Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a blueberry anthocyanin base composition, a lipstick and a preparation method thereof, and in particular relates to a blueberry anthocyanin base composition with a lip wrinkle fading effect, a lipstick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The lip skin, which is the weakest part of the facial skin, is located at the edge of the mouth, and has a large distribution of capillaries, and hemoglobin is activated, thereby showing a red color. The lip skin structure is different from the skin structure of other parts of the face, pores and sebaceous glands are not formed, sweat or sebum cannot be secreted, the stratum corneum of the lip skin is thin and has extremely fast metabolism, the content of natural moisturizing factors and water molecules is low, and the water loss speed is very fast. Meanwhile, lips are exposed to ultraviolet rays frequently, and the structure of the lips does not contain melanin, so that the lips cannot resist the ultraviolet rays, the skin of the lips often contacts with pollutant particles in the atmosphere, in addition, the lips are not protected better by consumers than the skin of other parts of the face, and the makeup removal of the lip makeup by partial makeup consumers is not in place, so that the lip skin has very weak defense capability to various external stimulation factors, and is easy to damage, thereby causing the lips to crack and peel, and the lip lines to deepen.
The common effective components for fading lip wrinkles comprise retinol and derivatives thereof, vitamin C and derivatives thereof, polypeptide derivatives and the like. Wherein, the retinol is easy to be oxidized, and the activity of the derivative of the retinol is not as good as that of the retinol to play an excellent effect of fading skin lines; vitamin C and derivatives thereof have active molecules and poor stability, are easy to oxidize and lose activity, and weaken the lip wrinkle fading effect; polypeptides and derivatives thereof are various in types and high in permeability, can stimulate collagen synthesis in skin, and have water-soluble types and oil-soluble types, and the oil-soluble types are conveniently added into an oil-based system, but the addition of the water-soluble types often needs a large amount of surfactants such as stearic acid and other fatty acids, sorbitan fatty acid esters and other surfactants to stabilize the existence of the surfactants, and the surfactants can increase the sensitivity of lips and have the potential risk of stimulating skin tissues.
CN104688605A discloses a lip balm for lip wrinkle fading, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of sheep oil, 5-15 parts of beeswax, 7-9 parts of castor seed oil, 3-5 parts of liquid paraffin, 1-3 parts of polybutene, 3-5 parts of tocopherol acetate, 0.2-0.4 part of silica, 0.3-0.5 part of vitamin E, 10-14 parts of shea butter, 3-5 parts of almond oil and 2-4 parts of natural perfume. The lipstick product is also limited in its effectiveness in lightening the lips.
CN105326753A discloses a nourishing lipstick for lip wrinkle fading and a preparation method thereof, wherein the lipstick is prepared from the following raw materials: shark liver oil, jojoba oil, lecithin, olive oil, peach blossom, carrot, mushroom, avocado, carmine radish, beeswax, royal jelly, jasmine essential oil, chamomile essential oil, and Chinese medicinal additive; the traditional Chinese medicine additive is prepared from the following raw material medicines: cortex Cinnamomi, fructus Akebiae, herba Senecionis Scandentis, Notoginseng radix, radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi, herba Gynostemmatis, radix Rhodiolae, radix astragali, radix Arnebiae, herba Rosmarini officinalis, radix Hamamelis mollis, and herba Epimedii. The lipstick product has obvious effect on carbonized lip wrinkles, but has complex components, complex preparation process and higher cost.
Therefore, it would be of great interest to develop a lipstick product that has a relatively simple composition, but has a very pronounced lip gloss effect.

(2) DPPH clearance measurement:
DPPH, also known as 1, 1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine, is a very stable free radical with a nitrogen center, and the stability of DPPH is mainly caused by steric hindrance of 3 benzene rings with resonance stabilization, so that unpaired electrons on the nitrogen atom in the middle cannot play the role of electron pairing. Its absolute ethyl alcohol solution is purple, and has maximum absorption at wavelength of 517nm, and its absorbance and concentration are in linear relation. When a radical scavenger is added thereto, DPPH may be combined with or substituted for the radical scavenger, whereby the radical scavenging ability can be evaluated by decreasing the number of radicals, decreasing the absorbance, and decreasing the color of the solution.
Preparing 0.2mmol/L DPPH-absolute ethanol solution; preparing a sample solution with the concentration of 5000 mug/mL; respectively diluted to 625, 500, 250, 166, 125 and 100 mu g/mL. VC was used as a positive control sample.
