化学成分和其他药理活性物质,如芪类和黄酮类。将其用于护肤品可以达到保湿、柔润、滋养、抗氧化、消除皱纹、紧致肌肤的效果,从而延缓肌肤衰老。
尽管牡丹提取物(牡丹籽油)在抗氧化、延缓肌肤衰老方面具有很好的效果,但是将多种植物提取物配伍使用,能够达到增效甚至协同增效的作用。例如,中国发明专利CN201810965442.8(公开日)提供了一种添加中药提取物的保健护肤品,该护肤品中含有由马齿苋提取物、黄连提取物、皂刺提取物和丹皮酚组成的天然有效成分,通过控制各组分的配比用量,使各组分在充分发挥各自的基础功效之外,能够协同增效,有效调节人体内分泌,从根本上起到祛斑美白的作用。但是,并非任意的植物提取物配伍使用均能达到增效的效果,如果配伍不当还可能导致降效。

本发明的目的在于提供一种含有牡丹提取物的护肤品及其制备方法,提高现有护肤产品的抗氧化、抗衰老能力。

本发明还提供了一种所述的含有牡丹提取物的护肤品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取异戊二醇、丙二醇、水解透明质酸钠、透明质酸钠、乙酰壳糖胺、乳酸钠、辛甘醇、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、卡波姆、EDTA二钠和水混合溶解,然后加入PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、1,2-己二醇和对羟基苯乙酮乳化;
(2)将乳化后的混合物与丝氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、棕榈酰三肽-5、乙酰基六肽-8混合;
(3)在步骤(2)冷却后的混合物中加入海藻糖、烟酰胺、牡丹提取物、忍冬花提取物、川赤芍根提取物、升麻提取物、酵母发酵产物提取物、马齿苋提取物、二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、糖类同分异构体,即制备得到含有牡丹提取物的护肤品。
优选的,所述溶解的温度为80~90℃,溶解时间为5~10min。
优选的,所述乳化采用剪切乳化,所述剪切乳化的转速为1300~2300rpm。
优选的,所述剪切乳化的温度为60~70℃,乳化的时间为20~30min。
优选的,步骤(3)中所述冷却后的混合物的温度为40~50℃。
本发明提供了一种含有牡丹提取物的护肤品,其中包含了牡丹提取物、忍冬花提取物、川赤芍根提取物、升麻提取物、酵母发酵产物提取物、马齿苋提取物、二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物等功效成分,尤其牡丹等植物提取物添加后显著提高了对DPPH自由基的清除率,增强了护肤品的抗氧化活性。因此,本发明提供了一种抗氧化活性强,具有延缓皮肤衰老作用的牡丹提取物护肤品。

将异戊二醇、丙二醇、水解透明质酸钠、透明质酸钠、乙酰壳糖胺、乳酸钠、辛甘醇、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、卡波姆、EDTA二钠和水混合加热至90℃溶解5min。然后加入PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、1,2-己二醇和对羟基苯乙酮进行剪切乳化,控制剪切乳化的转速为1500rpm,温度为70℃,时间为30min。在乳化后的混合物中加入丝氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、棕榈酰三肽-5、乙酰基六肽-8混合均匀,冷却至40℃后,加入海藻糖、烟酰胺、牡丹提取物、忍冬花提取物、川赤芍根提取物、升麻提取物、酵母发酵产物提取物、马齿苋提取物、二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、糖类同分异构体,混合均匀,继续冷却至20℃,即制备得到含有牡丹提取物的护肤品。
实验例1
测定实施例1~3制备的含有牡丹提取物的护肤品的抗氧化活性。
配置DPPH溶液:精密称取DPPH粉末0.0100g,置于250ml容量瓶中,加入95%乙醇溶解,并定容至250ml。
配置待测样品:分别取实施例1~3制备的样品用蒸馏水配成5%(v/v)的待测液。
取4.0ml DPPH溶液和1.0ml待测样液,混合均匀,避光放置30min,以95%的乙醇溶液为参比,测定517nm处的吸光度值。同时设置4.0ml 95%乙醇溶液和1.0ml待测样液组,用于消除背景影响。按照如下公式,计算DPPH自由基清除率。
DPPH自由基清除率%=[1-(待测液吸光度-背景吸光度)]/参比吸光度×100%

因此,本发明提供的含有牡丹提取物的护肤品对DPPH自由基清除率较高,具有较强的抗氧化能力。
实验例2
为了筛选得到抗氧化活性强的护肤品,本发明前期将牡丹提取物与多种植物提取物配伍检测其DPPH自由基清除率。现将典型对比例总结如下:
预配方1:与实施例1相比没有使用忍冬花提取物、川赤芍根提取物、升麻提取物、马齿苋提取物。
预配方2:与实施例1相比没有使用川赤芍根提取物、升麻提取物、马齿苋提取物。
预配方3:与实施例1相比没有使用忍冬花提取物。
预配方4:与实施例1相比没有使用忍冬花提取物,代替与牡丹提取物配伍的是金银花提取物0.2份。
预配方5:与实施例1相比没有使用川赤芍根提取物、升麻提取物、马齿苋提取物,代替与牡丹提取物配伍的是金银花提取物0.05份、红花提取物0.5份、党参提取物0.3份。
预配方6:与实施例1相比没有使用忍冬花提取物、川赤芍根提取物、升麻提取物、马齿苋提取物,代替与牡丹提取物配伍的是川芎提取物0.2份、红花提取物0.05份、厚朴提取物0.3份、党参提取物1.5份和天麻提取物0.1份。
同时按照实验例1的方法检测各预配方的DPPH自由基清除率。

由此可见,不同的植物提取物配伍使用对DPPH自由基的清除率具有不同的效果,而本发明筛选得到的护肤品配方能够极显著的提高对DPPH自由基的清除率,具有更强的抗氧化活性。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种含有牡丹提取物的护肤品,其特征在于,由包括如下重量份的原料制备得到:海藻糖0.1~2份、烟酰胺0.5~5份、牡丹提取物0.02~1份、忍冬花提取物0.01~1份、川赤芍根提取物0.005~1份、升麻提取物0.045~1份、酵母发酵产物提取物0.1~3份、马齿苋提取物0.045~1份、二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物0.15~0.8份、糖类同分异构体0.05~0.5份、柠檬酸0.1~0.8份、香精0.01~0.1份、丝氨酸0.05~1份、甘氨酸0.01~1份、精氨酸0.01~1份、天冬氨酸0.1~1份、缬氨酸0.04~0.5份、异亮氨酸0.01~0.8份、亮氨酸0.1~0.5份、丙氨酸0.01~0.1份、谷氨酸0.02~0.09份、脯氨酸0.01~0.08份、棕榈酰三肽-50.001~0.01份、乙酰基六肽-80.001~0.01份、PEG-40-氢化蓖麻油1~5份、1,2-己二醇0.5~0.8份、对羟基苯乙酮0.6~0.8份、异戊二醇1~5份、丙二醇1~5份、水解透明质酸钠0.01~0.1份、透明质酸钠0.01~0.1份、乙酰壳糖胺0.5~5份、乳酸钠0.00001~0.00003、辛甘醇0.1~0.5份、丁二醇2~4份、甘油2~4份、黄原胶0.01~0.1份、卡波姆0.02~0.5份、EDTA二钠0.01~0.05份、水100~200份。
2.一种权利要求1所述的含有牡丹提取物的护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)取异戊二醇、丙二醇、水解透明质酸钠、透明质酸钠、乙酰壳糖胺、乳酸钠、辛甘醇、丁二醇、甘油、黄原胶、卡波姆、EDTA二钠和水混合溶解,然后加入PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、1,2-己二醇和对羟基苯乙酮乳化;
(2)将乳化后的混合物与丝氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、棕榈酰三肽-5、乙酰基六肽-8混合;
(3)在步骤(2)冷却后的混合物中加入海藻糖、烟酰胺、牡丹提取物、忍冬花提取物、川赤芍根提取物、升麻提取物、酵母发酵产物提取物、马齿苋提取物、二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、糖类同分异构体,即制备得到含有牡丹提取物的护肤品。
3.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶解的温度为80~90℃,溶解时间为5~10min。
4.如权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化采用剪切乳化,所述剪切乳化的转速为1300~2300rpm。
5.如权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述剪切乳化的温度为60~70℃,乳化的时间为20~30min。
6.如权利要求2~5任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述冷却后的混合物的温度为40~50℃。
