Abstract

本发明公开了一种针织面料短流程轧染的上染工艺,具体包括以下步骤:S1、制备涂料色浆:涂料色浆包括涂料、分散剂、乳化剂、粘合剂、交联剂、特强固色剂、消泡剂、渗透剂以及亲水柔软剂;S2、织物浸轧:控制定型机轧烘的参数,将针织面料浸轧在步骤S1中制备的涂料色浆中进行上染、烘焙;S3、色差检测:将上染后的针织面料分别在F11、D65光源下进行检测,本发明采用涂料色浆,在一定的温度和轧辊压力条件下,在定型机上将前处理过的针织面料一次性轧染成染色面料,上色均匀,达到正常的色牢度标准(4级),达到节能、节水、排污少、低成本的染色效果,选用的涂料拼色方便,色谱全,轧染后皂洗牢度均达到4级。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种纺织面料的生产技术领域,尤其是一种针织面料短流程轧染的上染工艺。
背景技术:
涂料染色拼色方便、重现性好,对被染物没有选择性,可广泛用于各种纤维的染色。其染色工艺简单、节能、节水、排污少、染色成本低,是印染行业清洁生产的重要发展方向。
涂料染色的关键在于改善涂料染色的织物手感、摩擦牢度、轧染时对轧辊的粘结,以及浸染的着色深度、匀染性,其中,涂料的配方对于上述问题起到至关重要的作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的提供一种针织面料短流程轧染的上染工艺,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的创新点在于:具体包括以下步骤:
S1、制备涂料色浆:涂料色浆包括涂料、分散剂、乳化剂、粘合剂、交联剂、特强固色剂、消泡剂、渗透剂以及亲水柔软剂;
S2、织物浸轧:控制定型机轧烘的参数,将针织面料浸轧在步骤S1中制备的涂料色浆中进行上染、烘焙;
S3、色差检测:将上染后的针织面料分别在F11、D65光源下进行检测。
进一步的,上述粘合剂为丙烯酸酯共聚物。
进一步的,上述特强固色剂为架桥剂。
进一步的,上述亲水柔软剂为含有烃类和酯类的化合物。
进一步的,上述定型机轧烘的参数如下:轧余率:75%,温度:120°,车速:18m/min,轧棍压力:3.5bar。
进一步的,上述涂料色浆的PH值为6.06。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明提供了一种针织面料短流程轧染的上染工艺,采用涂料色浆,在一定的温度和轧辊压力条件下,在定型机上将前处理过的针织面料一次性轧染成染色面料,上色均匀,达到正常的色牢度标准(4级),达到节能、节水、排污少、低成本的染色效果,选用的涂料拼色方便,色谱全,轧染后皂洗牢度均达到4级。
2、本发明提供了一种针织面料短流程轧染的上染工艺,涂料色浆中的着色成分为颜料,涂料染色实质为颜料着色,颜料本身不溶于水,导致上色不均,无法直接使用,借助于分散剂、乳化剂表面活性剂的作用,均匀分散于有机溶剂和水中,粘合剂是一种丙烯酸酯共聚物,将涂料分子与纤维素纤维达到交联作用,再加用架桥剂作为特强固色剂,用于提高涂料染色牢度;最后用含有烃类和酯类化合物的亲水性柔表面活性剂,目的在于保证面料亲水性,不影响涂料上染的同时,保证面料的手感。
3、本发明提供了一种针织面料短流程轧染的上染工艺,交联剂的交联成分与粘合剂分子中的活性基团,在纤维和粘合剂之间、粘合剂高分子之间发生交联,形成具有三维空间结构的网状皮膜,将颜料包嵌而牢固地附着在织物上,从而达到“上染”的目的。

本发明提供了一种针织面料短流程轧染的上染工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、制备涂料色浆:涂料色浆包括涂料、分散剂、乳化剂、粘合剂、交联剂、特强固色剂、消泡剂、渗透剂以及亲水柔软剂;
S2、织物浸轧:控制定型机轧烘的参数,将针织面料浸轧在步骤S1中制备的涂料色浆中进行上染、烘焙;
S3、色差检测:将上染后的针织面料分别在F11、D65光源下进行检测。
在其他实施例中,针织面料上染后的检测结果如下:

在本实施例中,通过定型机轧黄涂料后,色差从原先的3级改善为现有的4-5级,F11光源下ΔE由原先不可接受的2.73修正为0.69,在客户品质可以接受的范围内,说明通过轧涂料的工艺可以对针织面料的色光进行针对性的调整。

在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述特强固色剂为架桥剂。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述亲水柔软剂为含有烃类和酯类的化合物。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述定型机轧烘的参数如下:轧余率:75%,温度:120°,车速:18m/min,轧棍压力:3.5bar。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述涂料色浆的PH值为6.06。

S2、织物浸轧:控制定型机轧烘的参数,将针织面料浸轧在步骤S1中制备的涂料色浆中进行上染、烘焙;
S3、色差检测:将上染后的针织面料分别在F11、D65光源下进行检测。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料短流程轧染的上染工艺,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为丙烯酸酯共聚物。
