Background
The essential oil is an oily skin care product, is suitable for dry skin or dry seasons, can help soften skin, prevent skin from drying, and promote the moistening property and efficacy of the skin care product. The essential oil product with the effects of brightening and resisting aging is a hot spot for market development, and is more suitable for aged skin with reduced grease secretion compared with other products, but the existing essential oil is still to be improved in the aspect of efficacy, one of the reasons is that an essential oil formula system requires better oil solubility of active ingredients, but a plurality of active matters, particularly plant extracts, belong to water-soluble ingredients, are difficult to dissolve or stably disperse in the essential oil, are more difficult to prepare into full transparent essential oil, and the skin absorption and utilization rate of the active ingredients are low, so that the efficacy of the essential oil cannot be fully exerted. In addition, compared with opaque essential oil, the full transparent essential oil has better flowability, fresh and non-greasy skin feel, and can feel purer in visual effect, thereby being favored by consumers.
The pearl is an oral and external traditional Chinese medicine with thousands of years of traditional beauty application history, contains various microelements, amino acid and peptide active ingredients, inhibits the formation of melanin, is beneficial to brightening skin color and keeping the skin white, can provide nourishing and whitening effects for the skin, but is difficult to stably exist and be absorbed in oil cosmetics, particularly transparent essential oil.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
The pearl active ingredient oil solution, the preparation method thereof and the skin external preparation provided by the application are specifically described below.
The inventors propose: in the prior art, the key reason that the pearl active ingredient is difficult to stably exist and be absorbed in the oil cosmetics, especially transparent essential oil, is that the main ingredient calcium carbonate of the pearl powder is insoluble in water and oil, other trace elements and peptide active ingredients are all water-soluble ingredients, the solubility in the oil is extremely low, and the stability of the product can be greatly reduced when the pearl active ingredient is added into the oil cosmetic formula.
Based on the above, the application creatively provides a pearl active ingredient oil solution, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.9-1.1% of artificial cell membrane, 39-58% of octyl dodecanol isostearate, 4-12% of caprylic/capric triglyceride and 0.9-1.1% of pearl active ingredient, and the balance of caprylic/capric glyceride.
Through the preparation raw materials, after the non-oil-soluble pearl active ingredients are entrapped with artificial cell membranes, the non-oil-soluble pearl active ingredients are dissolved in an oil phase formed by caprylic/capric triglyceride, octyl dodecanol isostearate and caprylic/capric glyceride according to a specific proportion to prepare clear and transparent oil solution, so that the water-soluble pearl ingredients are converted into oil-soluble pearl entrapped matters.
In the application, the pearl active ingredient comprises at least one of water-soluble pearl powder, hydrolyzed pearl lyophilized powder, hydrolyzed conchiolin and pearl young factor.
The hydrolyzed conchiolin is a whitening essence component derived from pearl of the Shi-diffusion group Deqing biotechnology Co., ltd. Of Zhejiang and Europe, contains proper small molecular polypeptide, is favorable for inhibiting skin melanin production, has the activity of antagonizing endothelin, effectively resists skin color deposition, and can be used for whitening, brightening and spot-lightening cosmetics.
The pearl young factor refers to an anti-aging essence component derived from pearls of the Zhejiang Europe and Shi diffusion group Deqing biotechnology limited company, is beneficial to the growth of skin epidermal cells, effectively resists the aging of cells, and can be used for anti-aging, brightening and repairing cosmetics.
In a preferred embodiment, the physical and chemical parameters of the pearl active ingredient used in the present application include: the water content is 0.1-7wt% and the calcium content is 10-17wt%; and the pH value of the pearl active ingredient solution after the pearl active ingredient and water are dissolved according to the weight ratio of 1:9 is 5.5-7.0.
Wherein the water content of the pearl active ingredient may be 0.1wt%, 0.5wt%, 1wt%, 1.5wt%, 2wt%, 2.5wt%, 3wt%, 3.5wt%, 4wt%, 4.5wt%, 5wt%, 5.5wt%, 6wt%, 6.5wt% or 7wt%, etc., and may be any other value within the range of 0.1 to 7 wt%.
The calcium content of the pearl active ingredient may be 10wt%, 11wt%, 12wt%, 13wt%, 14wt%, 15wt%, 16wt% or 17wt%, etc., or may be any other value within the range of 10 to 17 wt%.
The pH value of the pearl active ingredient solution obtained by dissolving the pearl active ingredient and water according to the weight ratio of 1:9 can be 5.5, 5.8, 6, 6.2, 6.5, 6.8 or 7.0, etc., and can be any other value in the range of 5.5-7.0.
The pearl active ingredient with the physical and chemical parameter range is used as a preparation raw material, and can be mixed with other preparation raw materials to form stable and transparent oil solution. It should be noted that, the water content and the pH value of the raw materials in the ingredients and the calcium ion content are key influencing factors, the water content and the calcium ion content are higher, the pH value is higher or lower, the binding capacity of the pearl active ingredient and the artificial cell membrane is reduced, the stability of the oil solution is destroyed, if problems such as precipitation and turbidity occur, a clear and transparent oil solution cannot be formed, and only the pearl active ingredient with lower water content, calcium ion content and moderate pH value can form stronger binding capacity with the artificial cell membrane, thereby forming the clear and transparent oil solution.
In the present application, the artificial cell membrane is preferably polyquaternium-51.
The poly quaternary ammonium salt-51 is also called methylpropanoxyethyl phosphorylcholine-n-butyl methacrylate, and is a copolymer formed by 2-methacryloyl hydroxyethyl phosphatidylcholine and monomeric hydrophobic butyl methacrylate. Polyquaternium-51 has the same amphipathic phospholipid structure as human cell membranes, and has the film forming function of a hydrogel film of phospholipid polymer and the binding function of butyl methacrylate to lipophilic substances generated by hydrophobic groups.
According to the application, the oil-insoluble pearl active ingredient is entrapped in the bilayer of the pearl active ingredient through the polyquaternium-51, so that after the substance is smeared on the surface of skin, a biomembrane similar to a stratum corneum can be formed, which is equivalent to a barrier for the skin, and meanwhile, the pearl active ingredient has the effects of helping the stratum corneum to repair and moisturize, and can improve the rough state of the skin, smooth and fine skin.
In the present application, the artificial cell membrane may be used in an amount of 0.9%, 0.95%, 1%, 1.05% or 1.1%, etc., or any other value within the range of 0.9 to 1.1%.
The octyl dodecanol isostearate may be used in an amount of 39%, 40%, 42%, 45%, 48%, 50%, 52%, 55% or 58%, etc., or any other value within the range of 39-58%.
The amount of caprylic/capric triglyceride may be 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11% or 12%, etc., or any other value within the range of 4-12%.
The amount of the pearl active ingredient may be 0.9%, 0.95%, 1%, 1.05% or 1.1%, etc., or may be any other value within the range of 0.9 to 1.1%.
According to the application, the oil-insoluble pearl active ingredient is entrapped with the artificial cell membrane according to a reasonable proportion and then is dissolved in the oil phase according to a specific proportion to prepare the clear and transparent oil solution, so that the formula is convenient to apply, and the formula has good skin permeability and absorption utilization rate, can be applied to essential oil, and can realize the effect of brightening skin.
Further, the raw materials for preparing the pearl active ingredient oil solution also comprise 0.5-1% of antioxidant according to the same weight percentage as the pearl active ingredient. Under the condition, the dosage of the caprylic/capric glyceride is 100 percent minus the weight percentage of the active ingredients of the artificial cell membrane, the octyl dodecanol isostearate, the caprylic/capric triglyceride and the pearl.
In the present application, the above-mentioned antioxidant is an oil-soluble antioxidant such as tocopheryl acetate.
By adding the oil-soluble antioxidant, the antioxidant effect of the oil solution of pearl active ingredient can be improved.
In the specific preparation process, other components which do not affect the solubility and stability of the pearl active ingredient can be added into the preparation raw materials of the pearl active ingredient oil solution according to the requirements.
