Abstract
本发明提供一种肠道内容物分离回收装置及方法,该分离回收装置包括除杂模块和目标内容物收集模块;该除杂模块除去肠道内容物的杂质部分,该除杂模块具有错流过滤结构;该目标内容物收集模块主要由微孔膜错流过滤器构成。该方法采用粗滤、错流细滤的方式除去肠道内容物中的杂质,然后采用微孔膜错流过滤器获得浓缩液,收集目标内容物。该微孔膜具有海绵状多孔结构,与错流过滤相配合,能够快速有效实现肠道内容物中的菌群的分离、回收,所分离回收的菌群干粉占初始的湿肠道内容物的百分比至少是10%‑20%,含菌量至少为1011个/1g干粉。
