Description

Anti-dandruff shampoo containing plant active polypeptide and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shampoo, and particularly relates to a plant active polypeptide anti-dandruff shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shampoo is an essential daily necessity in life, and with the continuous improvement of living standard, people have higher and higher requirements on the shampoo. It is not only required to have good cleaning effect, but also required to have nursing and conditioning functions. China is the country with the highest shampoo production and sale in the world at present, the brands of shampoos in domestic markets exceed 3000, the market scale of the shampoos is estimated to exceed 200 million yuan, the annual average purchase frequency of household shampoos is 5, and the yield of finished Chinese shampoos reaches 40 million tons.
According to different use requirements, the main emphasis points of the shampoo are different, and dandruff increase, scalp itching, alopecia, withered and yellow hair and damaged hair are the most common hair problems. Dandruff is medically known as pityriasis capitis, a fungal skin disease caused by malassezia. The mass propagation of malassezia on the scalp causes the hyperproliferation of the stratum corneum of the scalp, thereby promoting the abnormal falling of stratum corneum cells in the form of white or gray scales, and the fallen scales are the dandruff.
An article entitled "introduction and formulation of piroctone Olamine (OCT)" published by Johnny conn on the relevant information website, which details that the existing anti-dandruff shampoo is often added with chemical synthetic substances such as zinc pyrithione or piroctone olamine in the shampoo;
although the use cost is low, the substances have a plurality of disadvantages, such as certain sensitization, irritation and instability, can not be well absorbed and utilized by users, have a common anti-dandruff effect, are easy to relapse after being stopped use, and have low use safety.

In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the dandruff removing shampoo can be invented, scalp harmful fungi such as malassezia can be inhibited by adding various antibacterial peptides including hexapeptide-5, nisin, fenamins antibacterial peptide and chlorella polypeptide into the dandruff removing shampoo, so that the fundamental problem of dandruff is solved, the dandruff can be thoroughly cured, relapse is avoided, the antibacterial peptides are lipid modified molecular structures, the bioavailability is high, the penetration and absorption can be fast realized, the safety is higher than that of a common antibacterial agent, the comprehensive and lasting effects of removing dandruff and relieving itching without damaging scalp can be achieved through the synergistic cooperation of the various active antibacterial peptides, the aquatic product has good cleaning and caring effects, and meanwhile has the functions of removing dandruff, controlling, relieving itching, relieving scalp and the like, and the irritation of the shampoo is reduced while the dandruff removing effect is ensured, the defects of large irritation and poor conditioning effect commonly existing in common anti-dandruff shampoo are overcome, and the application range is expanded.
The numbers of malassezia spores on the surfaces of 8h, 12h and 16h after the application of the method for detecting malassezia scalosa in Chinese patent publication No. CN110806408A to users are shown in the following table 1.
Figure RE-GDA0003782379320000111
As can be clearly seen from the above examples 1 and comparative examples 5 and also from fig. 3, the anti-dandruff shampoo of the present invention can inhibit the number of malassezia spores well and reduce the number of dandruff effectively by adding the antibacterial peptide and not adding the antibacterial peptide to the shampoo, and can achieve a good therapeutic effect, while as can be seen from comparative examples 1 to 4, the anti-dandruff shampoo of the present invention is the best solution because the anti-dandruff effect is affected by adding a small amount of the antibacterial peptide, wherein the number of the malassezia spores is increased.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
