Abstract

Description

车辆引导、供电、通信系统及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆供电、通信和引导系统,用于沿道路引导、供电和与陆地车辆通信。
背景技术
对现有技术的方法、装置或文件的任何引用不得被视为构成对以下的任何证据或承认:其已经形成或形成公知常识的一部分。
诸如汽车、公共汽车和物流车辆等地面车辆的各种作用在几乎所有工业化经济体中都至关重要。已经有巨额资金被用于建设地面交通基础设施。近年来,自动和半自动驾驶以及驾驶员辅助设备已经取得了巨大的进步,这涉及到车辆转向系统和导航系统的改进,通常通过处理车载相机获取的图像,并通过在引导和导航车辆方面提供帮助来响应于实时捕获的图像。
传统车辆的驾驶员通常通过转向、加速和制动车辆来控制车辆的行驶路线和速度。例如,允许驾驶员设置车辆行驶所需的速度的巡航控制系统是现有的。通常,如果驾驶员接触制动踏板,巡航控制系统将会超控(overide),对车辆速度的控制权将返还给驾驶员。如果驾驶员压下油门踏板,车辆可以保持巡航控制,同时车辆速度会增加,油门保持压下状态。
用于道路上正常行驶的车辆的自动控制尚未在车辆中完全可用。完全自主的车辆控制系统需要足够的信息来控制车辆转向、加速和制动。有几个因素使此类系统无法接受,包括难以预测即将到来的道路曲率、车道可用性、合并车道位置以及周围车辆的速度和位置。此外,由于感知和快速处理与车道位置和周围车辆位置相关的数据的能力受到限制,无法在正常道路上对车辆进行真正的完全自主控制。道路是持续变化的动态系统,很难对车辆进行编程,以进行完全自主控制。
鉴于上述情况,希望提供一种改进的车辆通信和引导系统,以解决一些现有技术的不足。
发明内容
在一个方面,本发明提供了一种车辆通信和引导系统,用于沿道路引导陆地车辆和与陆地车辆通信,该系统包括:
一个或更多个参考设备,位于道路车道的中央部分,每个参考设备还包括:
存储器设备,用于存储一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的一个或更多个值;以及
一个或更多个传输模块,用于传输所述一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的固定值;
一个或更多个接收模块,用于从车辆和通信中心接收传输信号;
一种车载设备,包括:
接收模块,用于从所述参考设备的传输模块接收传输信号;以及
传输模块,用于将所述车辆信息传输至车辆参考设备;
处理模块,用于处理所接收的信号并与车辆的一个或更多个控制器通信,以引导和控制车辆沿道路车道的移动。
在一个实施例中,多个所述参考设备沿道路以间隔配置的方式定位,以允许在车辆沿道路车道行驶时向车辆连续传输信号。
在一个实施例中,参考设备沿道路每条车道的中央部分定位。
在一个实施例中,所述一个或更多个参考设备中的每一个参考设备包括通信单元,用于与其他参考设备通信,和/或还与远程布置的服务器通信,以从所述远程布置的服务器接收所述一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的值。
在一个实施例中,每个所述参考设备包括用于将参考设备固定在道路表面上的固定装置。
在一个实施例中,每个参考设备还包括电源,用于为存储器设备和传输模块供电。
在一个实施例中,存储器设备和传输模块与壳体一起封装,壳体的至少一个表面适于定位在道路表面上方,以允许传输模块将所述信号传输到车载设备。
在一个实施例中,参考设备还可以包括至少一个在白天和晚上对车载设备可见的元件。所述至少一个元件可包括反光材料。反光材料在暴露于来自路灯或车辆灯光的光时,可增加可见度。
在一个实施例中,每个所述参考设备还包括耦合到参考设备的输入端子的发电单元和耦合到所述输入端子的至少一个储能元件,用于为存储器设备和传输设备供电。在优选形式中,发电单元包括光伏单元。
在一个实施例中,该系统还包括:
第一多个车载设备,安装在车辆的大致前部,用于接收第一多个车辆和交通相关信号;以及
第二多个车载设备,安装在车辆的大致后部,用于将信息传输到位于车辆后方的一个或更多个所述参考设备。
在一个实施例中,由第二多个车载设备传输的信息包括反馈,所述反馈由参考设备的处理器根据一个或更多个预定规则进行处理,以可选地改变一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的值。
在一个实施例中,该系统还包括远程布置的的用户输入接口,用于接收远程用户关于车辆路径和交通相关参数的输入,从而允许远程用户更改或更新所述车辆和交通相关参数,并将所述车辆和交通相关参数传输到车辆,最好是传输到车辆的控制面板。
在一个实施例中,该系统还包括换电设施(power exchange facility,PXF)。换电设施可以具有替换电池组。换电设施可分配燃料。燃料可以是常规燃料(例如柴油或汽油),或者可以是氢气等。换电设施可以从车辆上拆下已放电的电池组,并用已充电的电池组进行更换。
换电设施可以自主或至少以半自主的方式运行。换电设施可与车辆的车载设备进行通信,以确定车辆电力需求。换电设施可通过网络向车辆提供与电池充电相关的信息。从换电设施接收的通信可用于通过为车辆提供适当的换电时隙和路由访问,调度电池充电。

具体实施方式
图1至图3说明了根据本发明实施例的车辆通信和引导系统100,用于引导沿图1和图2所示道路行驶的陆地车辆200并与其通信。系统100包括多个车辆参考设备(vehiclereference devices,VRD)210,车辆参考设备永久锚定在道路的每条车道上。在优选实施例中,VRD 210沿道路中每条车道的长度间隔(可能均匀,也可能不均匀)定位。在优选实施例中,多个车辆参考设备210沿着图1和图2所示每条车道的中央部分锚定。然而,在其他实施例中,可以在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下改变车辆参考设备210的位置。每个车辆参考设备210可包括用于将车辆参考设备210永久固定在道路表面上或道路表面中的固定装置。
锚定的车辆参考设备210可包括与处理器214通信的暂态存储器设备(transitorymemory device)和/或非暂态存储器设备(non-transitory memory device)212。存储器设备212可以是处理器214的独立部件或整体部件。可以保存或更改多个车辆和交通相关参数,以适应存储在存储器设备212上的路径条件。例如,VRD设备210可以包括与推荐速度、车道访问、允许重量或货物负载和/或推荐方向有关的信息。VRD设备210还可以向车辆提供与陆地车辆200的位置和/或定位相关的信息。具有一个或更多个传输设备216的传输模块操作地与处理器214连接,以传输信号,该信号包括来自存储在存储器设备212上的车辆和交通相关参数的信息。每个参考设备210还可以包括用于为存储器设备212和传输模块供电的电源218。传输模块216、存储器设备212和包括电源218的其他电子部件的至少一部分可以封装在壳体内,壳体的至少一个表面适合定位在道路表面上,以允许传输模块将所述信号传输到车辆200。
车辆200包括一个或更多个车载设备(vehicle mounted device,VMD)225,用于接收VRD 210上传输设备216传输的信号。VMD 255可沿车辆前部或沿车辆后部安装。如图1和图2所示,多个车载设备包括位于沿车辆200前部的多个车载设备225A和位于沿车辆200后部的单个车载设备225B。应当理解,还可以在车辆200的后部处提供多个车载设备225B。
每个VMD设备255包括接收模块,用于从所述车辆参考设备210的传输模块216接收传输信号;以及处理模块,用于处理所接收的信号并与一个或更多个车辆控制器240通信,以引导和控制车辆200沿道路的移动。车载设备225可以扫描从参考设备210接收到的信息,并且可以响应VRD设备210提供的信息,进一步处理接收模块接收到的信号以控制车辆200的操作。
例如,车辆控制面(vehicle control surface)可通过接收器220从远程通信中心245或通过移动或远程用户接口235接收交通危险相关信息。作为响应,VMD 255和/或车辆控制器240可以处理危险相关信息,从而响应于危险而以适当的方式控制车辆200的移动(控制速度、制动能力、车道引导等)。
参考设备210可以包括通信单元220,用于通过网络(包括但不限于无线网络)与诸如服务器之类的远程布置的通信中心245通信(交换信息)以通信车辆和交通相关参数。例如,更新的车辆和交通相关参数可以从远程通信中心245以动态方式进行通信,从而允许通过各种方式将持续更新的特定位置信息传输到车辆200,并记录和查阅这些信息,以从远程布置的通信中心245跟踪车辆移动。此类日志可以数据包或信息的形式从车辆控制器240发送到远程通信中心245。为了将来的车辆移动可以记录和查阅VRD 210。这允许车辆200在所需的道路交通参数内运行。
在一些实施例中,车载设备225可包括激光发射器/接收器,以计算相对于参考设备210的距离和轨迹,并随时间确定车辆相对于其轨道的位置。如附图所示,每辆车200可安装有多个安装设备225,从而沿车辆前后表面提供多个发射点和接收点。安装设备225可依次与车辆控制器240通信,车辆控制器240可与诸如导航系统、防撞系统、转向控制等的车辆的一些设备通信。可通过使用沿道路每条车道锚定的多个参考设备210来计算车辆200的位置。
给定区域内的多个参考设备210可由当地管理机构和相关交通管理局定义为一个区域,以支持半自动或全自动引导车辆。参考设备210和远程布置的通信中心245之间的通信将使交通管理局能够组织和操作全自动和半自动车辆网络。车辆引导和通信系统100可通过提供与远程通信中心245配合的用户接口来操作。
车辆引导和通信系统100也可用于实现全自动驱动换电设施(PXF)。PXF可具有替换电池组或诸如常规燃料之类的可分配燃料,或优选地用于氢发动机或燃料电池的氢生物柴油等。在PXF提供电池交换设施的情况下,它可以用充满电的电池或电池组替换放电的电池或电池组。在优选形式中,电池或电池组可以从车辆中取出,优选地通过PXF处的车下拆卸设备取出,在PXF处驱动车辆200进行更换。从车辆200上拆下的电池或电池组可在PXF处充电,以便在充分充电后重新使用。
PXF可直接与车辆控制器240和车辆200的移动/远程用户接口235通信,以便通过网络向车辆200提供电池充电相关信息。与车辆控制器240的通信可用于通过提供适当的时隙和路由访问来调度电池充电,以改进电池充电管理。有利的是,PXF优选地为车辆200提供快速、自动化的电源更换解决方案,该解决方案可至少部分由PXF控制,以在满足车辆200功率要求的同时,提供最佳交通流。
参见图3,每辆车辆200A、200B可包括沿车辆200A的大致前部安装的第一多个车载设备225A。200B,用于接收第一多个车辆和交通相关信号;以及沿车辆200A、200B的大致后部安装的第二多个车载设备225B,用于向位于车辆200A、200B后面的一个或更多个所述参考设备210发送和接收信息。由第二多个车载设备225B发送的信息可以包括反馈,所述反馈由车辆控制器240根据一个或更多个预定规则进行处理,以可选地改变一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的值。例如,第一多个车载设备225A可以接收从参考设备210传输的信号,以允许控制车辆200A、200B,而第二多个车载设备225B可以提供反馈信号,从而提供沿道路的车辆路径或轨道上的数据。
图4至图7说明了根据本发明实施例的另一种车辆通信和引导系统400,用于引导和与沿道路行驶的陆地车辆300通信。系统400包括由310表示的多个车辆参考设备,所述车辆参考设备包括电动参考设备310A和被动式定位引导设备310B,所述电动参考设备310A和被动式定位引导设备310B永久锚定在道路的每条车道上。在一种形式中,被动式定位引导设备310B可以是包括至少一个反光部件的反光定位设备。
如图6所示,锚定的参考设备310A可包括与处理器314通信的非暂态存储器312。可在存储器312上保存多个车辆和交通相关参数。例如,车辆参考设备(vehicle referencedevice,VRD)310A可以包括与推荐速度、车道访问、允许重量或货物负载和/或推荐方向有关的信息。VRD设备310A还可以向车辆提供与陆地车辆300的位置和/或定位相关的信息。具有一个或更多个传输设备316A、316B的传输模块操作地与处理器314连接,以将包括关于存储在存储器312上的交通相关参数的信息的信号传输到车辆300。每个参考设备310A还可以包括用于为存储器312和传输模块316A、316B供电的电源。
参见图4,道路上每条车道的中央部分由350A表示,车辆300的中央部分应沿每条车道的中央部分对齐。道路的中央部分由350C连同分隔车道的白色虚线形式的视觉标记表示。传输模块316A、316B、存储器312和包括电源的其他电子部件的至少一部分可与壳体一起封装,壳体的至少一个表面适于定位在道路表面上方,以允许传输模块316A、316B将所述信号传输至车辆300。
车辆300包括一个或更多个车载设备(通常由附图标记325表示),用于接收VRD参考设备310A的传输模块316A、316B传输的信号。车载设备325可沿车辆前部或沿车辆后部安装,如图4至图7所示。
如图5所示,每个车载设备325包括具有发射器模块和接收模块的用于从所述参考设备310A的传输模块的传输信号的通信单元314,以及用于处理所接收的信号并与一个或更多个车辆控制设备330通信以引导和控制车辆300沿道路的移动的处理模块314。安装的设备325可以扫描从车辆参考设备310A或310B接收到的信息,并且可以响应于VRD设备310提供的信息,进一步处理接收模块接收到的信号以控制车辆300的操作。例如,车载设备325可以从参考设备310A、远程通信中心345以及通过远程用户接口接收交通危险相关信息,并且作为响应,可以处理危险相关信号以导致响应于参考设备310A提供的危险相关信息来控制车辆300的移动(控制速度、制动能力、路线、车道引导等)。类似地,车载设备325还可以从被动式反光参考设备310B接收信息,处理此类信息,并作为响应,通过车辆控制设备330控制车辆的移动。
车辆参考设备310可以包括通信单元318,用于通过网络(包括但不限于无线网络)与例如服务器这样的远程布置的的通信中心345通信(交换信息),以通过使用远程/移动用户接口335来通信车辆和交通相关参数。例如,可从远程通信中心345以动态方式通信更新的车辆和交通相关参数,从而允许经由例如车辆参考设备310将持续更新的特定位置信息传输给车辆300。还可以记录并查阅每一个车辆参考设备310,以从远程布置的的通信中心345跟踪车辆300的移动。此类日志可以数据包或信息的形式从车辆控制面板330通信到远程通信中心345。为了将来车辆移动可以记录和查阅VRD 310,这允许车辆在所需的道路交通参数内运行。
如前所述,给定区域中的多个参考设备310可由当地管理机构和相关交通管理局定义为一个区域,以支持半自动或全自动引导车辆。参考设备310和远程布置的的通信中心之间的通信将使交通管理局能够组织和操作全自动和半自动车辆网络。
可通过提供远程/移动用户接口335配合远程通信中心来操作车辆引导和通信系统400。车辆引导和通信系统400还可用于实现全自动驾驶式电池交换设施,该设施可简单地用充满电的电池355替换放电的电池355。然后,交换设施360对放电的电池进行充电,以稍后安装另一辆直接与网络通信的车辆,该网络提供车辆控制面板340,以便通过网络将与电池充电相关的信息连接到车辆300。与车辆控制面板330和远程/移动用户接口335的通信,用于通过提供适当的时隙和路由访问来调度电池充电,以改进车辆电池充电时间框架和管理。
图8说明了根据本发明实施例的车辆通信和引导系统,用于引导和与沿道路行驶的陆地车辆300通信。在此示例中,车辆300以相反方向行驶,例如在典型的双车道道路上行驶。如图所示,车辆参考设备310A、310B可在“背负(piggyback)”型布置中操作。类似地,多个远程/移动用户接口335可以是远程和/或移动的“背负式的(piggybacked)”。远程/移动用户接口335可以包括多用途电子设备的应用,例如智能电话、平板电脑或笔记本电脑等。远程/移动用户接口335可以通过互联网在例如3g/4g/5g移动电话通信网络这样的现有无线通信基础设施上进行网络连接。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于沿道路引导陆地车辆和与陆地车辆通信的车辆通信和引导系统,所述系统包括:
一个或更多个参考设备,沿道路的车道的中央部分定位,所述参考设备还包括:
存储器设备,用于存储一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的一个或更多个值;以及
一个或更多个传输模块,用于传输所述一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的固定值;
一个或更多个接收器模块,用于从车载设备和远程布置的通信中心接收传输信号,
车载设备,包括:
接收模块,用于从所述参考设备的传输模块接收传输信号;以及
传输设备,用于将传输信号从所述车载设备传输到所述车辆参考设备;
处理模块,用于处理所接收的信号并与所述车辆的一个或更多个控制器通信,以引导和控制所述车辆沿所述道路的移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,多个所述参考设备沿所述道路的车道的中央部分以间隔配置的方式定位,以在所述车辆沿所述道路的车道行驶时,允许向所述车辆连续传输信号。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,所述参考设备沿所述道路的每条车道的中央部分定位。
4.根据上述权利要求中任何一项所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,所述一个或更多个参考设备中的每一个包括:通信单元,用于与远程布置的服务器通信,以从所述远程布置的服务器接收所述一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的值。
5.根据上述权利要求中任何一项所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,每个所述参考设备包括:用于将所述参考设备固定在所述道路的表面上的固定装置。
6.根据上述权利要求中任何一项所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,每个参考设备还包括电源,用于为所述存储器设备和所述传输模块供电。
7.根据上述权利要求中任何一项所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,所述存储器设备和所述传输模块与壳体一起封装,所述壳体的至少一个表面适于定位在所述道路的表面上方,以允许所述传输模块将所述信号传输至所述车载设备。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,所述参考设备还包括在白天和夜间对所述车载设备可见的反光材料。
9.根据上述权利要求中任何一项所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,每个所述参考设备还包括:耦合到所述参考设备的输入端子的发电单元和耦合到所述输入端子的至少一个储能元件,用于为所述存储器设备和所述传输设备供电。
10.根据上述权利要求中任何一项所述的车辆通信和引导系统,包括:
第一多个车载设备,沿所述车辆的大致前部安装,用于接收第一多个车辆和交通相关信号;以及
第二多个车载设备,沿所述车辆的大致后部安装,用于将信息传输到位于所述车辆后面的一个或更多个所述参考设备。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,所述第二多个车载设备传输的信息包括反馈,所述反馈由所述参考设备的处理器根据一个或更多个预定规则进行处理,以选择性地改变一个或更多个车辆和交通相关参数的值。
12.根据权利要求4所述的车辆通信和引导系统,还包括远程布置的用户输入接口,用于从所述远程布置的服务器接收与所述车辆和交通相关参数相关的输入,从而允许远程用户更改或更新传输到所述车辆的所述车辆和交通相关参数。
13.根据上述权利要求中任何一项所述的车辆通信和引导系统,包括:配置为向所述车辆供电的换电设施。
14.根据权利要求13所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,所述换电设施包括替换电池组。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,所述换电设施分配燃料。
16.根据权利要求13或14所述的车辆通信和引导系统,其中,所述换电设施配置为从车辆上拆下已放电的电池组,并用已充电的电池组进行更换。
