Abstract
本发明属于润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种润滑脂组合物。润滑脂组合物包括:复合锂皂、复合钡皂和基础油;其中,基础油为多烷基环戊烷;所述复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为1:3~8.5。本发明所制备的润滑脂组合物采用较少的氢氧化锂用量,很大程度上破解锂资源昂贵的困局,显著降低润滑脂的生产成本,具有较高的综合经济价值。同时,本品润滑脂具有极佳的高温性能、黏附性能和减摩抗磨等性能的润滑脂,能够用于航空机械和磁记录等高精密领域的高效润滑。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种润滑脂组合物。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械传动过程中重要的零部件,用来引导轴的旋转运动,并承受由轴传递给机架的载荷。随着轴承应用的不断发展,高精度、高性能和长寿命的轴承已然成为未来发展趋势。同时,对轴承所需的润滑脂性能和经济性等要求也逐步提高。
现有技术CN 101760284A和CN 109266426A均公布了一种润滑脂组合物,这两项技术的润滑脂组合物均含有复合钡皂和复合锂皂。其中,CN 101760284A复合钡含量较低,具有良好的氧化安定性和极压抗磨性,能够用于高速轴承的润滑,然而,该润滑脂组合物中基础油聚-α-烯烃合成基础油的饱和蒸气压略大,所得润滑脂产品存在耐高温性能和减摩抗磨较差的缺陷;CN 109266426A采用聚酯为基础油,所得产品具有极佳的附着性能和生物降解性能,但是锂皂含量达20~30%且存在水解安定性和材料兼容性较差的缺陷。
发明内容
为此,我们采用多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)为基础油,研发了一款具有锂含量低、黏附性能好、高温性能优异、减摩抗磨性能优异的复合锂钡基润滑脂,另外本发明含有较低含量的价格昂贵的复合锂皂,高温性能优异且能明显降低该润滑脂组合物的生产成本。能够用于航空机械和磁记录等高精密领域的高效润滑。
本发明的目的在于提高现有技术的润滑脂组合物的耐高温性能和减摩抗磨性能,同时减少复合锂皂含量,提供一种具有更优异的高温性能、减摩抗磨性能、热稳定性能和润滑性能的润滑脂组合物。
首先,本发明提供了一种润滑脂组合物,其包括:复合锂皂、复合钡皂和基础油;其中,基础油为多烷基环戊烷,所述复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为1:3~8.5。
市面上复合锂钡基润滑脂技术一般以聚-α-烯烃合成基础油(PAO)或聚酯作为基础油,然而本发明发现,多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)作为一种合成烃基础油,具有较低的饱和蒸气压和低的倾点、高的黏度指数、良好的氧化稳定性和热稳定性以及良好的透光性能等特点,利用多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)作为基础油来制备复合锂钡润滑脂可以提高润滑脂的高温性能,且在市面上尚无公开报道。
在具体实施过程中,多烷基环戊烷40℃下的运动粘度为32~60mm2/s。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方案,所述复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为1:3.5~8。
在上述比例下,润滑脂组合物的性能得到进一步提升。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方案,所述复合锂皂、复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为3~8:10~20:75~85。更优选地,所述复合锂皂、复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为3~8:10~20:77~80。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方案,所述复合锂皂和复合钡皂的重量比例为1:1~7。
在上述锂皂和钡皂的复配比例下,本发明的润滑脂组合物在抗水性能方面具有突出的优势。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方案,所述复合锂皂和基础油的重量比例为1:10~30。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方案,以润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述润滑脂组合物还包括:抗氧剂0.2~0.8%,和/或极压抗磨剂0.5~5%,和/或防锈剂0.02~3%。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方案,所述润滑脂组合物包括如下重量份组分:
(1)复合锂皂3~8份;
(2)复合钡皂10~20份;
(3)基础油75~85份;
(4)抗氧剂0.2~0.8份;
(5)极压抗磨剂0.5~5.0份;
(6)防锈剂0.02~3.0份。
在上述各组分的配比关系下,润滑脂组合物的性能可达到最优。
在具体实施过程中,抗氧剂可选为二苯胺、二烷基二苯胺、二辛基二苯胺、对二异辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺中的任意一种或多种的混合物,优选为二烷基二苯胺。
在具体实施过程中,极压抗磨剂可选为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫-氮系极压添加剂中的任意一种或多种的混合物,优选为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
在具体实施过程中,防锈剂可选为二壬基萘石油磺酸钙、2-疏基苯并噻唑、二壬基萘磺酸钡、环烷酸锌、苯并三氮唑中的任意一种或多种的混合物,优选为2-疏基苯并噻唑。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方案,所述复合锂皂和复合钡皂均由高级脂肪酸、小分子有机酸与含有锂或钡的碱液反应获得;所述小分子有机酸为选自己二酸、癸二酸、柠檬酸和对苯二甲酸中的任一种或任几种的组合物,复合锂皂和复合钡皂中的小分子有机酸分别优选为癸二酸和柠檬酸。
在具体实施过程中,高级脂肪酸可选为12-羟基硬脂酸。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方案,所述含有钡的碱液为八水合氢氧化钡晶体粉末和/或氢氧化钡水溶液,优选为八水合氢氧化钡晶体粉末。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述润滑脂组合物的制备方法包含以下步骤:
A:复合锂基础脂(复合锂皂)的制备:将1/3的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油和全部用量的12-羟基硬脂酸混合,升温至80-90℃,加入占氢氧化锂总用量35-45%的氢氧化锂溶液开始反应,反应时间为55-65分钟;温度控制在90-100℃加入二元酸,搅拌40-50分钟后,温度为95-100℃条件下,开始滴加剩余氢氧化锂溶液;反应完成后,搅拌加热至130-140℃,恒温30-60min;继续加热至200-210℃,加入1/3的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油冷却降温,温度降至150-180℃,加入抗氧剂和剩余多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油,停止搅拌和加热,在三辊机上研磨两遍,得到复合锂基础脂备用。
B:复合钡基础脂(复合钡皂)的制备:将1/3的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油和全部用量的12-羟基硬脂酸和二元酸混合,升温至80-90℃,加入氢氧化钡溶液开始反应,反应时间为55-65分钟;升温至100-110℃,继续皂化反应120min,缓慢继续加热至最高炼制温度210-220℃,加入1/3的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油冷却降温,温度降至150-170℃,加入抗氧剂和剩余多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油,停止搅拌和加热,在三辊机上研磨两遍,得到复合钡基础脂备用。
C:润滑脂组合物的制备:取复合锂基础脂、复合钡基础脂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂和防锈剂搅拌均匀,然后在三辊机上研磨三遍,得到本发明润滑脂组合物。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的润滑脂组合物采用多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)作为基础油,多烷基环戊烷是一种合成烃基础油,具有较低的饱和蒸气压和低的倾点、高的黏度指数、良好的氧化稳定性和热稳定性以及良好的透光性能等特点,利用多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)作为基础油来制备复合锂钡润滑脂可以提高润滑脂的高温性能。本发明所制备的润滑脂组合物是一款具有较低锂含量、较好黏附性能、减摩抗磨性能优异、剪切稳定性和抗水性能优异、高温性能突出的复合锂钡基润滑脂。
本发明所制备的润滑脂组合物不仅能有效改善机械设备运转时的摩擦、磨损状况,而且可以实现在高温设备的高效润滑,尤其是可用于航空航天和磁记录领域等机械设备的高效润滑。
此外,本发明所制备的润滑脂组合物可以减少氢氧化锂的使用量,很大程度上破解锂资源昂贵的困局,显著降低润滑脂的生产成本,具有较高的综合经济价值。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
若未特别指明,以下实施例和对比例中所用的技术手段均为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,加入的各原料除特别说明外,均为市售常规原料。
制备例1
本例用于说明本发明润滑脂组合物的制备工艺。
A:复合锂基础脂的制备:将708g的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油和300g的12-羟基硬脂酸混合,升温至80-90℃,加入37.4g一水合氢氧化锂(以五倍的水溶解)开始反应,反应时间为55-65分钟;温度控制在90-100℃加入75g癸二酸,搅拌40-50分钟后,温度为95-100℃条件下,开始滴加37g一水合氢氧化锂(以五倍的水溶解);反应完成后,搅拌加热至130-140℃,恒温30-60min;继续加热至200-210℃,加入708g多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油冷却降温,温度降至150-180℃,加入12.5g二烷基二苯胺和708g多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油,停止搅拌和加热,在三辊机上研磨两遍,得到复合锂皂含量为15.0%的复合锂基础脂备用。
B:复合钡基础脂的制备:将350g多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油和300g的12-羟基硬脂酸和150g柠檬酸二元酸混合,升温至80-90℃,加入295g八水合氢氧化钡开始反应,反应时间为55-65分钟;升温至100-110℃,继续皂化反应120min,缓慢继续加热至最高炼制温度210-220℃,加入300g多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油冷却降温,温度降至150-170℃,加入6.5g二烷基二苯胺和260g多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油,停止搅拌和加热,在三辊机上研磨两遍,得到复合钡皂含量为30%的复合钡基础脂备用。
C:润滑脂组合物的制备:取复合锂基础脂、复合钡基础脂、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂和防锈剂搅拌均匀,然后在三辊机上研磨三遍,得到本发明润滑脂组合物。
实施例1
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的组合物及制备方法。
取制备例1中制得的复合锂基础脂400g、复合钡基础脂500g、多烷基环戊烷(MACs)80g、二烷基二苯胺0.368g、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌15g、苯并三氮唑0.4g,搅拌均匀,然后在三辊机上研磨三遍,得到本发明润滑脂组合物。其组成为6.0%的复合锂皂、15%的复合钡皂、77%的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油、二烷基二苯胺0.46%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5%以及苯并三氮唑0.04%。
实施例2
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的组合物及制备方法。
取制备例1中制得的复合锂基础脂533g、复合钡基础脂333g、多烷基环戊烷(MACs)114g、二烷基二苯胺0.524g、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌15g、2-疏基苯并噻唑0.4g,搅拌均匀,然后在三辊机上研磨三遍,得到本发明润滑脂组合物。其组成为8.0%的复合锂皂、10%的复合钡皂、80%的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油、二烷基二苯胺0.46%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5%以及2-疏基苯并噻唑0.04%。
实施例3
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的组合物及制备方法。
取制备例1中制得的复合锂基础脂400g、复合钡基础脂500g、多烷基环戊烷(MACs)100g,搅拌均匀,然后在三辊机上研磨三遍,得到本发明润滑脂组合物。其组成为6.0%的复合锂皂、15%的复合钡皂、79%的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油。
实施例4
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的组合物及制备方法。
取制备例1中制得的复合锂基础脂200g、复合钡基础脂666g、多烷基环戊烷(MACs)113.8g、二烷基二苯胺0.612g、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌15g、苯并三氮唑0.4g,搅拌均匀,然后在三辊机上研磨三遍,得到本发明润滑脂组合物。其组成为3.0%的复合锂皂、20%的复合钡皂、75%的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油、二烷基二苯胺0.46%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5%以及苯并三氮唑0.04%。
实施例5
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的组合物及制备方法。
取制备例1中制得的复合锂基础脂333g、复合钡基础脂600g、多烷基环戊烷(MACs)33.93g、二烷基二苯胺0.31g、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌15g、2-疏基苯并噻唑0.4g,搅拌均匀,然后在三辊机上研磨三遍,得到本发明润滑脂组合物。其组成为5.0%的复合锂皂、18%的复合钡皂、75%的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油、二烷基二苯胺0.46%、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1.5%以及2-疏基苯并噻唑0.04%。
实施例6
本实施例用于说明本发明提供的组合物及制备方法。
制备基础脂时抗氧剂为二苯胺,其他工艺和配方与制备例1保持一致进行制备基础脂。然后取复合锂基础脂533g、复合钡基础脂333g、多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)114g、二苯胺0.52g、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌15g、2-疏基苯并噻唑0.4g,搅拌均匀,然后在三辊机上研磨三遍,得到本发明润滑脂组合物。其组成为8.0%的复合锂皂、10%的复合钡皂、80%的多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油、二苯胺0.46%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5%以及2-疏基苯并噻唑0.04%。
对比例1
按照实施例6制备润滑脂组合物,不同的是,基础油更换为普通矿物基础油500SN,得到均匀的润滑脂组合物。
对比例2
按照实施例2制备润滑脂组合物,不同的是,复合钡皂含量为7%。制得均匀的润滑脂组合物。
对比例3
按照实施例2的方法制备润滑脂组合物,不同的是,基础油选用专利CN 101760284A中的聚-α-烯烃合成基础油。
试验例
对上述实施例和对比例所制备的润滑脂组合物性能进行测试。测试结果见表1。
润滑脂的机械安定性采用GB/T 269《润滑脂剪切安定性测定法》来进行判定;具体为:将润滑脂工作脂杯装在剪切试验机上剪切10万次,剪切试验前工作锥入度值与剪切试验后的工作锥入度差值表示润滑脂剪切安定性的优劣,锥入度差值越小,表明润滑脂剪切安定性越好。
润滑脂的抗腐蚀性能采用GB/T 7326《润滑脂铜片腐蚀测定法》来进行判定;具体为:试验条件为温度100℃、时间24h,试验后检查铜片是否有变色或腐蚀迹象。
润滑脂的胶体安定性采用SH/T 0324《润滑脂钢网分油测定法》来进行判定;具体为:试验条件为温度100℃、时间30h,钢网分油器分离出油的比重越大说明润滑脂胶体安定性越差。
润滑脂的机械安定性也可采用漏失量来评估。水淋损失量是评价润滑脂在轴承中被水淋洗出来的能力,由于钡基润滑脂存在环保隐患,本发明中漏失量和水淋损失量尤其作为重要指标。
蒸发损失是指表征润滑脂在高温下基础油的蒸发损失程度,蒸发损失越小,表明润滑脂的高温性能越好。高温性能在航空航天和精密器械中的表现尤其重要。
表1润滑脂组合物的性能
从表1的结果可得,本发明提供的润滑脂组合物在极压抗磨性、高温性能、剪切稳定性和抗水性能等方面均表现非常优异。
实施例1~6以及对比例2均为多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油在不同的12-羟基硬脂酸锂皂和12-羟基硬脂酸复合钡皂比例下,并添加一定比例的添加剂所制备的产品。对比例1和对比例3分别为普通矿物基础油500SN和合成基础油PAO作为基础油制得的产品。其中实施例3未加添加剂。通过表1可知:
实施例和对比例的铜片抗腐蚀性能相差无几,但机械安定性、热稳定性以及胶体安定性有明显差别。
由实施例1和实施例2、实施例2和实施例5、实施例2和实施例4可知,二烷基二苯胺比二苯胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和2-疏基苯并噻唑依次为最优的抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂和防锈剂。添加剂的加入有助于增强复合锂钡基润滑脂的氧化安定性和极压抗磨性能。
由实施例1、实施例2、实施例4、实施例5以及对比例2知,不同的锂皂和钡皂复配比例,在水淋损失量方面有明显差异,合适的锂钡皂基比例可制得性能优异的润滑脂。
由实施例6、对比例1和对比例3知,多烷基环戊烷(MAC s)基础油相比普通矿物基础油和聚-α-烯烃合成基础油,在高温性能、机械安定性和胶体安定性方面都更加优异。
综上可见,本发明所制备的润滑脂组合物兼具良好的胶体安定性、机械安定性、极压抗磨性能以及优异的高温性能和抗水性能,同时由于MACs在润滑的表面沉积物中只含有烷烃物质和石墨状碳,不会对表面和空间造成污染,特别适用于各种航空设备的润滑需求。
本发明所制备的润滑脂组合物不仅能有效改善机械设备运转时的摩擦、磨损状况,而且可以实现在高温设备的高效润滑,尤其是可用于航空航天和磁记录领域等机械设备的高效润滑。
此外,本发明所制备的润滑脂组合物可以很大程度上破解锂资源昂贵的困局,显著降低润滑脂的生产成本。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,包括:复合锂皂、复合钡皂和基础油;
其中,基础油为多烷基环戊烷;
所述复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为1:3~8.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为1:3.5~8。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述复合锂皂、复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为3~8:10~20:75~85。
4.根据权利要求3所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述复合锂皂、复合钡皂和基础油的重量比例为3~8:10~20:77~80。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述复合锂皂和复合钡皂的重量比例为1:1~7。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述复合锂皂和基础油的重量比例为1:10~30。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,以润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述润滑脂组合物还包括以下至少一项:
1)抗氧剂0.2~0.8%,所述抗氧剂为二苯胺、二烷基二苯胺、二辛基二苯胺、对二异辛基二苯胺、二壬基二苯胺中的任意一种或多种的混合物;
2)极压抗磨剂0.5~5%,所述极压抗磨剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫-氮系极压添加剂中的任意一种或多种的混合物;
3)防锈剂0.02~3%,所述防锈剂为二壬基萘石油磺酸钙、2-疏基苯并噻唑、二壬基萘磺酸钡、环烷酸锌、苯并三氮唑中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑脂组合物包括如下重量份组分:
(1)复合锂皂3~8份;
(2)复合钡皂10~20份;
(3)基础油75~85份;
(4)抗氧剂0.2~0.8份;
(5)极压抗磨剂0.5~5.0份;
(6)防锈剂0.02~3.0份。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述复合锂皂和复合钡皂由高级脂肪酸、小分子有机酸与含有锂或钡的碱液反应获得;所述小分子有机酸为选自己二酸、癸二酸、柠檬酸和对苯二甲酸中的任一种或任几种的组合物。
