Description

Pesticide composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a pesticide composition and application thereof.
Background
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
The suspension emulsion (suspension emulsions, SE for short) is a preparation in which at least two water-insoluble active ingredients are uniformly dispersed in the form of solid particles and fine liquid beads respectively under the condition of taking water as a continuous phase by means of various auxiliary agents to form a stable suspension emulsion system, namely, a preparation in which the main ingredients consist of a water-insoluble oil phase substance and a solid phase substance, and are emulsified and suspended in water. The suspoemulsion has the double advantages of a suspending agent and an aqueous emulsion. The water replaces a large amount of organic solvent as a carrier, so that the use safety of the product is improved, and the phytotoxicity after the application is greatly reduced; the liquid suspension emulsion has good diffusion in water, and can be directly prepared into spray liquid for use; is an excellent, safe and environment-friendly pesticide water-based preparation. In addition, the suspension emulsion is composed of a plurality of effective active ingredients, and has the advantages of expanding the prevention and treatment spectrum, avoiding the incompatibility of barrel mixing, improving the efficiency and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to develop, produce and use the suspoemulsion products, thereby achieving the purpose of efficiently and safely controlling agricultural diseases and insect pests.
The inhibitor has broad-spectrum and quick-acting effects of killing and stomach poisoning and fumigation. Has strong permeability, stable hydrolysis, low volatility, long lasting period and certain systemic effect. Is suitable for preventing and controlling various pests on rice, cotton, fruit trees, vegetables and soybeans, and is also effective on mites. Oxidation to sulfoxide and sulfone in plant body can raise insecticidal activity.
The spirotetramat is a novel tetronic acid derivative pesticide, and has wide insecticidal spectrum and long lasting period. It is to reduce the reproductive capacity of adults by interfering with the fat biosynthesis of insects, resulting in larval death. Due to the unique action mechanism, the pesticide can effectively control pests with resistance to the existing pesticide, and can be used as an important variety for the resistance management of the nicotine pesticide. Spirotetramat is the only modern pesticide to date with dual inward conduction properties at xylem and phloem. The compound can move up and down in the whole plant body and reach leaf surfaces and bark, so that pests such as lettuce and cabbage on the inner leaves and on the bark of fruits can be prevented and controlled. This unique systemic property protects the new buds, leaves and roots from the growth of eggs and larvae of the pest. The bidirectional systemic conductivity means that the pest has no safe hidden place and the control effect is more thorough.

Placing 20 thrips and cleaned mango tender leaves in a breathable transparent box, uniformly spraying liquid medicine in the box and on plants, and feeding at 26 ℃. Each treatment was repeated 5 times while a water spray blank was set, and the number of dead insects was checked after 24 hours. Calculating mortality and correcting mortality, solving a virulence regression equation and calculating LC 50 Values. If the control mortality rate is greater than 10%, it is considered an ineffective test. The calculation formula is as follows:
mortality (%) = (number of live insects before drug-number of live insects after drug)/number of live insects before drug x 100
Corrected mortality (%) = (treatment group mortality-control group mortality)/(1-control group mortality) ×100
Converting the corrected mortality of the pests into a mechanical value (y), converting the treatment concentration (μg/ml) into a logarithmic value (x), deriving a virulence regression equation by a least squares method, and thereby calculating LC for each agent 50 Values.
