技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶密封条技术领域,特别涉及一种三元乙丙橡胶。
背景技术
EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)即三元乙丙橡胶,是由乙烯、丙烯和少量的非共轭二烯烃的共聚物。其具有耐臭氧、耐热、耐候等耐老化性能优异,可广泛用于汽车部件、建筑用防水材料、电线电缆护套、耐热胶管、胶带、汽车密封件等领域。
EPDM的特性使其在乘用车密封条领域受到青睐。据不完全统计,EPDM作为乘用车密封条全世界每年约消费80万吨,同时企业对EPDM的物料性能的要求也越来越高,普通EPDM的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度等技术指标已经不能满足企业的需要。
因此寻求更优化的EPDM橡胶条配方,获得更高性能的产品,推动乘用车密封条行业的质量提升,是EPDM橡胶条生产企业迫切需要解决的技术难题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种三元乙丙海绵橡胶,以解决提升EPDM拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度等方面性能的技术问题。
本发明三元乙丙海绵橡胶按重量份计,包括:40份原胶,620份吸湿剂Ca0-80,25份防焦剂E-80,250份发泡剂OBSH-75,160份促进剂ZDBC-80,150份促进剂MBT-80,140份促进剂DPTT-70,90份促进剂ETU-80,20份促进剂TDEC-75,140份硫化剂DTDM-80,150份硫磺S-80。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明三元乙丙海绵橡胶,其通过特殊的配方实现了让三元乙丙海绵橡胶在拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度、撕裂强度变化率等方面的性能比普通EPDM橡胶有明显提升。
具体实施方式
本实施例中三元乙丙海绵橡胶,按重量份计,包括:40份原胶,620份吸湿剂Ca0-80,25份防焦剂E-80,250份发泡剂OBSH-75,160份促进剂ZDBC-80,150份促进剂MBT-80,140份促进剂DPTT-70,90份促进剂ETU-80,20份促进剂TDEC-75,140份硫化剂DTDM-80,150份硫磺S-80。
按配比将上述各原料加入密炼机中混炼得到混合胶料,然后将混合胶料通过开炼机热炼均匀后经挤出机挤出成型,挤出的胶条连续输送到微波橡胶硫化设备进行硫化处理,即得到三元乙丙海绵橡胶条。
对普通的三元乙丙海绵橡胶和本实施例中得到的三元乙丙海绵橡胶条的物理性能进行对比检测,结果如下表所示:

通过对比检测数据可知,本实施例中得到的三元乙丙海绵橡胶在拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度、撕裂强度变化率等方面的性能比普通EPDM橡胶有明显提升。
