By adopting the technical scheme, the stirring speed and the stirring time are controlled within the ranges, the extraction rate is improved, the moisture-preserving and relieving effects are enhanced, and the structure of the active substances can be damaged due to the excessively high stirring speed; the method helps to reduce the oxidation of the active ingredients by air and eliminate air bubbles in the solution by stirring the cotton tree broken pieces in a vacuum environment, and further helps to extract the active ingredients by controlling the vacuum degree within the range, and the volatile oil ingredients are easy to pump away due to overlarge vacuum degree.
Optionally, after obtaining the stirred mixed solution and before filtering, standing the stirred mixed solution for 1 to 48 hours.
By adopting the technical scheme, the crushed kapok is kept in contact with the ethanol water solution after stirring, so that the standing and extracting effects are achieved, and the active ingredients are further extracted.
Optionally, the water content of the petals is 40-86%, and the water content of the pistil is 15-66%.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the new freshness of kapok is reflected to the water content, through choosing the kapok of good new freshness for use, obtains more active ingredient to improve the efficiency of moisturizing and releiving.

Detailed Description
Because fresh kapok is easy to contain worm eggs and germs, the kapok can be used as a medicinal material in the form of dry flowers, the dry flowers of the kapok are generally adopted as raw materials in the existing preparation method of the kapok extract, and the dry flowers need to be subjected to a high-temperature sun-drying or drying process. The inventors have found that the active ingredients in kapok are sensitive to heat, such as anthocyanins, volatile oils and bioactive moisture in kapok.
The anthocyanidin has antioxidant and free radical scavenging effects, and can inhibit inflammation and prevent allergy; the kapok volatile oil contains alcohols such as 4-hydroxy-2-butanone, dodecanal, tetradecanoic acid and heptyl acetate, aldehydes, acids, phenols, propiophenones, terpenes and other active substances, and has the effects of moisturizing and diminishing inflammation; the bioactive water comprises free water and absorbed water, and is also helpful for moisturizing the skin. However, the structure of the anthocyanidin is damaged after heating, volatile oil is easy to volatilize and run off in the sun-curing or drying process, and bioactive moisture is also volatilized in the drying process and the concentrating process, so that the loss caused by the fact that the active ingredients originally possessed by the kapok are not applied by taking the dried flowers as the raw materials, and the effects of moisturizing and relieving the kapok are neglected.
Based on the defects, through a great deal of research, the inventor finally creatively adopts a mode of directly extracting the fresh kapok flowers by using the ethanol water solution, so that the active ingredients of the kapok are reserved to the greatest extent, the kapok extract with the effects of moisturizing and relieving is obtained, and the ethanol water solution is directly used as the component part of the kapok extract, so that ova and germs in the kapok can be effectively killed, and the quality guarantee period of the kapok extract is prolonged.
