一种抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液,按原料配伍质量百分比包括:海参多肽提取物0.8-1.2%、透明质酸钠0.03-0.05%、EDTA二钠0.02-0.04%、黄原胶0.02-0.04%、海藻糖0.8-1.2%、甘油4-6%、丁二醇5-7%、卡波姆0.1-0.3%、对羟基苯乙酮0.3-0.7%、生育酚乙酸酯0.3-0.7%、精氨酸0.1-0.3%、乙基己基甘油0.3-0.7%、余量为去离子水。其中海参多肽提取物作为功能成分,透明质酸钠、甘油、丁二醇作为保湿剂,EDTA二钠作为螯合剂,黄原胶作为增稠剂,海藻糖作为皮肤调理剂、柔润剂、保湿剂,卡波姆作为增稠剂、乳化稳定剂,对羟基苯乙酮、生育酚乙酸酯作为抗氧化的成分,精氨酸作为pH调节剂、保湿剂,乙基己基甘油作为保湿剂、防腐剂、肤感调节剂,去离子水为溶剂。
进一步地,上述抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液,按原料配伍质量百分比包括:海参多肽提取物1.0%、透明质酸钠0.04%、EDTA二钠0.03%、黄原胶0.03%、海藻糖1.0%、甘油5%、丁二醇6%、卡波姆0.2%、对羟基苯乙酮0.5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.5%、精氨酸0.2%、乙基己基甘油0.5%、余量为去离子水。
本发明提供一种抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液的制备方法,用于制备上述海参多肽修复精华液,制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将卡波姆表面洒于去离子水润湿,将透明质酸钠和黄原胶分散与丁二醇中,再加入EDTA二钠、海藻糖、甘油、对羟基苯乙酮、生育酚乙酸酯,混合均匀加热至85℃。
(2)降温至60℃,将精氨酸加入上述步骤(1)的物料中和。
(3)降温至40℃,将海参肽提取物和乙基己基甘油加入到上述步骤(2)的物料中,充分搅拌均匀,降温至常温,即得海参多肽修复精华液。
进一步地,所述海参多肽提取物是由海参加工废弃物海参内脏为原料提取。
进一步地,所述海参多肽提取物以海参产品加工后的副产物海参肠为原料,采用安全、高效的蛋白酶酶解法得到海参肽提取物。
进一步地,所述海参多肽提取物的制备方法为:按料液比1:5加入去离子水,将海参肠和水混合均匀,选用酶活性为100u/g的碱性蛋白酶在pH为8的条件下加入处理干净的海参肠中,加酶量质量比为0.5%,在50℃水浴锅中酶解3h,将酶解液在6000r/min的条件下离心5min,取上清液进行保存,即得海参肽提取物。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明对海参加工废弃物海参内脏进行加工利用,不仅充分利用被忽视的海洋废弃物资源,达到变废为宝的目的,将资源的利用达到最大化,而且开发以天然成分为主的精华液,为消费者提供更多选择,具有十分重要的意义。
(2)本发明以海参加工废弃物海参内脏为原料提取出海参多肽提取物,配合适当的辅料,开发一种安全温和、无刺激、无毒副作用的修复精华液。本发明提供的具有协同增效作用的配方组合,能够增加皮肤含水量,修复皮肤,抗氧化能力强,抗衰老效果好,并且生产工艺简单,适合规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例详述本发明,但不限制本发明的保护范围。如无特殊说明,本发明所采用的实验方法均为常规方法,所用实验器材、材料、试剂等均可从商业途径获得。
实施例1
将0.2%卡波姆洒于水面润湿,将0.04%透明质酸钠和0.03%黄原胶分散与6%丁二醇中,再加入0.03%EDTA二钠、1.0%海藻糖、5%甘油、0.5%对羟基苯乙酮、0.5%生育酚乙酸酯,混合均匀加热至85℃。
降温至60℃,将0.2%精氨酸加入上述物料中和。
降温至40℃,将1.0%海参肽提取物和0.5%乙基己基甘油加入到上述物料中,充分搅拌均匀,降温至常温,即得海参多肽修复精华液。
使用方法:取适量精华液,均匀涂抹在面部,轻轻拍打或者以按压的手法,促进精华液的吸收。
实施例2
将0.1%卡波姆洒于水面润湿,将0.03%透明质酸钠和0.02%黄原胶分散与5%丁二醇中,再加入0.02%EDTA二钠、0.8%海藻糖、4%甘油、0.3%对羟基苯乙酮、0.3%生育酚乙酸酯,混合均匀加热至85℃。
降温至60℃,将0.1%精氨酸加入上述物料中和。
降温至40℃,将0.8%海参肽提取物和0.3%乙基己基甘油加入到上述物料中,充分搅拌均匀,降温至常温,即得海参多肽修复精华液。
使用方法:取适量精华液,均匀涂抹在面部,轻轻拍打或者以按压的手法,促进精华液的吸收。
实施例3
将0.3%卡波姆洒于水面润湿,将0.05%透明质酸钠和0.04%黄原胶分散与7%丁二醇中,再加入0.04%EDTA二钠、1.2%海藻糖、6%甘油、0.7%对羟基苯乙酮、0.7%生育酚乙酸酯,混合均匀加热至85℃。
降温至60℃,将0.3%精氨酸加入上述物料中和。
降温至40℃,将1.2%海参肽提取物和0.7%乙基己基甘油加入到上述物料中,充分搅拌均匀,降温至常温,即得海参多肽修复精华液。
使用方法:取适量精华液,均匀涂抹在面部,轻轻拍打或者以按压的手法,促进精华液的吸收。
实施例4
实施例1-3所述海参多肽提取物的制备方法为:按料液比1:5加入去离子水,将海参肠和水混合均匀,选用酶活性为100u/g的碱性蛋白酶在pH为8的条件下加入处理干净的海参肠中,加酶量质量比为0.5%,在50℃水浴锅中酶解3h,将酶解液在6000r/min的条件下离心5min,取上清液进行保存,即得海参肽提取物。
对比例1
市售某品牌精华液
对实施例1和对比例1进行3h保湿效果测试,参照QB/T 4256-2011化妆品保湿功效评价指南,每个样品选取5名测试者,取上述实施例1和对比例1中的样品定量涂抹于手臂固定部位。测量使用样品前即未使用样品的初始值、使用后0h即使用样品的初始值,于涂抹擦拭后拍打10s后测试,1h、3h皮肤角质层水油含量以及经皮水分流失率数值,记录所得数值并计算平均值,结果参见表1。

对表1中数据进行进一步分析,结果如下:
对实施例1和对比例1各组数据进行分析,结果用平均值±标准差表示。试验结果表明,实施例1的使用样品后0h比未使用样品时的水分含量从33.4±3.0%提升至68.8±4.7%,水分含量约提升至2.1倍,对比例1从32.6±3.0%提升至61.2±3.7%,水分含量提升至1.9倍,该结果表明实施例1比对比例1在使用初期水分含量提升更著。
实施例1含油率从53.0±0.7%降至38.2±2.2%,降幅为27.9%,对比例1从51.8±1.6%降至42.0±2.7%,降幅为18.9%,该结果表明实施例1比在使用初期含油量降低幅度大于对比例1。
在试验1h和3h时分别检测皮肤水油含量,结果表明,试验1h后,实施例1水分含量和含油量分别为46.0±2.7%和47±0.7%,基本达到水油平衡。试验3h后,水分含量和含油量分别为44±4.4%和47.8±1.6%,与使用前的水油比例相对比,实施例1在3h后也基本达到水油平衡,该结果表明实施例1产品在使用3h后仍能够保证皮肤的水油平衡,保湿效果显著。而对比例1在试验1h后水油含量分别为36.4±2.1%和49.8±1.3%,3h后水油含量分别为34.4±2.9%和51.2±1.9%,恢复到使用前水油比例,结果表明对比例1在使用1h后无明显保湿效果。

Claims (6)
1.一种抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液,其特征在于,按原料配伍质量百分比包括:海参多肽提取物0.8-1.2%、透明质酸钠0.03-0.05%、EDTA二钠0.02-0.04%、黄原胶0.02-0.04%、海藻糖0.8-1.2%、甘油4-6%、丁二醇5-7%、卡波姆0.1-0.3%、对羟基苯乙酮0.3-0.7%、生育酚乙酸酯0.3-0.7%、精氨酸0.1-0.3%、乙基己基甘油0.3-0.7%、余量为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液,其特征在于,按原料配伍质量百分比包括:海参多肽提取物1.0%、透明质酸钠0.04%、EDTA二钠0.03%、黄原胶0.03%、海藻糖1.0%、甘油5%、丁二醇6%、卡波姆0.2%、对羟基苯乙酮0.5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.5%、精氨酸0.2%、乙基己基甘油0.5%、余量为去离子水。
3.一种抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将卡波姆表面洒于去离子水润湿,将透明质酸钠和黄原胶分散与丁二醇中,再加入EDTA二钠、海藻糖、甘油、对羟基苯乙酮、生育酚乙酸酯,混合均匀加热至85℃;
(2)降温至60℃,将精氨酸加入上述步骤(1)的物料中和;
(3)降温至40℃,将海参肽提取物和乙基己基甘油加入到上述步骤(2)的物料中,充分搅拌均匀,降温至常温,即得海参多肽修复精华液。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述海参多肽提取物是由海参加工废弃物海参内脏为原料提取。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述海参多肽提取物以海参产品加工后的副产物海参肠为原料,采用蛋白酶酶解法得到。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种抗皮肤衰老的海参多肽修复精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述海参多肽提取物的制备方法为:按料液比1:5加入去离子水,将海参肠和水混合均匀,选用酶活性为100u/g的碱性蛋白酶在pH为8的条件下加入处理干净的海参肠中,加酶量质量比为0.5%,在50℃水浴锅中酶解3h,将酶解液在6000r/min的条件下离心5min,取上清液进行保存,即得海参肽提取物。
