(1) Placing rectangular cluster tools:

The mounting and placing steps between the unit spacer 61 and the placement frame 21 are as follows: placing the unit partition plate 61 on the placement frame 21, wherein the limiting slot 56 on the unit partition plate 61 corresponds to the limiting insert block 57 on the placement frame 21, the limiting insert block 57 is inserted into the limiting slot 56, then the limiting rod 58 at the top end of the limiting insert block 57 is rotated, so that two ends of the limiting rod 58 are rotated out of the limiting insert block 57 to be tightly pressed and limited on the top surface of the unit partition plate 61, accurate insertion between the unit partition plate 61 and the placement frame 21 is realized through the design of the limiting slot 56 and the limiting insert block 57, stable support of the placement frame 21 on the unit partition plate 61 is ensured, meanwhile, the top end of the limiting insert block 57 is also rotated to be provided with the limiting rod 58, when the unit partition plate 61 is installed on the placement frame 21, the limiting rod 58 is completely overlapped with the top surface of the limiting insert block 57, and therefore, after the unit partition plate 61 is placed in place, the two ends of the limiting rod 58 extend out of the limiting insert block 57 to be tightly pressed on the top surface of the unit partition plate 61, so that the mounting firmness between the unit partition plate 61 and the placement frame 21 is ensured, the structural design is simple, and the mounting and dismounting and mounting of the unit partition plate 61 are simple or convenient;
(2) Soaking and sterilizing:
