背景技术
近几年,随着防腐涂料下游应用领域如船舶制造、油气工业、石化炼化、电力工业、水处理工业、基础设施等行业快速发展,推动了全球防腐涂料市场的发展。特别是羟基丙烯酸类树脂漆,因其有着漆膜坚韧,机械强度高,韧性好,耐候性保光保色性好的优点,而广泛用于钢构外表面,化工及管道的外壁防腐。
随着中国国力不断增强,国内诞生了很多柔性铸铁排水管生产厂家,其中大部分厂家也只能在国内供货,极少厂家能将其出口,即使出口也只能向中东,亚太地区等,那些欧美发达地区他们只能望其项背,原因在于他们的产品外壁涂覆防腐层根本达不到欧共体的相关标准要求,耐火性和耐晒性极差。

所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:HDI固化剂60份、二甲苯65份、醋酸丁酯20份。

步骤二、先制备甲组,分别称取羟基丙烯酸树脂30-60份、润湿分散剂0.1-1份、膨润土0.1-2份、聚酰胺蜡1-3份、聚乙烯蜡0.1-2份、二元酸脂1-3份、醋酸丁酯3-5份、二甲苯15-65份;
步骤三、依次将各种原料加入至反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在5-10分钟;
步骤四、再称取氧化铁系列颜料4-15份、大红粉0.1-1份、钛白粉1-4份、炭黑0.07-0.09份、永固紫0.005-0.015份、硫酸钡10-35份依次加入到反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在10-20分钟;
步骤五、分别将两次混合得到的混合物,分别加入到涂料研磨机研磨到细度≤30um为止;
步骤六、再将以上所得产物置于反应釜中,称取上述重量份数的流平剂0.3-0.5份和消泡剂0.2-0.4份于反应釜中以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌5分钟,最后调色检测封装即可;
步骤七、再制备乙组,先称取HDI固化剂10-60份、二甲苯15-65份、醋酸丁酯5-20份于反应釜中以500-800转/分的转速均匀搅拌5-10分钟,最后检测封装即可;
步骤八、分别取甲组份5份、乙组份1份,将两组分混合搅拌均匀,加入适量丙烯酸稀释剂稀释到可以施工的粘度,静置半小时后按标准要求涂装于铸铁排水管外壁即可;
步骤九、按比例分别称取甲乙组分搅拌均匀,再准备7-10块标准检测铁板或者铸铁排水管成品铁块,然后将搅拌均匀的样品均匀喷涂在标准检测铁板上或者排水管铁块的外壁,使得漆膜厚度达到70um以上,常温干燥7天后待检;
步骤十、得到制备样品。
(三)有益效果
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该发明、通过在配方中加入各种所需元素,然后再通过数天的检验,且检验标准是按照欧共体的相关标准要求进行检验,从而使得该油漆具有很好的耐火性和耐晒性,从而使得该材料符合欧共体的相关标准要求。

实施例一
一种铸管外壁专用油漆的制备与应用,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照甲组与乙组分的方式进行制备;
步骤二、先制备甲组,分别称取羟基丙烯酸树脂30份、润湿分散剂0.1份、膨润土0.1份、聚酰胺蜡1份、聚乙烯蜡0.1份、二元酸脂1份、醋酸丁酯3份、二甲苯15份;
步骤三、依次将各种原料加入至反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在5-10分钟;
步骤四、再称取氧化铁系列颜料4份、大红粉0.1份、钛白粉1份、炭黑0.07份、永固紫0.005份、硫酸钡10份依次加入到反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在10-20分钟;
步骤五、分别将两次混合得到的混合物,分别加入到涂料研磨机研磨到细度≤30um为止;
步骤六、再将以上所得产物置于反应釜中,称取上述重量份数的流平剂0.3份和消泡剂0.2份于反应釜中以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌5分钟,最后调色检测封装即可;
步骤七、再制备乙组,先称取HDI固化剂10份、二甲苯15份、醋酸丁酯5份于反应釜中以500-800转/分的转速均匀搅拌5-10分钟,最后检测封装即可;
步骤八、分别取甲组份5份、乙组份1份,将两组分混合搅拌均匀,加入适量丙烯酸稀释剂稀释到可以施工的粘度,静置半小时后按标准要求涂装于铸铁排水管外壁即可;
步骤九、按比例分别称取甲乙组分搅拌均匀,再准备7-10块标准检测铁板或者铸铁排水管成品铁块,然后将搅拌均匀的样品均匀喷涂在标准检测铁板上或者排水管铁块的外壁,使得漆膜厚度达到70um以上,常温干燥7天后待检;

步骤四、再称取氧化铁系列颜料15份、大红粉1份、钛白粉4份、炭黑0.09份、永固紫0.015份、硫酸钡35份依次加入到反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在10-20分钟;
步骤五、分别将两次混合得到的混合物,分别加入到涂料研磨机研磨到细度≤30um为止;
步骤六、再将以上所得产物置于反应釜中,称取上述重量份数的流平剂0.5份和消泡剂0.4份于反应釜中以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌5分钟,最后调色检测封装即可;
步骤七、再制备乙组,先称取HDI固化剂60份、二甲苯65份、醋酸丁酯20份于反应釜中以500-800转/分的转速均匀搅拌5-10分钟,最后检测封装即可;
步骤八、分别取甲组份5份、乙组份1份,将两组分混合搅拌均匀,加入适量丙烯酸稀释剂稀释到可以施工的粘度,静置半小时后按标准要求涂装于铸铁排水管外壁即可;
步骤九、按比例分别称取甲乙组分搅拌均匀,再准备7-10块标准检测铁板或者铸铁排水管成品铁块,然后将搅拌均匀的样品均匀喷涂在标准检测铁板上或者排水管铁块的外壁,使得漆膜厚度达到70um以上,常温干燥7天后待检;
步骤十、得到制备样品。
实施例三
一种铸管外壁专用油漆的制备与应用,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照甲组与乙组分的方式进行制备;
步骤二、先制备甲组,分别称取羟基丙烯酸树脂48份、润湿分散剂0.3份、膨润土1份、聚酰胺蜡2份、聚乙烯蜡0.6份、二元酸脂2份、醋酸丁酯4份、二甲苯10份;
步骤三、依次将各种原料加入至反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在5-10分钟;
步骤四、再称取氧化铁系列颜料7.5份、大红粉0.4份、钛白粉1.5份、炭黑0.08份、永固紫0.01份、硫酸钡22份依次加入到反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在10-20分钟;
步骤五、分别将两次混合得到的混合物,分别加入到涂料研磨机研磨到细度≤30um为止;
步骤六、再将以上所得产物置于反应釜中,称取上述重量份数的流平剂0.34份和消泡剂0.3份于反应釜中以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌5分钟,最后调色检测封装即可;
步骤七、再制备乙组,先称取HDI固化剂29份、二甲苯55份、醋酸丁酯16份于反应釜中以500-800转/分的转速均匀搅拌5-10分钟,最后检测封装即可;
步骤八、分别取甲组份5份、乙组份1份,将两组分混合搅拌均匀,加入适量丙烯酸稀释剂稀释到可以施工的粘度,静置半小时后按标准要求涂装于铸铁排水管外壁即可;
步骤九、按比例分别称取甲乙组分搅拌均匀,再准备7-10块标准检测铁板或者铸铁排水管成品铁块,然后将搅拌均匀的样品均匀喷涂在标准检测铁板上或者排水管铁块的外壁,使得漆膜厚度达到70um以上,常温干燥7天后待检;
步骤十、得到制备样品。

Claims (5)
1.一种铸管外壁专用油漆的制备与应用,其特征在于,包括以下原料和辅料,所述原料组分及重量份数配比为:羟基丙烯酸树脂30-60份、氧化铁系列颜料4-15份、润湿分散剂0.1-1份、膨润土0.1-2份、聚酰胺蜡1-3份、聚乙烯蜡0.1-2份、大红粉0.1-1份、钛白粉1-4份、流平剂0.3-0.5份、硫酸钡10-35份、溶剂3-20份、二元酸脂1-3份、醋酸丁酯3-5份、消泡剂0.2-0.4份、永固紫0.005-0.015份、炭黑0.07-0.09份;
所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:HDI固化剂10-60份、二甲苯15-65份、醋酸丁酯5-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸管外壁专用油漆的制备与应用,其特征在于:所述原料组分及重量份数配比为:羟基丙烯酸树脂30份、氧化铁系列颜料4份、润湿分散剂0.1份、膨润土0.1份、聚酰胺蜡1份、聚乙烯蜡0.1份、大红粉0.1份、钛白粉1份、流平剂0.3份、硫酸钡10份、溶剂3份、二元酸脂1份、醋酸丁酯3份、消泡剂0.2份、永固紫0.005份、炭黑0.07份;
所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:HDI固化剂10份、二甲苯15份、醋酸丁酯5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸管外壁专用油漆的制备与应用,其特征在于:所述原料组分及重量份数配比为:羟基丙烯酸树脂60份、氧化铁系列颜料15份、润湿分散剂1份、膨润土2份、聚酰胺蜡3份、聚乙烯蜡2份、大红粉1份、钛白粉4份、流平剂0.5份、硫酸钡35份、溶剂20份、二元酸脂3份、醋酸丁酯5份、消泡剂0.4份、永固紫0.015份、炭黑0.09份;

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸管外壁专用油漆的制备与应用,其特征在于:所述原料组分及重量份数配比为:羟基丙烯酸树脂48份、氧化铁系列颜料7.5份、润湿分散剂0.3份、膨润土1份、聚酰胺蜡2份、聚乙烯蜡0.6份、大红粉0.4份、钛白粉1.5份、流平剂0.4份、硫酸钡22份、溶剂12份、二元酸脂2份、醋酸丁酯4份、消泡剂0.3份、永固紫0.01份、炭黑0.08份;
所述辅料组分重量份数配比为:HDI固化剂29份、二甲苯55份、醋酸丁酯16份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸管外壁专用油漆的制备与应用,其特征在于;包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照甲组与乙组分的方式进行制备;

步骤三、依次将各种原料加入至反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在5-10分钟;
步骤四、再称取氧化铁系列颜料4-15份、大红粉0.1-1份、钛白粉1-4份、炭黑0.07-0.09份、永固紫0.005-0.015份、硫酸钡10-35份依次加入到反应釜中,然后以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间在10-20分钟;
步骤五、分别将两次混合得到的混合物,分别加入到涂料研磨机研磨到细度≤30um为止;
步骤六、再将以上所得产物置于反应釜中,称取上述重量份数的流平剂0.3-0.5份和消泡剂0.2-0.4份于反应釜中以800-1200/分的转速将各种原料搅拌5分钟,最后调色检测封装即可;
步骤七、再制备乙组,先称取HDI固化剂10-60份、二甲苯15-65份、醋酸丁酯5-20份于反应釜中以500-800转/分的转速均匀搅拌5-10分钟,最后检测封装即可;
步骤八、分别取甲组份5份、乙组份1份,将两组分混合搅拌均匀,加入适量丙烯酸稀释剂稀释到可以施工的粘度,静置半小时后按标准要求涂装于铸铁排水管外壁即可;
步骤九、按比例分别称取甲乙组分搅拌均匀,再准备7-10块标准检测铁板或者铸铁排水管成品铁块,然后将搅拌均匀的样品均匀喷涂在标准检测铁板上或者排水管铁块的外壁,使得漆膜厚度达到70um以上,常温干燥7天后待检;
