When the stay bar 2320 is inserted into the sinking table hole, one end of the buffer spring 2322 props against a transition table surface between the upper part and the lower part of the sinking table hole, and the other end of the buffer spring 2322 props against the stay seat 2321, so that the sinking of the whole bowl basket assembly 23 can be realized through the stress compression of the buffer spring 2322; when the bowl basket assembly 23 is not acted by external force, the compression amount can be released through the buffer spring 2322 so as to reset the whole bowl basket assembly 23.
Referring to fig. 4 again, the frame 2 includes an upper frame 21 and a lower frame 22 stacked up and down or integrally formed, and a rear lifting seat 20 disposed at the rear end of the upper frame 21. One end of the rear lifting seat 20 is detachably connected with the upper frame 21 and/or the lower frame 22, and the other end of the rear lifting seat 20 extends vertically in a direction away from the upper frame 21. The lifting mechanism is arranged in the rear lifting seat 20, and the lifting end of the lifting mechanism extends out of the rear lifting seat 20 and is detachably connected with the cover uncovering structure 1.
Correspondingly, the spraying station is formed by combining the upper base 21 and the bowl basket assembly 23 at the top end of the upper base to cooperate with the uncovering structure 1 to carry out specific washing and cleaning work on the device to be cleaned.
It will be appreciated that the top end of the upper housing 21 is open to form a countersink for the bowl and basket assembly 23, with mating countersink holes at the four corners of the upper housing 21 corresponding to the buffer rods 232. Meanwhile, a drain pipe group for draining water and sewage is arranged in the upper stand 21 in a matched mode.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments of the present application, a drying box 24 is disposed in the lower housing 22 for drying and temporarily storing the cleaned devices.
Specifically, the drying box 24 includes a box body 240, a bowl rack 241, and a water tray 242. Wherein, the box 240 is arranged in the lower stand 22 in a extractable manner; the bowl rack 241 is disposed in the upper cavity of the case 240, and the water pan 242 is drawably disposed in the lower cavity of the case 240. Obviously, a drying component (such as a heating pipe and an exhaust component) is also required to be matched in the box 240 for drying the area where the bowl rack 241 is located.
In a specific use process, the device after spray cleaning is firstly placed on the bowl frame 241, and after the device is dried for a certain time, the residual cleaning water drops are converged on the water receiving disc 242, the device on the bowl frame 241 is heated and dried through the drying component.
Referring again to fig. 4, the lid-type dishwasher further comprises a storage bin 3 provided at one side of the rack 2, the storage bin 3 comprising a main bin 30 and/or a drawer 31 for storing cleaned devices/dishes.
It will be appreciated that UV killing components may also be provided in the main cabinet 30 and/or drawer 31 to enhance and maintain the cleanliness of the devices/cutlery.
The basic composition structure of the uncovering structure 1 and the uncovering dishwasher provided in the embodiments has been fully described, and on the basis of combining practical application, other components may be added or configured on the related structure to obtain additional use functions, which are not described herein.
In addition, referring to fig. 7, the rinsing process of the door-type dishwasher is further illustrated as follows:
the devices/dishes to be cleaned are placed in the bowl frame 230, the apparatus is powered on, the number of cleaning times is selected, and the cleaning button is activated;
the uncovering structure 1 descends to a closed spraying station;
the spray assembly 12 detects the water level in the spray water tank 120, and when the water level is level or lower than the set lower limit, the spray water tank 120 is replenished with water above the upper limit;
when the upper limit is reached, the control valve 122 is opened and the flushing pump 123 works, at the moment, the spray pipe 125 sprays water for cleaning until the water level in the spray water tank 120 drops to the lower limit, and thus, one flushing is completed;
and judging whether the washing needs to be continued according to the cleaning times, if the judging result is more than 0, repeating the washing from the water level detection step until the judging result is 0, and then enabling the control valve 122 to be closed in a delayed manner, so that the washing work required by the dish washing machine can be completed.
It will be appreciated that the flushing procedure provided herein is not limited to specific working steps of the relevant assembly or to improvements in the cleaning manner, but rather is an exemplary illustration for the skilled person to understand the technical solutions of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A cover release structure, comprising:
a housing provided with an open first mounting cavity;
the fixed shell can be arranged in the first mounting cavity in a drawing way, the fixed shell is provided with a second mounting cavity with one end open, and a plurality of mounting holes are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the second mounting cavity opposite to the opening side; and
the spraying assembly comprises a fixed end and a plurality of connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting holes, and each connecting piece penetrates into the second mounting cavity through the mounting hole and is connected with the fixed end.
2. The cover removing structure according to claim 1, wherein two opposite inner side walls of the first mounting cavity are provided with slide rails extending in a drawing direction of the fixing case, and outer side walls of both sides of the fixing case are provided with mounting blocks slidably disposed on the slide rails.
3. The de-cover structure of claim 2, wherein the slide rail is provided with a removable plug at a slide-in end.
4. A cover removal structure as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein a return member is provided in said slide rail, one end of said return member being connected to the closed end of said slide rail, and the other end of said return member being in abutment with said mounting block.
5. The de-cover structure of claim 4, wherein said reset member is pre-configured with an amount of compression against said mounting block.
6. A cover removal structure as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein said spray assembly includes a spray tank at said fixed end, said connector being threadably connected to the top end of said spray tank.
7. The de-cover structure of claim 6, wherein the spray assembly further comprises a mounting bracket disposed at a bottom end of the spray tank and a spray tube disposed on the mounting bracket.
8. The de-cover structure of claim 7, wherein the spray assembly further comprises a plurality of sets of clamping seats disposed at the bottom end of the mounting frame, and a force-bearing rod simultaneously engaging a plurality of sets of clamping seats.
9. A cover-uncovering dishwasher, characterized by comprising a frame and a cover-uncovering structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the frame is provided with a spray station in advance, the cover-uncovering structure is arranged on the frame in a lifting and adjusting manner and is positioned above the spray station, and the cover-uncovering structure covers the spray station at the end of a moving stroke.
10. The lid-taking-off dishwasher of claim 9, wherein the spray station is provided with a bowl basket assembly which is capable of being lifted and lowered, and has a depressed state in which it is forced to sink during the lifting and a reset raised home state.
