and 4) carrying out transfer printing, cutting and post-processing on the printed fabric obtained in the step 4) to obtain a finished product.
Further, the fabric to be printed in the step 2 is preferably a bleached fabric, a white fabric or other light-colored fabrics.
Further, after the transfer in the step 3 is completed, cooling time needs to be set for the thermal transfer printing machine, and the thermal transfer printing machine is shut down after the temperature is reduced.
Further, the printed pattern in the step 1 is printed by using water-based ink.

1) designing the required printed patterns and characters by using a computer, typesetting the sizes and the colors of the printed patterns and the characters, and printing the printed patterns and the characters on transfer paper by using a digital printer and water-based ink;
2) selecting a textile to be printed, wherein the textile to be printed is preferably a bleached and unbleached light-colored textile, and the selected textile is arranged on a heat transfer printing machine;
3) the transfer paper is arranged on a thermal transfer printing machine, the transfer printing speed is set, and the thermal transfer printing machine is utilized to transfer the printing pattern on the transfer paper to the fabric to be printed through a heating shaft, so that the printed fabric can be obtained; meanwhile, after the transfer printing is finished, setting cooling time for the thermal transfer printing machine, and stopping the thermal transfer printing machine after the temperature is reduced;
4) and (4) cutting the obtained printed fabric after transfer printing and performing post-processing to obtain a finished product.

step 2) selecting textile fabrics to be printed, and arranging the selected textile fabrics on a heat transfer printing machine;
step 3) placing the transfer paper on a thermal transfer printing machine, setting the transfer speed, and transferring the printed pattern on the transfer paper to a fabric to be printed by using the thermal transfer printing machine through a heating shaft to obtain a printed fabric;
and 4) carrying out transfer printing, cutting and post-processing on the printed fabric obtained in the step 4) to obtain a finished product.
2. The digital printing process according to claim 1, wherein: in the step 2, the fabric to be printed is preferably bleached, white and other light-colored fabrics.
