Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,它包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水,16~26份;水性丙烯酸乳液,70~80份;聚乙烯醇,1~7份;消泡剂,0.1~0.2份;改性硅油防粘剂,0.45~0.55份。本发明不仅能够提高成膜性,还具有生产成本低和环保的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种离型涂层,特别是一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层
背景技术
离型涂层是转印刻字膜中重要的组成之一,目前转印刻字膜用的离型涂层主要都是溶剂型的原料组成,其中的溶剂主要采用的是类似甲苯、丁酮的有机溶剂,但这样制成的涂层原料在使用的过程中很容易出现内部的有机溶剂挥发掉的现象发生,造成涂料的粘度发生变化,需要不断的通过添加有机溶剂来调整粘性;而有机溶剂多次的添加很容易对原料的表面张力进行改变,进而影响整体离型涂层的成膜效果。因此,现有的离型涂层在使用的过程中存在着成膜效果较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层。本发明具有成膜效果好的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水,16~26份;水性丙烯酸乳液,70~80份;聚乙烯醇,1~7份;消泡剂,0.1~0.2份;改性硅油防粘剂,0.45~0.55份。
前述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层中,包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水,18~24份;水性丙烯酸乳液,72~78份;聚乙烯醇,3~5份;消泡剂,0.12~0.18份;改性硅油防粘剂,0.48~0.53份。
前述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层中,所述包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水,21份;水性丙烯酸乳液,75份;聚乙烯醇,4份;消泡剂,0.15份;改性硅油防粘剂,0.5份。
前述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层中,所述消泡剂为聚醚硅油消泡剂或硅油乳液消泡剂。
前述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层中,所述刮涂离型涂层的制作方法包括以下步骤:S1、去离子水等量分成两份,并在两份去离子水中分别加入聚乙烯醇和水性丙烯酸乳液,进行搅拌,分别得到具有聚乙烯醇的A液和具有水性丙烯酸乳液的B液;S2、将得到的A液倒入B液中进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得到C液;S3、最后往得到的C液中加入消泡剂和改性硅油防粘剂,在进行搅拌,得到离型胶成品;S4、将离型胶成品通过涂布机涂敷在PET/PP基材上,就能够制得刮涂离型涂层。
前述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层中,所述步骤S1和步骤S2中搅拌的时间均为15分钟;步骤S3的搅拌时间为20分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进了现有的PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,通过在水性丙烯酸乳液中添加聚乙烯醇,利用聚乙烯醇上自带的亲水基和亲油基,配合去离子水作为溶剂,使得聚乙烯醇能够很容易的吸附在丙烯酸颗粒的表面上,形成一层保护膜,使得水性丙烯酸乳液更加的稳定,从而使得后续成膜更加的简单,且使用的过程中不会产生有害气体的问题,更加的环保;同时,再配合后续添加的改性硅油防粘剂和消泡剂,使得整个离型涂层不仅没有气泡,而且粘结力增加,从而使得后续刮涂的时候不仅刮涂更加顺滑,而且不需要刮涂很厚的一层,只需要刮涂0.4~0.7丝左右就能够具有较好的离型效果,减小了用量,降低了生产成本。因此,本发明不仅能够提高成膜性,还具有生产成本低和环保的优点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,构成如图1所示,包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水,16~26份;水性丙烯酸乳液,70~80份;聚乙烯醇,1~7份;消泡剂,0.1~0.2份;改性硅油防粘剂,0.45~0.55份。
所述消泡剂为聚醚硅油消泡剂或硅油乳液消泡剂;所述刮涂离型涂层的制作方法包括以下步骤:S1、去离子水等量分成两份,并在两份去离子水中分别加入聚乙烯醇和水性丙烯酸乳液,进行搅拌,分别得到具有聚乙烯醇的A液和具有水性丙烯酸乳液的B液;S2、将得到的A液倒入B液中进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得到C液;S3、最后往得到的C液中加入消泡剂和改性硅油防粘剂,在进行搅拌,得到离型胶成品;S4、将离型胶成品通过涂布机涂敷在PET/PP基材上,就能够制得刮涂离型涂层;所述步骤S1和步骤S2中搅拌的时间均为15分钟;步骤S3的搅拌时间为20分钟。

1.一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水,16~26份;水性丙烯酸乳液,70~80份;聚乙烯醇,1~7份;消泡剂,0.1~0.2份;改性硅油防粘剂,0.45~0.55份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水,18~24份;水性丙烯酸乳液,72~78份;聚乙烯醇,3~5份;消泡剂,0.12~0.18份;改性硅油防粘剂,0.48~0.53份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水,21份;水性丙烯酸乳液,75份;聚乙烯醇,4份;消泡剂,0.15份;改性硅油防粘剂,0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚醚硅油消泡剂或硅油乳液消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,其特征在于:所述刮涂离型涂层的制作方法包括以下步骤:S1、去离子水等量分成两份,并在两份去离子水中分别加入聚乙烯醇和水性丙烯酸乳液,进行搅拌,分别得到具有聚乙烯醇的A液和具有水性丙烯酸乳液的B液;S2、将得到的A液倒入B液中进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后得到C液;S3、最后往得到的C液中加入消泡剂和改性硅油防粘剂,在进行搅拌,得到离型胶成品;S4、将离型胶成品通过涂布机涂敷在PET/PP基材上,就能够制得刮涂离型涂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于PET膜上的刮涂离型涂层,其特征在于:所述步骤S1和步骤S2中搅拌的时间均为15分钟;步骤S3的搅拌时间为20分钟。
