Background
The pipe is a material for manufacturing the pipe, different pipes are used for different pipes, the quality of the pipe directly determines the quality of the pipe, the pipe is multipurpose such as building engineering, power plants, chemical plants and the like, a water supply pipe, a water discharge pipe, a gas pipe, a heating pipe, a wire conduit, a rainwater pipe and the like are commonly used, along with the development of scientific technology, a rivet pulling process is used during the installation of the pipe, and the rivet pulling process is widely used for the assembly of electromechanical and light industrial products such as automobiles, aviation, instruments, furniture, decoration and the like at present, is developed for overcoming the defects that a welding nut of a metal sheet and a thin pipe is easy to melt, an internal thread is easy to attack, and the like, does not need to attack the internal thread, does not need to weld the nut, has high riveting firmness efficiency and is convenient to use, and therefore, a laser cutting device for rivet pulling the pipe is needed.
However, the traditional laser cutting device for pipe riveting is used for placing the disordered pipe when feeding occurs when the device is used, scratches are easily formed on the surface of the pipe, the surface quality standard of the pipe is not met, the problem of difficulty in pipe transfer is caused, a large amount of manpower and time are wasted, the problem that the pipe riveting position cannot be adjusted is caused, the pipe riveting position is not accurate, people's requirements cannot be met, and therefore the laser cutting system and the cutting method for pipe riveting are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of disordered pipe placement, difficult transfer and incapability of adjusting the pipe riveting position in the prior art, and provides a laser cutting system and a cutting method for pipe riveting.

a laser cutting system for pipe riveting comprises a transfer frame, a rotating plate, a swing groove, a swing orifice plate, a path guide rail, a swing guide rail, a limiting sliding plate and a limiting guide rail, wherein the top end of the transfer frame is fixedly connected with a transfer motor for driving the rotating plate to vertically rotate so that the rotating plate rotates and drives the swing orifice plate to vertically swing through the swing groove, one end, away from the swing groove, of the swing orifice plate is movably connected with a guide post, a working groove is formed in the connecting part of the guide post and the swing orifice plate so that the working groove moves to drive the guide post to slide along the inner wall of the path guide rail, a telescopic straight plate is sleeved on one side, located on the working groove, of the outer wall of the guide post, so that the guide post moves to drive the telescopic straight plate to slide along the inner wall of the swing guide rail, the swing guide rail is far away from the working orifice plate fixedly connected with the side wall of the transfer frame, the connecting part of the working orifice plate and the guide post is provided with a guide orifice groove, the bottom end of the telescopic straight plate is connected with a grabbing support which is used for driving the limiting sliding plate to slide horizontally along the limiting guide rail, and the bottom end of the grabbing support is fixedly connected with a mechanical claw.

The scheme also provides a cutting method of the laser cutting system for pipe riveting, which comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, placing the pipe in a material placing table, then, carrying out lifting and feeding operation on the pipe, in a lifting mechanism, driving two groups of lifting pore plates to lift synchronously through a lifting push plate by a lifting push rod, driving a lifting bent plate to rotate through a lifting guide pillar by the movement of the lifting pore plates, driving the lifting table to slide along the inner wall of the lifting mechanism through a lifting groove by the rotation of the lifting bent plate, and transferring the pipe from the material placing table to a table to be taken through the lifting movement of the lifting table to realize the lifting and feeding operation on the pipe;
s2, then, transferring the pipe, in a transferring frame, a transferring motor works to drive a rotating plate to rotate, so that the rotating plate rotates to drive a swinging orifice plate to swing through a swinging groove, the swinging orifice plate moves to drive a guide post to slide along the outer wall of a path guide rail through a working groove, the guide post moves to drive a working orifice plate to swing through a guide orifice groove, the working orifice plate swings to drive a telescopic straight plate to move along the path guide rail through a swinging guide rail, when the working orifice plate swings to a maximum angle, the swinging orifice plate continues to move, so that the swinging orifice plate drives the telescopic straight plate to slide along the swinging guide rail through the guide post, the telescopic straight plate moves to drive a limiting sliding plate to slide along the inner wall of the limiting guide rail through a grabbing bracket, the grabbing bracket moves to drive a mechanical claw to move, and the transferring operation of the pipe from a table to be taken to a pushing mechanism is realized through the movement of the mechanical claw;
s3, then, performing centering pushing operation on the pipe, wherein in the pushing mechanism, a pushing push rod works to drive a pushing plate to slide along the outer wall of the pushing mechanism through a pushing column, the pushing operation on the pipe is realized through the movement of the pushing plate, then, the pushing column moves to drive a telescopic groove plate to move, the telescopic groove plate moves to drive a lifting support to vertically slide along the outer wall of the pushing mechanism through a lifting sliding column and a guide chute, so that the lifting support moves to drive two groups of connecting plates to relatively rotate through the two groups of moving groove plates, the connecting plates rotate to drive rolling clamping blocks to move through moving hole plates, and the directional pushing operation on the pipe is realized through the relative movement of the two groups of rolling clamping blocks;
s4, finally, performing stepping feeding operation on the pipe, wherein in the stepping mechanism, the work of the adjusting motor drives the work adjusting plate to move, the work adjusting plate moves to drive the adjusting orifice plate to swing through the work slotted hole, the adjusting orifice plate swings to drive the lifting guide rail to slide along the inner wall of the stepping mechanism through the moving slotted hole, meanwhile, the adjusting orifice plate swings to drive the fixed clamping block to slide along the inner wall of the stepping mechanism through the fixed slotted hole, asynchronous clamping operation of the lifting guide rail and the fixed clamping block on the pipe is realized through the swinging of the adjusting orifice plate, then, when the pipe is clamped by the moving clamping block, the work of the feeding motor drives the moving clamping block to slide along the inner wall of the lifting guide rail through the threaded rod, the stepping feeding operation on the pipe is realized, and then, the laser cutting operation is performed on the pipe through the laser emitting equipment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a laser cutting system for pipe riveting, which has the following beneficial effects:
