Background
The whole industrial chain development of vegetables, at first, the seed, the industry of growing seedlings must be done, grow seedlings be a work that intensity of labour is big, time-consuming, technical strong, the growth of seedling can not be separated water and fertilizer, and equipment on the existing market all carries out the mechanical spraying to the required water source of seedling, has reduced artifical rate of utilization, but the mechanical spraying can lead to some liquid manure to spray subaerially, causes the waste of liquid manure resource.
Chinese patent CN112772097B discloses an anti-clogging water and fertilizer irrigation integrated device for a large-scale agricultural planting base, which comprises a flow dividing pipe, a telescopic inserted link, an inserted link length adjusting part, an irrigation sleeve set, a detachable chuck, a hinged seat and an auxiliary inserted link; watering suit includes basin and locates the small-size atomizer or the dropping liquid shower nozzle of adjustable interval of shunt tubes below. The water tank can be filled with the solid fertilizer firstly and then with water, the solid fertilizer can be slow-release fertilizer, and then the water is filled, the water fertilizer can be slowly converted into fine fog (or fine discontinuous liquid drops) through the small atomizing nozzle or the liquid drop nozzle below the shunt pipe, and the water fertilizer is irrigated from the upper part of the nursery stock in a very targeted manner to avoid being sprayed to the open space among the nursery stocks. The invention is especially suitable for spraying water, fertilizer or pesticide on large-scale seedlings, especially crops or flowers needing to be sprayed with foliar fertilizer.
Although this application solves the problems in the background art to some extent, the following problems are present in this application: 1. the water tank is arranged above the whole device, when the water and fertilizer storage amount is large, the pressure on the device below is large, and the shunt pipe is easy to bend, so that the direction of the small atomizing spray head or the liquid dropping spray head below is changed; 2. in seasons with different environmental humidity, the spraying amount may need to be adjusted, the water spraying amount of the small atomizing nozzle or the liquid dropping nozzle cannot be adjusted or needs to be adjusted individually, and the workload is large; 3. the cost of spraying by adopting a small-sized atomizing spray head or a liquid dropping spray head is higher, and when general water pipes are used for watering, the water yield is concentrated, so that the roots of seedlings are easily damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system and a method, wherein a water and fertilizer mixing tank is arranged for preparing water and fertilizer, the fertilizer is dissolved, the concentration of the fertilizer is uniform when the water and fertilizer is used, the water and fertilizer is fed into a water and fertilizer management box by using a water pumping pipe, a small amount of water and fertilizer is stored in the water and fertilizer management box for irrigation, an irrigation component leads the water and fertilizer out of irrigation seedlings through an irrigation hose, the water amount of irrigation is adjusted by a flow adjusting component, the irrigation direction of the water and fertilizer irrigation is adjusted by a direction adjusting component, and irrigation is carried out around the root of the seedlings, so that the problems in the background technology are solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system comprises a water and fertilizer mixing tank, a water and fertilizer management box and an irrigation assembly, wherein a water pumping pipe is arranged on one side of the water and fertilizer mixing tank, one end of the water pumping pipe is fixedly connected with the water and fertilizer management box, a limiting plate is arranged at the lower end of one side of the water and fertilizer management box, and the irrigation assembly is connected to the limiting plate in a penetrating manner;
the watering subassembly is including watering hose, flow control subassembly and direction adjustment subassembly, and the upper end and the liquid manure management case intercommunication of watering hose, and one side that the watering hose kept away from the limiting plate is provided with the flow control subassembly, and the flow control subassembly passes through the support to be connected with the lateral wall of liquid manure management case, and the direction adjustment subassembly has been cup jointed to the lower extreme of watering hose.
Preferably, the flow control subassembly includes rotation axis, flange and first worm wheel, and the position that the rotation axis is close to both ends is connected with the lateral wall of liquid manure management box through the support, and fixedly connected with flange on the position between the support is arranged in to the rotation axis, and the rotation axis is close to the first worm wheel of one end fixedly connected with of drinking-water pipe.
Preferably, the water pumping pipe is provided with a water inlet valve, the water inlet valve adopts a butterfly valve, a handle of the water inlet valve is provided with a first worm, and the first worm is meshed with a first worm wheel.
Preferably, the direction adjusting assembly comprises a fixing ring, a transmission part and a driving part, one side of the fixing ring is fixedly connected with the limiting plate, the fixing ring is sleeved with the irrigation hose, the lower surface of the fixing ring is provided with a sliding ring, the sliding ring is movably connected with the transmission part, and the transmission part is connected with the driving part through a synchronous belt.
Preferably, the transmission part comprises a transmission gear, an extension rod and a positioning ring, the transmission gear and the positioning ring are both sleeved with the irrigation hose, a limiting sliding groove is formed in the upper surface of the transmission gear and movably connected with the sliding ring, the extension rod is arranged on one side of the lower end of the transmission gear, and the lower end of the extension rod is fixedly connected with one side of the positioning ring.
Preferably, the driving part comprises a synchronous belt, a synchronous gear, a second worm, a third worm, a worm wheel mounting rack, a second worm wheel, a third worm wheel and a driving motor, one end of the second worm is fixedly connected with one end of the third worm, the upper end of the second worm is fixedly connected with the side wall of the water and fertilizer management box through a support, the lower end of the third worm is fixedly connected with the center of the synchronous gear, the synchronous gear is connected with the driving gear through the synchronous belt, the second worm wheel, the third worm wheel is respectively connected with the second worm, the third worm is matched with the third worm, the second worm wheel and the third worm wheel are respectively movably connected with the worm wheel mounting rack through rotating shafts, one side of the worm wheel mounting rack is fixedly connected with the driving motor in the rotating shaft of the second worm wheel connected with the rotating shaft, and the second worm wheel and the third worm wheel are connected through belts sleeved on the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the irrigation hose comprises a Z-shaped section, an S-shaped section and a straight pipe section, one end of the Z-shaped section is communicated with the liquid manure management box, the other end of the Z-shaped section is connected with one end of the S-shaped section, and the S-shaped section is arranged between the transmission gear and the positioning ring.
Preferably, the both ends of liquid manure management case are provided with the support frame respectively, and the inside bottom surface of liquid manure management case is provided with the inclined plane, and the upper end and the inside lowest of liquid manure management case of watering hose are connected.
Preferably, a stirring device is arranged inside the water and fertilizer mixing tank, and a water and fertilizer inlet is formed in the upper end of the water and fertilizer mixing tank.
The invention provides an implementation method of a water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system, which comprises the following steps:
s1: uniformly mixing water and fertilizer in a water and fertilizer mixing tank according to a proportion, feeding the water and fertilizer into a water and fertilizer management box through a water pumping pipe, and storing a small amount of water and fertilizer in the water and fertilizer management box for irrigation;
s2: by utilizing the gravity of the water fertilizer, the water fertilizer is irrigated to seedlings through the irrigation hose, the second worm is meshed with the second worm wheel, the driving motor works to drive the second worm wheel to rotate, the synchronous gear drives the transmission gear to rotate through the synchronous belt, and the positioning ring drives the lower end of the irrigation hose to realize quick rotation irrigation;
s3: when the water yield of the irrigation hose needs to be reduced, the water yield of the water pumping pipe needs to be reduced correspondingly, the handle is rotated to close the water inlet valve to drive the first worm to rotate, one end of the convex plate is extruded onto the irrigation hose, and the water yield of the irrigation hose is reduced;
s4: when the water inlet valve is adjusted, the rotating shaft rotates along with the first worm gear, the worm gear mounting rack at the other end of the rotating shaft rotates, the third worm gear is meshed with the third worm, the synchronous gear drives the transmission gear to rotate through the synchronous belt, and the positioning ring drives the lower end of the irrigation hose to realize slow rotation irrigation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention provides a water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system and a method, wherein a water and fertilizer mixing tank is arranged for preparing water and fertilizer, the fertilizer is dissolved, the concentration of the fertilizer is uniform when the water and fertilizer is used, the water and fertilizer is fed into a water and fertilizer management box by using a water pumping pipe, a small amount of water and fertilizer is stored in the water and fertilizer management box for irrigation, an irrigation component leads the water and fertilizer out through an irrigation hose to irrigate seedlings, a flow regulating component regulates the irrigation water quantity, a direction regulating component regulates the irrigation direction when the water and fertilizer is irrigated, and irrigation is carried out around the root of the seedlings;
2. according to the water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system and method provided by the invention, the water and fertilizer are irrigated to seedlings through the irrigation hose by utilizing the gravity of the water and fertilizer, and the ordinary hose is used as the irrigation hose, so that the cost is low;
3. according to the water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system and the method, the limiting plates and the convex plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the irrigation hose in a side-by-side mode, the convex plates can extrude the irrigation hose to deform by rotating to control the output quantity of the irrigation hose, so that the irrigation flow is controlled, the first worm wheel is meshed with the first worm, when the output quantity of the irrigation hose is adjusted, the water inlet quantity of the water and fertilizer management box can be controlled, and the solution in the water and fertilizer management box can be prevented from being excessively accumulated;
4. according to the water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system and method provided by the invention, one end of the rotating shaft is connected with the worm wheel mounting frame, and when the water quantity is adjusted, the worms with different rotating speeds are meshed with the worm wheels, so that the speed change of the synchronous gears is realized, the rotating speed of the irrigation hose is ensured to be in direct proportion to the irrigation quantity, water flow is not intensively discharged, and the damage to soil layers is avoided, and the roots of seedlings are washed away.

referring to fig. 1-3, a water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system includes a water and fertilizer mixing tank 1, a water and fertilizer management tank 2 and an irrigation assembly 3, a water pumping pipe 11 is disposed on one side of the water and fertilizer mixing tank 1, one end of the water pumping pipe 11 is fixedly connected to the water and fertilizer management tank 2, a limiting plate 21 is disposed on the lower end of one side of the water and fertilizer management tank 2, the irrigation assembly 3 is connected to the limiting plate 21 in a penetrating manner, a water inlet valve 12 is mounted on the water pumping pipe 11, the water inlet valve 12 is a butterfly valve, a handle of the water inlet valve 12 is provided with a first worm 121, the first worm 121 is engaged with a first worm wheel 323, when the water output of the irrigation hose 31 needs to be reduced, the water inlet valve 12 needs to be correspondingly reduced, the handle is rotated to reduce the water inlet valve 12 to drive the first worm 121 to rotate, the first worm 121 simultaneously drives the first worm wheel 323 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 321 drives the convex plate 322 to rotate, on watering hose 31 was extruded to the one end of flange 322, under limiting plate 21's restriction, watering hose 31 takes place to deform, watering hose 31's aperture diminishes, watering hose 31's water yield reduces, 1 inside agitating unit that is provided with of liquid manure blending tank, the upper end of liquid manure blending tank 1 is provided with water and fertilizer import, mix water and fertilizer by proportion in liquid manure blending tank 1, and through agitating unit intensive mixing, guarantee that fertilizer accomplishes and dissolves, the concentration of fertilizer is even during the use.
Referring to fig. 4, two ends of the water and fertilizer management box 2 are respectively provided with a support frame 22, the bottom surface inside the water and fertilizer management box 2 is provided with an inclined surface, the upper end of the irrigation hose 31 is connected with the lowest position inside the water and fertilizer management box 2, the water and fertilizer is irrigated to seedlings through the irrigation hose 31 by using the gravity of the water and fertilizer, the water and fertilizer is fed into the water and fertilizer management box 2 through the water pumping pipe 11, and a small amount of water and fertilizer is stored in the water and fertilizer management box 2 and is used for irrigation.
Referring to fig. 4-6, the irrigation assembly 3 includes an irrigation hose 31, a flow rate adjustment assembly 32 and a direction adjustment assembly 33, the upper end of the irrigation hose 31 is communicated with the liquid manure management box 2, the flow rate adjustment assembly 32 is disposed on a side of the irrigation hose 31 away from the limiting plate 21, the irrigation hose 31 includes a Z-shaped section, an S-section and a straight pipe section, one end of the Z-shaped section is communicated with the liquid manure management box 2, the other end of the Z-shaped section is connected with one end of the S-section, the S-section is disposed between the transmission gear 3321 and the positioning ring 3323, the convex plate 322, when in operation, extrudes the Z-shaped section, the S-section is positioned and maintained by the transmission gear 3321 and the positioning ring 3323, which facilitates the straight pipe section of the irrigation hose 31 to follow the rotation position of the positioning ring 3323 without affecting the operation of the Z-shaped section at the upper end;
referring to fig. 5-7, the flow rate adjusting assembly 32 is connected to the sidewall of the water and fertilizer management tank 2 through a bracket, the lower end of the irrigation hose 31 is sleeved with the direction adjusting assembly 33, the flow rate adjusting assembly 32 includes a rotating shaft 321, a convex plate 322 and a first worm gear 323, the positions of the rotating shaft 321 near the two ends are connected to the sidewall of the water and fertilizer management tank 2 through the bracket, the convex plate 322 is fixedly connected to the position of the rotating shaft 321 between the brackets, and the first worm gear 323 is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft 321 near the water pumping pipe 11;
referring to fig. 6-7, the direction adjustment assembly 33 includes a fixing ring 331, a transmission member 332 and a driving member 333, one side of the fixing ring 331 is fixedly connected to the limiting plate 21, the fixing ring 331 is sleeved to the irrigation hose 31, a sliding ring is disposed on the lower surface of the fixing ring 331, the sliding ring is movably connected to the transmission member 332, and the transmission member 332 is connected to the driving member 333 through a synchronous belt 3331;
referring to fig. 7, the transmission member 332 includes a transmission gear 3321, an extension rod 3322 and a positioning ring 3323, the transmission gear 3321 and the positioning ring 3323 are both sleeved on the irrigation hose 31, the upper surface of the transmission gear 3321 is provided with a limit chute movably connected to the sliding ring, the transmission gear 3321 can move on the fixing ring 331, one side of the lower end of the transmission gear 3321 is provided with the extension rod 3322, the extension rod 3322 is an L-shaped rod, the horizontal rod portion of the extension rod 3322 can be configured to be a stretchable structure, the length of the extension rod 3322 can be adjusted, so that the irrigation range of the lower end of the irrigation hose 31 can be expanded, the lower end of the extension rod 3322 is fixedly connected to one side of the positioning ring 3323, when the transmission gear 3321 rotates, the extension rod 3322 and the positioning ring 3323 can be driven to rotate synchronously, the positioning ring 3323 drives the lower end of the irrigation hose 31 to rotate, so as to change the irrigation position of the lower end of the irrigation hose 31, can prevent liquid manure from watering in one department, avoid the water source to concentrate, wash away earth, influence the root of seedling.
Referring to fig. 8-9, the driving unit 333 includes a synchronous belt 3331, a synchronous gear 3332, a second worm 3333, a third worm 3334, a worm wheel mounting block 3335, a second worm wheel 3336, a third worm wheel 3337 and a driving motor 3338, one end of the second worm 3333 is fixedly connected to one end of the third worm 3334, the upper end of the second worm 3333 is fixedly connected to the sidewall of the water and fertilizer management box 2 through a bracket, the lower end of the third worm 3334 is fixedly connected to the center of the synchronous gear 3332, the synchronous gear 3332 is connected to the transmission gear 3321 through the synchronous belt 3331, the second worm wheel 3336 and the third worm wheel 3337 are respectively matched with the second worm 3333 and the third worm 3334, the second worm wheel 3336 and the third worm wheel 3337 are respectively not simultaneously engaged with the second worm 3333 and the third worm 3334, so as to adjust the rotation speed of the synchronous gear 3332, and accordingly, when the second worm wheel 3336 is engaged with the second worm 33, the third worm wheel 3337 is engaged with the third worm gear 3334, the second worm gear 3336 and the third worm gear 3337 are movably connected with the worm gear mounting rack 3335 through rotating shafts respectively, one side of the worm gear mounting rack 3335 is connected with the rotating shaft 321, when the rotating shaft 321 rotates, the synchronous belt 3331 moves the worm gear mounting rack 3335 to rotate, so that the second worm gear 3336 is meshed with the second worm 3333 or the third worm gear 3337 is meshed with the third worm 3334, the rotation of the synchronous gear 3332 can be adjusted while the water amount is adjusted, the speed of the rotation of the synchronous gear 3332 is adjusted along with the speed of the water flow, the lower end of the irrigation hose 31 is driven to rotate fast and slowly, when the water flow is small, the irrigation hose 31 can rotate fast and can not discharge the water flow intensively to avoid damaging soil layers when the irrigation hose reaches the root of a seedling, a driving motor 3338 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft of the second worm gear 3336, the second worm gear 3336 and the third worm gear 3337 are connected through belts sleeved on the rotating shafts, when the driving motor 3338 is operated, the second worm wheel 3336 is driven to rotate, the second worm wheel 3336 drives the third worm wheel 3337 to rotate through a belt, and when the second worm wheel 3336 is engaged with the second worm 3333, the synchronizing gear 3332 can be driven to rotate, or when the third worm wheel 3337 is engaged with the third worm 3334, the synchronizing gear 3332 can be driven to rotate.
In order to better show the implementation process of the water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system, the embodiment provides an implementation method of the water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system, which includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing water and fertilizer in a water and fertilizer mixing tank 1 according to a proportion, feeding the water and fertilizer into a water and fertilizer management box 2 through a water pumping pipe 11, and storing a small amount of water and fertilizer in the water and fertilizer management box 2 for irrigation;
step two: by utilizing the gravity of the water and fertilizer, the water and fertilizer is irrigated to seedlings through the irrigation hose 31, the second worm 3333 is meshed with the second worm wheel 3336, the driving motor 3338 works to drive the second worm wheel 3336 to rotate, the synchronous gear 3332 drives the transmission gear 3321 to rotate through the synchronous belt 3331, and the positioning ring 3323 drives the lower end of the irrigation hose 31 to realize fast rotation irrigation;
step three: when the water yield of the irrigation hose 31 needs to be reduced, the water yield of the water pumping pipe 11 needs to be reduced correspondingly, the handle is rotated to close the water inlet valve 12 to drive the first worm 121 to rotate, the first worm 121 simultaneously drives the first worm wheel 323 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 321 drives the convex plate 322 to rotate, one end of the convex plate 322 is extruded onto the irrigation hose 31, the irrigation hose 31 deforms under the limitation of the limiting plate 21, the aperture of the irrigation hose 31 is reduced, and the water yield of the irrigation hose 31 is reduced;
step four: when the water inlet valve 12 is adjusted, the rotating shaft 321 rotates along with the first worm gear 323, the worm gear mounting rack 3335 at the other end of the rotating shaft 321 rotates, the third worm gear 3337 is engaged with the third worm gear 3334, the synchronous gear 3332 drives the transmission gear 3321 to rotate through the synchronous belt 3331, and the positioning ring 3323 drives the lower end of the irrigation hose 31 to realize slow rotation irrigation.
Example two:
referring to fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the driving member 333 includes a synchronous belt 3331, a synchronous gear 3332, a second worm 3333, a worm wheel mounting block 3335, a second worm wheel 3336 and a driving motor 3338, wherein the worm wheel mounting block 3335 is a fan-shaped structure, the driving motor 3338 is installed at a position of a circle center, one side of the worm wheel mounting block 3335 near a circular arc edge is provided with a plurality of second worm wheels 3336, diameters of the plurality of second worm wheels 3336 decrease one by one, the second worm 3333 is matched with the second worm wheel 3336, the second worm wheel 3336 is connected to a rotating shaft of the driving motor 3338 through a belt or a gear, during operation, the driving motor 3338 drives the second worm wheel 3336 to rotate at the same time, the worm wheel mounting block 3335 rotates a certain angle following a position of the rotating shaft 321, the second worm wheel 3336 at a corresponding position is engaged with the second worm wheel 3333, the second worm wheels 3336 with different diameters realize adjustment of different speeds, and in the present embodiment, other structures are the same as in the first embodiment, compared with the first embodiment, the synchronous gear 3332 in the first embodiment has more speed adjustment and better adaptability.
In conclusion: the water and fertilizer integrated irrigation system is provided with a water and fertilizer mixing tank 1 for preparing water and fertilizer, the fertilizer is dissolved, the concentration of the fertilizer is uniform during use, the water and fertilizer is fed into a water and fertilizer management box 2 by using a water pumping pipe 11, a small amount of water and fertilizer is stored in the water and fertilizer management box 2 for irrigation, an irrigation component 3 draws the water and fertilizer out for irrigating seedlings through an irrigation hose 31, a flow regulating component 32 regulates the irrigation water quantity, a direction regulating component 33 regulates the irrigation direction during water and fertilizer irrigation, and irrigation is carried out around the root of the seedlings; by using the gravity of the water fertilizer, the water fertilizer is irrigated to the seedlings through the irrigation hose 31, and the ordinary hose is used as the irrigation hose 31, so that the cost is low; the two sides of the irrigation hose 31 are respectively provided with the limiting plate 21 and the convex plate 322, the convex plate 322 can rotate to extrude the irrigation hose 31 to deform and control the output quantity of the irrigation hose 31, so that the irrigation flow is controlled, the first worm wheel 323 is meshed with the first worm 121, the water inflow of the water and fertilizer management box 2 can be controlled when the output quantity of the irrigation hose 31 is adjusted, and the solution in the water and fertilizer management box 2 can be prevented from being excessively accumulated; worm gear mounting bracket 3335 is connected to the one end of rotation axis 321, and when the water yield was adjusted, the worm and the worm wheel meshing of different rotational speeds realized synchro gear 3332's speed change to guarantee that the rotatory speed of watering hose 31 is directly proportional with the quantity of watering, can not concentrate rivers discharge, avoid causing the injury to the soil layer, erode the root of seedling.
