Abstract
The invention relates to anti-allergy toothpaste, which comprises an abrasive, a surfactant, an adhesive, a humectant, strontium chloride and starch, wherein the strontium chloride accounts for 1 wt% of all components of the toothpaste, and the starch accounts for 70-150 wt%; by adding a proper amount of starch into the anti-allergy toothpaste, strontium chloride in the toothpaste can be quickly dissolved out in the tooth brushing process, the side effect of excessive use of the strontium chloride is avoided, and the use effect of the strontium chloride is also ensured to the greatest extent. Meanwhile, starch and strontium chloride are premixed, and a proper stirring speed is selected, so that the dispersion degree of the strontium chloride in the toothpaste body is ensured, and the dissolving-out effect of the strontium chloride is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oral composition, in particular to anti-allergy toothpaste.
Background
Toothpaste is a substance composed of an abrasive, a humectant, a thickener, a foaming agent, essence, water and the like, and other additives with special effects are sometimes used in order to improve the performance of toothpaste. The common binding agents usually comprise carboxymethyl cellulose CMC, hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC, guar gum, carrageenan, xanthan gum and carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl cellulose, and in the actual preparation and use processes of the toothpaste, a plurality of binding agents are usually used in a matching way to improve the overall performance effect of the toothpaste.
The humectant has hygroscopicity, can keep moisture of a toothpaste body, ensures the fluidity of the toothpaste, melts when heated to change the consistency of the toothpaste body, and separates out water, and the commonly used humectants in the toothpaste comprise sorbitol, glycerol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, xylitol and the like, wherein sorbitol is widely used, but the problem of water diversion of the toothpaste body easily occurs when sorbitol is used alone, so that the use of the humectant and a binding agent is generally considered comprehensively in the actual use process of the toothpaste.
For oral cavity anti-sensitivity toothpaste, strontium chloride is a common anti-sensitivity additive, which can relieve ache caused by tooth allergy on one hand and seal dentinal tubules on the other hand, thereby relieving the symptom of the tooth allergy; but strontium chloride has certain side effect as a medicine, so the dosage of the toothpaste is less, usually less than 1%; meanwhile, strontium chloride is dissolved in water and insoluble in organic solvents, a process is needed for dissolving out the strontium chloride from the paste body in the process of tooth brushing, and if the formula design of the toothpaste is unreasonable, the strontium chloride dissolving speed is too slow, so the whole anti-sensitivity performance of the toothpaste is greatly reduced.
Therefore, a toothpaste with proper viscosity, high strontium chloride dissolution rate and good anti-sensitivity performance in the tooth brushing process needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problem that strontium chloride cannot effectively act to achieve anti-allergy due to the fact that the strontium chloride dissolution rate is too slow due to unreasonable design of an anti-allergy toothpaste formula in the prior art, the invention aims to provide anti-allergy toothpaste, which can quickly release strontium chloride in a paste body along with tooth brushing after the toothpaste enters an oral cavity, and improve the overall anti-allergy effect of the toothpaste.
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide an anti-sensitivity toothpaste, which comprises a binder, a humectant, starch and strontium chloride.
The toothpaste disclosed by the invention can rapidly reduce the viscosity after the toothpaste body enters the oral cavity, so that strontium chloride in the toothpaste body is completely dissolved in water and acts on the oral cavity, and the action effect of the anti-allergy toothpaste is greatly improved.
Preferably, the adhesive is one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose CMC, hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC, guar gum, carrageenan, xanthan gum and carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl cellulose, preferably, the adhesive is a mixture of carboxymethyl cellulose and carrageenan, and compared with a single-used adhesive or a composition of other adhesives, the composition of carboxymethyl cellulose and carrageenan has more proper viscosity, specifically can form a stable paste at normal temperature, but can be quickly thickened when meeting water and in a stirring and friction state; the applicant believes that for anti-sensitivity toothpaste, in order to ensure the dissolution efficiency of strontium chloride, the viscosity of the paste is slightly lower than that of common toothpaste, particularly, the paste can be quickly thickened under stirring and friction conditions, the influence of the paste on the dissolution efficiency of strontium chloride is minimized, and preferably, the mass ratio of carboxymethyl cellulose to carrageenan is 1: 2-3: 1.
preferably, the humectant is one or more of sorbitol, glycerol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and xylitol, preferably, a composition of sorbitol, xylitol and glycerol is used, sorbitol is the most widely used humectant, but sorbitol alone can cause the ointment to be seriously divided into water, glycerol has proper viscosity, so that the defect of sorbitol dividing can be effectively overcome, and xylitol can be used as the humectant and also can be used as a sweetener in toothpaste. The humectant is selected so that the paste has a suitable viscosity and good hygroscopicity, and when the paste is in contact with water, the paste can absorb water rapidly.
The strontium chloride is used in an amount of 0.1-1 wt%, preferably 0.5-1 wt%, based on the total toothpaste components; strontium chloride is an additive with an anti-allergy effect known in the prior art, but the dosage of strontium chloride is not suitable to be too much due to certain side effects, but if the dosage is too small, the anti-allergy effect cannot be achieved, when the toothpaste formula is designed, the dosage of strontium chloride is reduced as much as possible, the use efficiency of strontium chloride is improved, so that the situation that the dosage of strontium chloride has to be increased due to low dissolution efficiency is avoided, because the tooth brushing time of some patients is prolonged more when the oral allergy symptoms occur, the strontium chloride in the toothpaste is in a full-dissolved state, the side effects on the patients are further caused, but if the dosage of strontium chloride is reduced, the additive is unfavorable for the patients who are not seriously treated, and the efficacy of the toothpaste is greatly reduced; therefore, the most reasonable formulation should be designed to be the strontium chloride in a completely dissolved state to perform targeted treatment on the oral allergy without causing side effects, and the effect is not changed due to different attitudes of patients, so that the toothpaste can still rapidly release the strontium chloride even in a short tooth brushing time, and the strontium chloride can be dissolved in a very short time.
The amount of strontium chloride used is not particularly limited, and since the toothpaste slurry contains water and strontium chloride has high water solubility, the applicant guesses that strontium chloride does not exist in the form of particles in the toothpaste, and the dissolution efficiency of strontium chloride mainly depends on the viscosity breaking efficiency of the toothpaste, although the dissolution efficiency cannot be confirmed by experiments.
Starch is the main material of raw powder, the raw powder is a viscosity reducer commonly used in certain industries and used for reducing the viscosity of slurry or suspension, the starch has sweet taste and is an excellent sweetening agent, meanwhile, the starch is hydrolyzed when meeting human saliva to form disaccharide-maltose, and chemical reaction can occur in the oral cavity.
Preferably, the starch is oxidized modified starch, which is a starch modification technology known in the prior art, and it is known that some hydroxyl groups are changed into carboxyl groups through oxidation modification, and the starch has the characteristics of low gelatinization temperature, low viscosity of the paste, strong fluidity, difficult retrogradation and gelatinization and high transparency; in the present invention, the toothpaste body prepared from the oxidation-modified starch has more suitable viscosity at room temperature and 37 ℃, the specific mode and method for oxidation modification of the starch are not particularly limited and required, and sodium hypochlorite oxidation-modified starch is preferred.
Preferably, the paste of the finally prepared toothpaste should have a suitable viscosity at 35 ℃ (close to mouth temperature), preferably said viscosity is 10-50Pa s.
As other preferable scheme, the toothpaste also comprises an abrasive, the type of the abrasive is not particularly required, the abrasive can be calcium carbonate, calcium hydrophosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, silicon dioxide and the like which are commonly used in the prior art, the dosage can be 10-80%, and the main function of the abrasive is to rub teeth by means of the back and forth movement of the toothbrush, remove dirt and whiten the teeth.
Preferably, the toothpaste of the invention may also include a detergent, which may be of a known surfactant type, such as anionic or nonionic surfactants, which primarily function to foam, emulsify, and decontaminate.
Preferably, the toothpaste of the present invention may further comprise various additives, such as essence, tea polyphenol, lactobacillus, enzyme, etc., according to actual requirements.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of toothpaste, which comprises the following steps:
step one, premixing strontium chloride and starch to obtain premix A;
step two, mixing the premix A with an adhesive and a humectant to obtain a premix B;
and step three, mixing the premix B with other components in the toothpaste to obtain the toothpaste.
As described above, strontium chloride is a known anti-allergy drug in the prior art, has certain side effects, is harmful to human bodies when being taken in excess, is controlled in an amount within a range that does not cause side effects even if the strontium chloride is fully acted on human bodies in consideration of the time for brushing teeth of different people, and is improved in dissolution efficiency as much as possible in order to improve the use effect as much as possible.
This application uses starch cooperation strontium chloride, and the experiment proves, and starch itself has stronger hygroscopicity, and paste starch parcel is lived behind the washing water behind the strontium chloride, can dissolve out rapidly after meeting water visbreaking at the toothpaste lotion, compares in not passing through premixing, directly mixes starch and strontium chloride and other components of toothpaste directly has better effect.
The binding agent and the humectant in the toothpaste are two components with the largest interaction, so that the premixing of the binding agent and the humectant can also achieve better effect.
In the present invention, the amount of starch is preferably 70 to 150 wt%, more preferably 90 to 120 wt%, of the amount of strontium chloride, and too much amount affects the dispersion of strontium chloride and the fluidity of toothpaste, and too little amount does not effectively promote the dissolution rate of strontium chloride.
The premixing stirring speed of the strontium chloride and the starch is preferably 300-500rpm, the premixing is aimed at promoting the mixing of the strontium chloride and the starch, during which the starch can absorb moisture in the air to form paste so as to achieve the effect of locally dissolving the strontium chloride, if the rotating speed is too high, local hot spots are easily formed to damage the starch structure, the formation of the local hot spots is also not beneficial to the absorption of the moisture in the air by the starch, so that the premixing with the strontium chloride is not uniform, and if the rotating speed is too slow, the mixing of the starch and the strontium chloride is not beneficial.
Preferably, the premixing time is 1 to 5 hours, more preferably 2 to 3 hours, and the time is not particularly limited as long as the starch and the strontium chloride are completely and uniformly stirred.
The premixing stirring speed of the premix A obtained by premixing strontium chloride and starch, the adhesive and the humectant is preferably 800-1000rpm, and is preferably 850-950rpm, the adhesive and the humectant are two types of materials with the strongest interaction in toothpaste components, the interaction of the adhesive and the humectant can be enhanced by premixing the adhesive and the humectant, and meanwhile, due to the interaction between the strontium chloride and the starch, the fluid characteristics of the starch and the action of part of the humectant, the effect of the strontium chloride can be further improved by premixing the premix A, the adhesive and the humectant.
The mixing time of premix A obtained by premixing strontium chloride and starch with the adhesive and the humectant is preferably 1-5h, preferably 2-3h, and is not particularly limited as long as the starch and the strontium chloride are completely and uniformly mixed.
Preferably, the adhesive is one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose CMC, hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC, guar gum, carrageenan, xanthan gum and carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl cellulose, preferably, the adhesive is a mixture of carboxymethyl cellulose and carrageenan, and compared with a single-used adhesive or a composition of other adhesives, the composition of carboxymethyl cellulose and carrageenan has more proper viscosity, specifically can form a stable paste at normal temperature, but can be quickly thickened when meeting water and in a stirring and friction state; the applicant believes that for anti-sensitivity toothpaste, in order to ensure the dissolution efficiency of strontium chloride, the viscosity of the paste is slightly lower than that of common toothpaste, particularly, the paste can be quickly thickened under stirring and friction conditions, the influence of the paste on the dissolution efficiency of strontium chloride is minimized, and preferably, the mass ratio of carboxymethyl cellulose to carrageenan is 1: 2-3: 1.
preferably, the humectant is one or more of sorbitol, glycerol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and xylitol, preferably, a composition of sorbitol, xylitol and glycerol is used, sorbitol is the most widely used humectant, but sorbitol alone can cause the ointment to be seriously divided, glycerol has proper viscosity, so that the defect of sorbitol dividing can be effectively overcome, and xylitol can be used as the humectant and also can be used as a sweetener in toothpaste. The humectant is selected so that the paste has a suitable viscosity and good hygroscopicity, and when the paste is in contact with water, the paste can absorb water rapidly.
Preferably, the mixing process of the premix B and other components in the toothpaste is not particularly limited, and the premix B and other components are only required to be completely mixed.
