Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sesame seedling-protecting plant type regulator and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of crop regulators.
Background
Sesame is an important characteristic oil crop in China, has obvious effect on delaying senility due to the fact that the sesame contains rich antioxidant substances such as unsaturated fatty acid, lignan and the like, and is the most ideal vegetable oil for human beings. At present, with the improvement of the living standard of people, the domestic consumption demand of sesame is increased year by year, and China is changed from the traditional sesame export country to the first big sesame import country in the world.
On one hand, sesame seeds are small, the nutrient content in the seeds is limited, the development in the seedling stage is slow, and the sesame seeds are easy to be attacked by diseases and the like, so that the seedling growth rate is low, and the sesame seeds become a main limiting factor for mechanical precision sowing of sesame. In the prior production, the seedling protection mode of high seeding quantity, 2-3 times of artificial interval seedling fixation, weak removal and strong retention is still adopted. On the other hand, in the traditional sesame production, the plants are tall and big, and the plants are easy to fall down or the stems are easy to be broken when meeting wind and rain in the middle and later growth periods, so that the traditional sesame production is not suitable for combination machine harvesting. The mechanized sesame harvesting rate in China is less than 10 percent at present. Agricultural and mechanical agriculture in the seed harvesting link is not matched, so that the field operation of sesame is mainly performed manually, the sesame seed production method belongs to labor-intensive industry, the production mode becomes a bottleneck which seriously restricts the production development of sesame, and mechanization is a necessary way for the production development of sesame.
Seedling-stage seedling protection and reasonable plant type structure are the key points for realizing mechanization of seed harvesting of the sesame. Therefore, the method has the advantages of one-time sowing of the whole seedlings, good root system development, harmony of the growth of the sesame in the seedling stage and the external environment, is vital to realizing the strong seedling of the sesame and lays a foundation for high yield. The length of the lower internode plays an important role in the height of a sesame capsule part and the plant uprightness in the middle and later stages, so that the regulation of the sesame habitat is realized by certain measures, and the regulation of the sesame plant type is of great significance.
At present, the plant type of crops is mainly regulated by spraying mepiquat chloride or chlormequat chloride in production, and the two exogenous hormones can effectively prevent the crops from growing vigorously, reduce the plant height and enable the plant type to be compact. However, for small-grain crops such as sesame, the seed nutrition reserves are small, the crops are easy to be attacked by diseases and insect pests, the seedling growth is difficult, the nutrition at the seedling stage needs to be coordinated, the seedlings are strengthened, and a high-yield frame is built. Therefore, it is required to develop a compound plant growth regulator suitable for sesame.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a sesame seedling-protecting plant type regulator and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a sesame seedling-protecting plant type regulator, wherein each 1000mL of the regulator comprises the following components: 0.15-0.5 mL of chlormequat chloride aqua, 0.15-0.4 mL of triazolone missible oil, 0.15-0.3 mL of hymexazol missible oil, 0.2-0.8 g of rooting powder, 200.1-0.2 g of tween-1 and the balance of distilled water.
The regulator is composed of the following components per 1000 mL: 0.3mL of chlormequat chloride aqua, 0.3mL of triazolone missible oil, 0.2mL of hymexazol missible oil, 0.5g of rooting powder, tween-200.15 g and the balance of distilled water.
The chlormequat chloride aqua contains 50% of active ingredient, 20% of triazolone missible oil and 20% of hymexazol missible oil by mass.
The spraying period of the regulator is the seedling period of the sesame.
The spraying period of the regulator is 10 days, 17 days and 24 days after sesame seedlings emerge, the spraying dosage is 15-20L/mu, and the spraying method is leaf surface spraying.
The preparation method of the sesame seedling-protecting plant-type regulator comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the formula for later use;
(2) firstly, weighing part of distilled water, sequentially adding tween-20, rooting powder, hymexazol emulsifiable concentrate, chlormequat chloride aqueous solution and triazolone emulsifiable concentrate into the distilled water, adding one component into the distilled water, fully and uniformly mixing, then adding the next component, complementing the balance with the distilled water, and fully and uniformly mixing.
Chlormequat Chloride (CCC) with the chemical name of 2-chloro-N, N, N-trimethyl ethyl ammonium chloride is a common quaternary ammonium salt plant growth retardant, and the action mechanism of the chlormequat chloride is to achieve the effect of reducing plant height by inhibiting cell elongation and prolonging, promote the thickening of stalks and enhance the lodging resistance of the stalks. The application of chlormequat chloride in the seedling stage of sesame can effectively reduce the plant height and prevent the plants from lodging in the later growth stage.
Triazolone (triadimifon), the chemical name of which is 1- (4-chlorophenoxy) -3, 3-dimethyl-1- (1H-1,2, 4-triazol-1-yl) -alpha-butanone, is a triazole bactericide which can be absorbed by various parts of plants and then can be conducted in the plants. Has the function of a plant growth regulator, can delay the growth of overground parts, improve the root-cap ratio, and can regulate the physiological metabolism of plants under adverse circumstances, thereby lightening the damage of drought stress to the plants. The sterilization principle is complex, and the biosynthesis of the ergosterol of the thallus is mainly inhibited, so that the development of thallus attachment spores and haustoria, the growth of hyphae and the formation of spores are inhibited or interfered. Meanwhile, triazolone is also a growth regulator, can inhibit the growth of plants, improve the content of chlorophyll, prolong aging and enhance stress resistance. The triadimefon is sprayed in the seedling stage of the sesame, so that the growth can be effectively slowed down, and the drought resistance in the seedling stage can be improved.
After the cycocel and the triazolone are compounded and applied, the elongation of meristematic cells of the stems can be effectively inhibited, the thickening of the stems and the dark green leaves can be promoted, the root-crown ratio can be improved, and after the cycocel is sprayed in the seedling stage, the growth can be effectively delayed, the plant height can be reduced, the plant resistance in the seedling stage can be improved, and the lodging of plants in the later growth stage can be prevented.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the seedling protection and plant type regulator is mainly applied to sesame seedling stage development, has the effects of regulating plant type, promoting root system development and preventing diseases in the seedling stage, and has scientific formula, moderate proportion and three effects of one spraying.
