一种三电极电池(10)及储能系统,该三电极电池(10)包括电池管理单元(14)、壳体(11)以及设置在壳体(11)内的参比电极(13)和电芯(12),参比电极(13)的探测部(131)位于电芯(12)内,参比电极极耳(132)位于电芯(12)外,电池管理单元(14)与参比电极极耳(132)、电芯(12)的负极极耳(122)连接,可以实时采集参比电极(13)和电芯(12)的负极之间的电压以获得电芯(12)的负极电位,并根据负极电位控制电池(10)的充电电流,从而可以实时的对充电电流进行优化调整,提高充电速率,在防止负极出现析锂问题前提下,提高三电极电池(10)的充电速度,实现三电极电池(10)的快充。
