Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
The pearl active ingredient oil solution, the preparation method thereof and the skin external preparation provided by the application are specifically described below.
The inventors propose: in the prior art, the key reason that the pearl active ingredient is difficult to stably exist and be absorbed in the oil cosmetics, especially transparent essential oil, is that the main ingredient calcium carbonate of the pearl powder is insoluble in water and oil, other trace elements and peptide active ingredients are all water-soluble ingredients, the solubility in the oil is extremely low, and the stability of the product can be greatly reduced when the pearl active ingredient is added into the oil cosmetic formula.
Based on the above, the application creatively provides a pearl active ingredient oil solution, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.9-1.1% of artificial cell membrane, 39-58% of octyl dodecanol isostearate, 4-12% of caprylic/capric triglyceride and 0.9-1.1% of pearl active ingredient, and the balance of caprylic/capric glyceride.
Through the preparation raw materials, after the non-oil-soluble pearl active ingredients are entrapped with artificial cell membranes, the non-oil-soluble pearl active ingredients are dissolved in an oil phase formed by caprylic/capric triglyceride, octyl dodecanol isostearate and caprylic/capric glyceride according to a specific proportion to prepare clear and transparent oil solution, so that the water-soluble pearl ingredients are converted into oil-soluble pearl entrapped matters.
In the application, the pearl active ingredient comprises at least one of water-soluble pearl powder, hydrolyzed pearl lyophilized powder, hydrolyzed conchiolin and pearl young factor.
The hydrolyzed conchiolin is a whitening essence component derived from pearl of the Shi-diffusion group Deqing biotechnology Co., ltd. Of Zhejiang and Europe, contains proper small molecular polypeptide, is favorable for inhibiting skin melanin production, has the activity of antagonizing endothelin, effectively resists skin color deposition, and can be used for whitening, brightening and spot-lightening cosmetics.
The pearl young factor refers to an anti-aging essence component derived from pearls of the Zhejiang Europe and Shi diffusion group Deqing biotechnology limited company, is beneficial to the growth of skin epidermal cells, effectively resists the aging of cells, and can be used for anti-aging, brightening and repairing cosmetics.
In a preferred embodiment, the physical and chemical parameters of the pearl active ingredient used in the present application include: the water content is 0.1-7wt% and the calcium content is 10-17wt%; and the pH value of the pearl active ingredient solution after the pearl active ingredient and water are dissolved according to the weight ratio of 1:9 is 5.5-7.0.
Wherein the water content of the pearl active ingredient may be 0.1wt%, 0.5wt%, 1wt%, 1.5wt%, 2wt%, 2.5wt%, 3wt%, 3.5wt%, 4wt%, 4.5wt%, 5wt%, 5.5wt%, 6wt%, 6.5wt% or 7wt%, etc., and may be any other value within the range of 0.1 to 7 wt%.
The calcium content of the pearl active ingredient may be 10wt%, 11wt%, 12wt%, 13wt%, 14wt%, 15wt%, 16wt% or 17wt%, etc., or may be any other value within the range of 10 to 17 wt%.
The pH value of the pearl active ingredient solution obtained by dissolving the pearl active ingredient and water according to the weight ratio of 1:9 can be 5.5, 5.8, 6, 6.2, 6.5, 6.8 or 7.0, etc., and can be any other value in the range of 5.5-7.0.
The pearl active ingredient with the physical and chemical parameter range is used as a preparation raw material, and can be mixed with other preparation raw materials to form stable and transparent oil solution. It should be noted that, the water content and the pH value of the raw materials in the ingredients and the calcium ion content are key influencing factors, the water content and the calcium ion content are higher, the pH value is higher or lower, the binding capacity of the pearl active ingredient and the artificial cell membrane is reduced, the stability of the oil solution is destroyed, if problems such as precipitation and turbidity occur, a clear and transparent oil solution cannot be formed, and only the pearl active ingredient with lower water content, calcium ion content and moderate pH value can form stronger binding capacity with the artificial cell membrane, thereby forming the clear and transparent oil solution.
In the present application, the artificial cell membrane is preferably polyquaternium-51.
The poly quaternary ammonium salt-51 is also called methylpropanoxyethyl phosphorylcholine-n-butyl methacrylate, and is a copolymer formed by 2-methacryloyl hydroxyethyl phosphatidylcholine and monomeric hydrophobic butyl methacrylate. Polyquaternium-51 has the same amphipathic phospholipid structure as human cell membranes, and has the film forming function of a hydrogel film of phospholipid polymer and the binding function of butyl methacrylate to lipophilic substances generated by hydrophobic groups.
According to the application, the oil-insoluble pearl active ingredient is entrapped in the bilayer of the pearl active ingredient through the polyquaternium-51, so that after the substance is smeared on the surface of skin, a biomembrane similar to a stratum corneum can be formed, which is equivalent to a barrier for the skin, and meanwhile, the pearl active ingredient has the effects of helping the stratum corneum to repair and moisturize, and can improve the rough state of the skin, smooth and fine skin.
In the present application, the artificial cell membrane may be used in an amount of 0.9%, 0.95%, 1%, 1.05% or 1.1%, etc., or any other value within the range of 0.9 to 1.1%.
The octyl dodecanol isostearate may be used in an amount of 39%, 40%, 42%, 45%, 48%, 50%, 52%, 55% or 58%, etc., or any other value within the range of 39-58%.
The amount of caprylic/capric triglyceride may be 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11% or 12%, etc., or any other value within the range of 4-12%.
The amount of the pearl active ingredient may be 0.9%, 0.95%, 1%, 1.05% or 1.1%, etc., or may be any other value within the range of 0.9 to 1.1%.
According to the application, the oil-insoluble pearl active ingredient is entrapped with the artificial cell membrane according to a reasonable proportion and then is dissolved in the oil phase according to a specific proportion to prepare the clear and transparent oil solution, so that the formula is convenient to apply, and the formula has good skin permeability and absorption utilization rate, can be applied to essential oil, and can realize the effect of brightening skin.
Further, the raw materials for preparing the pearl active ingredient oil solution also comprise 0.5-1% of antioxidant according to the same weight percentage as the pearl active ingredient. Under the condition, the dosage of the caprylic/capric glyceride is 100 percent minus the weight percentage of the active ingredients of the artificial cell membrane, the octyl dodecanol isostearate, the caprylic/capric triglyceride and the pearl.
In the present application, the above-mentioned antioxidant is an oil-soluble antioxidant such as tocopheryl acetate.
By adding the oil-soluble antioxidant, the antioxidant effect of the oil solution of pearl active ingredient can be improved.
In the specific preparation process, other components which do not affect the solubility and stability of the pearl active ingredient can be added into the preparation raw materials of the pearl active ingredient oil solution according to the requirements.

Caprylic/capric triglyceride 8
Tocopheryl acetate 1
As can be seen from the results of fig. 2 and 3:
FIG. 2 corresponds to the oil-soluble pearl C of example 1, which is a clear transparent solution; the pearl solution in the comparative example shown in FIG. 3 was cloudy, and a clear and transparent solution could not be formed.
In addition, other pearl extracts having pH values of 7.0 (without containing) -7.2 (10% aqueous solution), moisture contents of 7.1-9.0% and calcium contents of 18-20% were used to prepare pearl active ingredient oil solutions according to the above steps and conditions, and as a result, the obtained pearl solutions were likewise shown to be in a cloudy state, and a clear and transparent solution could not be formed.
From this, it can be derived that: only if the physical and chemical parameters of the pearl active ingredient are within the scope of the application, and the preparation raw materials are prepared according to a specific proportion, the clear and transparent artificial cell membrane-coated pearl active ingredient oil solution can be formed.
Example 2
Preparation of essential oil
The oil-soluble pearl B of the artificial cell membrane-entrapped pearl active ingredient prepared according to example 1 was used for the preparation of essential oil (pearl shiny and shiny essential oil) prepared from the following components in mass percent in table 3.
TABLE 3 essential oil composition Cheng Fenbiao
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
Adding the component A into a vacuum emulsifying pot, starting stirring, heating to 80 ℃, and preserving heat and stirring until the component A is uniformly dispersed;
When the temperature is reduced to 50 ℃, adding the component B and the component C preheated in advance at 50 ℃ and uniformly stirring;
And (3) when the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃, adding the component D, stirring uniformly, and reducing the temperature to room temperature.
The obtained essential oil is in a clear and transparent state.
Comparative example 2
An oil-soluble pearl B of an artificial cell membrane-entrapped pearl active ingredient prepared according to example 1 was used for the preparation of essential oil, which replaced coco-caprylate/caprate in Table 3 with the same mass percent of polar oil isononyl isononanoate, and the resulting essential oil was in a cloudy opaque state (as shown in FIG. 4).
From this, it can be derived that: the pearl active ingredient encapsulated by the artificial cell membrane can be prepared into clear and transparent essential oil only by being matched with the specific type of grease provided by the application.
Test example 1
Product stability test
The essential oils prepared as in example 2 were subjected to heat, cold, alternating and light stability tests, wherein:
the heat resistance test conditions were: 45+/-1 ℃, keeping constant temperature and avoiding light for 30 days;
The cold resistance test conditions are as follows: -20+/-1 ℃, keeping the temperature away from light and keeping the temperature away from light for 30 days;
the alternating test conditions were: transferring from-20deg.C constant temperature for 3.5 days to 45deg.C constant temperature for 3.5 days, and keeping away from light;
The illumination test conditions are as follows: illumination constant temperature and humidity test box (1.47×10 6 Lux·hr), 7d.
Compared with the essential oil prepared in the example 2 under normal temperature conditions, the product has no obvious change in smell, no precipitation in cold resistance and slightly deepened heat resistance and illumination color, and shows that the product has good stability.
Test example 2
Product safety test
The essential oil prepared as in example 2 was subjected to a number of (acute) skin irritation tests in guinea pigs, and applied continuously for 7 days, under the following test conditions: relative humidity of 20-24 ℃): 60-70%.
The results showed that the number of erythema was 0, the number of oedema was 0, the integral of the stimulus response was 0, and the stimulus intensity was graded as: no stimulating reaction.
Test example 3
Testing the product: the essential oil (the eushi diffuse pearl shiny brightening essential oil) prepared in example 2 was used by volunteers at the calf test area in the morning and evening for 28 days during the test. Each dose was 1 pump (about 0.3 g).
The testing method comprises the following steps: the enrolled volunteers visit before use (D0) and at 28 days of use (D28), wipe their lower legs with dry facial tissues after visit, and sit still in the test environment for at least 20 minutes during which they were unable to drink hot water and beverages, respectively. The volunteer satisfaction questionnaire was filled out at 28 days of visit. Number of test persons: 35 persons. Test area: the test area was randomly calibrated outside the volunteer's calf, with an area of 45cm 2 (circular area with a diameter of 7.6 cm). Test environment: the temperature (21+/-1) DEG C and the relative humidity (50+/-10)%, and carrying out real-time dynamic monitoring.
Volunteer satisfaction questionnaire analysis: the questionnaire is prepared from 1-9 minutes, 1 minute-very objectionable, 9 minutes-very agreeable. An effective number of people with a score > 5 and a satisfaction of greater than 50% may support relevant claims. The satisfaction degree calculating method comprises the following steps:
Satisfaction = number of subjects scored greater than 5 points/total number of effective persons x 100%;
and (3) calculating whether the probability of occurrence of TOP4 (score > 5 points) and BOT5 (score less than or equal to 5 points) is significantly different from the specified test proportion by adopting a binomial test, wherein the test proportion is 0.50.
Satisfaction results show that: 88.57% of volunteers agree that the product has moisturizing effect, and the skin is more moist after use; 88.57% of volunteers agree that "skin is finer after use"; 85.71% of volunteers agree "smoother skin after use"; 85.71% of volunteers agree "skin is tender after use"; 85.71% of volunteers agree "skin state is more stable after use"; 82.85% of volunteers agree "skin is shinier after use"; 71.42% of volunteers agree "skin is more resistant after use". The product has the effects of moisturizing and brightening.
In conclusion, the pearl active ingredient oil solution provided by the application is clear and transparent, has good safety and no toxicity or irritation, and can be applied to full-oil cosmetics. The skin external preparation, especially the full transparent essential oil, can make the corresponding skin external preparation have higher skin absorption and utilization rate, has luster after being used, can achieve good brightening effect, can improve the skin state after being used, and has no adverse reaction.
