Abstract
本发明公开了一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括1‑3份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、2‑4份动物双歧杆菌Bb‑12、6‑7份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1‑2份乳双歧杆菌Bi‑07、3‑7份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2‑4份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5‑7份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、6‑9份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、1‑3份短双歧杆菌M‑16V。本发明采用上述的一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,携带方便,可改善胃肠环境,可在人体内生产出各种消化酶,帮助消化吸收,强壮身体。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食用菌粉技术领域,尤其是涉及一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉。
背景技术
乳酸菌是人体肠道正常菌群的主要微生物,对人体具有很多有益作用,包括排阻、抑制外来致病菌、提供维生素等营养,可以产生淀粉酶、蛋白酶等有助于消化的酶类,分解有毒或致癌物质,产生有机酸、降低肠道pH和促进肠道的正常蠕动,刺激机体的免疫系统并提高免疫力。
对于活性乳酸菌饮料而言,在保藏过程中需要大量的投入,不仅需要低温保藏,并且,产品储存过程中继续发酵影响口味、品质等问题。因此,性能稳定的乳酸菌固体保健饮料具有重要的意义。另外,乳酸菌进入在胃肠环境中容易失活,不能发挥有效作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,携带方便,可改善胃肠环境,可在人体内生产出各种消化酶,帮助消化吸收,强壮身体。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括1-3份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、2-4份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6-7份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1-2份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、3-7份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2-4份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5-7份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、6-9份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、1-3份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
优选的,菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括1份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、4份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6份乳双歧杆菌HN019、2份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、3份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、6份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、3份短双歧杆菌M-16V。

优选的,还包括辅料,辅料包括但不限于乳清粉、乳糖、白砂糖、葡萄糖、玉米淀粉、麦芽糊精、抗性糊精、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、水苏糖、海藻糖。
因此,本发明采用上述一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,保证活菌的数量足够的同时,还相互协同,维持肠胃菌群平衡,改善胃肠环境,可在人体内生产出各种消化酶,促进人体的消化吸收,强壮身体,并具有减肥排毒的作用。
其中,嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM活性高,通过代谢产物乳酸可以抑制其他有害细菌。同时,抗酸、抗胆盐能力强,能够较好的附着在肠黏膜上,对维持肠道菌群的平衡、调节特定免疫反应具有促进作用。
动物双歧杆菌Bb-12调节肠道菌群,通过其生长及各种代谢作用促进肠内细菌群的正常化,抑制肠内腐败物质产生,保持肠道机能的正常。并且,双歧杆菌Bb-12让益生菌尽快在肠道中占位,抑制致病微生物,帮助肠蠕动。
乳双歧杆菌HN019可以促进消化吸收和身体的新陈代谢,调理肠道菌群,改善肠道功能紊乱。乳双歧杆菌Bi-07能保护肠道,同时也有一定的免疫作用,可以从一定程度上调节肠道菌群平衡,避免出现紊乱的症状,改善便秘或者是腹泻症状。乳双歧杆菌HN019和乳双歧杆菌Bi-07虽同属于婴幼儿可食用的乳双歧杆菌,但乳双歧杆菌HN019主要着眼于改善肠道微生态平衡,提高机体免疫,而乳双歧杆菌Bi-07则倾向于免疫调节,缓解抗生素副作用。
鼠李糖乳杆菌可调节肠道菌群,平衡和改善胃肠道功能,提高机体免疫力,预防和改善腹泻、龋齿、呼吸道感染等疾病。鼠李糖乳杆菌还可以通过平衡肠道菌群,加强对肠道感染的自然防御,从而改善多种肠道疾病。罗伊氏乳杆菌用于调节胃肠道。
发酵乳杆菌CECT5716可以使母鼠肠系膜淋巴结的细胞毒性T细胞比例降低、调节肠道细胞因子(IL-10和IL-12),并且于肠道定殖,免疫调节,抑菌,减少婴儿胃肠道和上呼吸道感染的风险。
短双枝杆菌M-16V可以维持肠道正常菌群的平衡,提高消化率,增强免疫机能,也可以抑制病原菌在肠道内繁殖,减少过敏的发生风险。
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。

一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括1-3份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、2-4份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6-7份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1-2份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、3-7份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2-4份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5-7份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、6-9份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、1-3份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
还包括辅料,辅料包括但不限于乳清粉、乳糖、白砂糖、葡萄糖、玉米淀粉、麦芽糊精、抗性糊精、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、水苏糖、海藻糖。
实施例一
菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括1份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、4份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6份乳双歧杆菌HN019、2份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、3份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、6份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、3份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
其中,份以作为g剂量,以下均相同。
实施例二
菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括3份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、3份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、7份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、3份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、7份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、2份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
实施例三
菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括2份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、3份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、7份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、5份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、4份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、6份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、8份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、2份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
实施例四
菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括2份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、4份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、4份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、6份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、7份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、1份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
对比例一
菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括2份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、4份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、4份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、7份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716。
相较于实施例四没有添加罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、短双歧杆菌M-16V。
对比例二
菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括2份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、4份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、1份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、2份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、6份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、7份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、1份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
相较于实施例四没有添加乳双歧杆菌HN019、动物双歧杆菌Bb-12。
试验测试
在实验室稳定饲养35只昆明小鼠,禁食24h后,给予复方苯乙哌啶2.0mg/kg.d灌服,次日小鼠便秘模型构建成功。将小鼠随机分为7组,并置于相应的笼中。分别给予1次实施例一、实施例二、实施例三、实施例四、对比例一、对比例二制得的菌粉,对照组不做处理。给药后记录首次排便的时间。

因此,本发明采用上述一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,携带方便,可改善胃肠环境,可在人体内生产出各种消化酶,帮助消化吸收,强壮身体。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

1.一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,其特征在于:菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括1-3份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、2-4份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6-7份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1-2份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、3-7份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2-4份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5-7份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、6-9份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、1-3份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,其特征在于:菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括1份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、4份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6份乳双歧杆菌HN019、2份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、3份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、2份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、6份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、3份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,其特征在于:菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括3份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、3份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、6份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、7份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、3份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、5份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、7份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、2份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强免疫并调解肠胃控制脂肪及减肥排毒的乳酸菌粉,其特征在于:菌粉的各组分按照重量份数包括2份嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM、3份动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、7份乳双歧杆菌HN019、1份乳双歧杆菌Bi-07、5份鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、4份鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001、6份罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17939、8份发酵乳杆菌CECT5716、2份短双歧杆菌M-16V。
