Description

Tea polyphenol allergy-relieving fresh toothpaste and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cleaning products, and particularly relates to tea polyphenol allergy-relieving fresh toothpaste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Toothpaste is one of tooth cleaning products, generally in a gel shape, and is usually applied to a toothbrush, and the mechanical friction of the toothbrush is used for cleaning the surfaces of teeth, cleaning the teeth and the periphery of the teeth and purifying and refreshing the oral cavity. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the quality requirement of toothpaste is gradually improved. In terms of performance, toothpaste is generally required to be able to remove pellicle and plaque from the tooth surface without damaging enamel and dentin; has good function of cleaning the oral cavity and the periphery thereof; no toxicity and no stimulation to oral mucosa; has comfortable fragrance and taste, and has cool and fresh feeling after use.
The dentin structure is not dense, and under a microscope, many dense and numb dentinal tubules filled with interstitial fluid and communicated with the interstitial fluid of the dental pulp are visible. Under the protection of enamel, the dentin tubule liquid is basically in a static state. However, the dentin is exposed due to long-term abrasion, and the small mouth of the dentin is communicated with the outside. When the teeth are stimulated in a physiological range, such as brushing teeth, temperature of overheating and supercooling, sour and hot food and the like, the pain rapidly appears and disappears along with the coming and leaving of the stimulation. Tooth sensitivity is common among the elderly, as enamel loss is a result of the long-term aging. Some patients have more sensitive teeth and inaccurate positioning of allergic regions, and doctors are more inclined to adopt a conservative treatment mode when the sensitivity degree is lower, so that the desensitizing toothpaste becomes the best choice. About 29.7% of adults in China have dentin hypersensitivity to different degrees. Therefore, it is important to develop an effective treatment for dentin hypersensitivity, and there are many methods for treating dentin hypersensitivity in clinical practice, among which desensitizing toothpastes containing certain specific ingredients are the first choice for patients.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide tea polyphenol allergy-relieving fresh toothpaste with allergy-relieving effect and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the tea polyphenol allergy-relieving fresh toothpaste comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-25% of silicon dioxide, 30-70% of sorbitol, 1.5-2.5% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.1-0.5% of carrageenan, 0.1-1.0% of cellulose gum, 0.6-1.5% of essence, 0.1-2% of hydrated silica particles, 80.5-2.5% of polyethylene glycol, 0.1-1% of saccharin sodium, 0.1-3% of xylitol, 0.01-1% of tea polyphenol, 1-3% of sodium phytate, 0.01-1% of lactobacillus paracasei, 0.1-1% of strontium chloride, 0.1-1% of trisodium phosphate, 0.1-0.5% of sodium benzoate, 0.1-1% of menthone glycerol ketal and the balance of water.
The silica has the function of an abrasive in toothpaste, and when teeth are brushed, the silica is suspended in foam to fill the oral cavity and widely contact tartar, so that the tartar is easily brushed off under the friction action of a toothbrush and is spit out along with mouthwash.
Sorbitol has good effects of keeping freshness, fragrance and color, can keep water, fragrance, color and freshness of toothpaste, and can be replaced by sorbitol in almost all fields using glycerol or propylene glycol.
The main raw material fatty alcohol of sodium lauryl sulfate is a pure natural plant (coconut kernel and palm kernel) extract, and is non-toxic and harmless. Sodium lauryl sulfate is easy to dissolve in water, has excellent emulsifying property and washing capacity, and is the safest, efficient and optimal product as a foaming agent in toothpaste. The abundant foam generated in the mouth can clean teeth and remove tartar when brushing teeth.
Carrageenan, also known as carrageenan or carrageenin, is a natural polysaccharide vegetable gum extracted from red algae. The carrageenan not only has excellent salt resistance and enzyme resistance, but also can improve the thixotropy and the dispersibility of the paste. Can obviously improve and improve the appearance of the toothpaste, and the paste is very fine, smooth and high-cleanness.
Cellulose gum acts as a thickener and stabilizer. In addition to altering the behavior of water, cellulose gums can be used to alter flowability, increase texture, and enhance mouthfeel.
The hydrated silica particles are made of silicon dioxide as a matrix and have a particle size which gives the toothpaste a colorful granular impression and has the function of cleaning tartar.
Tea polyphenols are the general name of polyphenols in tea, and are white amorphous powder, which are easily soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, methanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, and insoluble in chloroform. The tea polyphenol comprises the following main components: flavanones, anthocyanidins, flavonols, anthocyanins, phenolic acids, depside 6 compounds, and flavonoids in tea polyphenols can effectively inhibit harmful bacteria in oral cavity.
The sodium phytate is an organic matter, white powder or crystal, is an important pure natural green additive, and has the most remarkable characteristics of strong chelating action with metal ions, strong oxidation resistance and strong color protection.
The lactobacillus paracasei is a probiotic, mainly exists in intestinal tracts of human bodies, and has the effects of enhancing immunity, maintaining the balance of intestinal flora, promoting digestion and the like. Has certain bactericidal effect on gram-positive bacteria, staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.
Strontium chloride is one of the inorganic salts, the most common strontium salt, and aqueous solutions exhibit weak acidity, which can reduce tooth sensitivity by occluding dentinal tubules.
Menthone glycerol ketal is a chemical substance, a colorless transparent viscous liquid, used in formulations requiring cooling action, can enhance mint flavor in oral care products, can be used in gum confection, syrup, spicy flavoring agents, and can mask bitter taste in pharmaceutical formulations.
The tea polyphenol allergy-relieving refreshing toothpaste is a preferred embodiment and comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 18-22% of silicon dioxide, 40-60% of sorbitol, 1.8-2.2% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.2-0.4% of carrageenan, 0.3-0.8% of cellulose gum, 0.8-1.2% of essence, 0.5-1.2% of hydrated silica particles, 81.5-2.2% of polyethylene glycol, 0.2-0.8% of saccharin sodium, 1-2% of xylitol, 0.05-0.5% of tea polyphenol, 1.2-2.2% of sodium phytate, 0.05-0.5% of lactobacillus paracasei, 0.3-0.8% of strontium chloride, 0.3-0.8% of trisodium phosphate, 0.2-0.4% of sodium benzoate, 0.2-0.8% of menthone glycerol ketal and the balance of water.
