Abstract

一种防水复合地板的结构和生产方法,其包括顶层,基材层,以及底层。所述顶层与所述底层均为一个分别在所述防水复合地板上下表面的柔性面层,其包括至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层,以及至少一层无树脂的纤维素层。所述纤维素层是一层由碳纤维编织而成的同性板材。所述基材层是一个由基材和粘合剂组成的刚性核心。通过设置两个分别位于所述基材层两侧的顶层和底层,并在所述顶层和底层内设置至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层堆叠,保证所述顶层和底层的防水性和抗冲击的柔软性,且所述底层的含胶量低于所述顶层的含胶量,以保证所述防水复合地板的耐磨性与吸音效果。

一种防水复合地板的结构和生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合地板技术领域,特别涉及一种防水复合地板的结构和生产方法。
背景技术
复合地板是地板的其中一种,但复合地板被人为改变地板材料的天然结构,达到某项物理性能符合预期要求的地板,复合地板在市场上经常泛指强化复合木地板、实木复合地板。
现有技术的复合地板存在以下问题:
1、复合地板在使用过程中因不断受到外界冲击而导致磨损,而且如果更换不及时容易影响复合地板内部材料的使用寿命,因此增强复合地板耐磨性成为必然趋势,但现有复合地板的耐磨性能很难满足要求;
2、复合地板遇水后容易受潮变形,从而给消费者后续的使用带来了很多麻烦,为了解决这一问题,现有复合地板的防水措施主要为在其内部添设有防水层,但防水效果较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种可以解决上述问题的防水复合地板的结构和生产方法。
一种防水复合地板的结构和生产方法,其包括一个柔软的顶层,一个位于所述顶层下方的基材层,以及位于所述基材层下方的底层。所述顶层与所述底层均为分别在所述防水复合地板上下表面的一个柔性面层,其包括至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层,以及至少一层无树脂的纤维素层。所述纤维素层是一层由碳纤维编织而成的同性板材。所述基材层是一个由基材和粘合剂组成的刚性核心。
进一步地,各层所述纤维素层具有不同方向。
进一步地,各层所述纤维素层垂直堆叠形成多层结构。
进一步地,所述纤维素层的各层方向为0°,90°,+45°和-45°,在这四个方向中的每一个方向至少有12.5%的层,若干层或层被堆叠。
进一步地,所述纤维素层的偏移角度在5°-45°之间,最好是5°-30°之间,最理想的是在5°-10°之间。
进一步地,所述树脂为由三聚氰胺和酚醛等材料制成的热周性树脂。
进一步地,所述底层的树脂含量低于所述顶层的树脂含量。
进一步地,所述顶层、基材层、底层之间采用热压合在一起。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的防水复合地板通过设置两个分别位于所述基材层两侧的顶层和底层,并在所述顶层和底层内设置至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层堆叠,保证所述顶层和底层的防水性和抗冲击的柔软性,且所述底层的含胶量低于所述顶层的含胶量,以保证所述防水复合地板的耐磨性与吸音效果。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,其为本发明提供的一种防水复合地板的结构示意图。所述防水复合地板的结构包括一个柔软的顶层10,一个位于所述顶层10下方的基材层20,以及位于所述基材层下方的底层30。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
所述顶层10为一个设置在所述防水复合地板表面的柔性面层,其包括至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层,以及至少一层无树脂的纤维素层。所述树脂为由三聚氰胺和酚醛等材料制成的热周性树脂,所述纤维素层浸胶时,能够使其获得足够的防水性能和耐磨能力,同时,浸胶量越低的纤维素层越柔软,抗冲击力就更强,吸音效果也越好。所述纤维素层是一层由碳纤维编织而成的同性板材,各层所述纤维素层具有不同方向,如0°,90°,+45°和-45°,在这四个方向中的每一个方向至少有12.5%的层,各所述纤维素层的偏移角度在5°-45°之间,最好是5°-30°之间,最理想的是在5°-10°之间,各层所述纤维素层垂直堆叠并各层方向偏移,以形成多层结构,进而以增加成型材料的抗压强度和密闭性。
所述基材层20是一个由基材和粘合剂组成的刚性核心。所述基材是主材为SPC、石灰石、硅灰石等材料制成的低分子共聚物,其本身为一种现有技术,如专利号CN202010639701.5 ,专利名称为一种防水玻镁地板基材及其制作方法所公开的技术,在此不再详细说明其结构及制作方法。
所述底层30为一个与所述顶层10相似的柔性层,其包括至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层,以及至少一层无树脂的纤维素层。所述底层30的树脂含量低于所述顶层10的树脂含量,以保证所述底层30的柔软性和刚冲击力,且具有良好的隔音能力。
本发明提供的一种防水复合地板的生产方法包括以下步骤:
①将炭纤维编织为一个纤维素层,该层内的纤维素相互平行,方向一致;
②将所述基材层与粘合剂结合组成一个作为刚性核心的基材层;
③将至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层和一层无树脂的纤维素层组合层一个柔性面层,将一个含胶量低的柔性面层作为顶层,一个含胶量较低的柔性面层作为底层;
④将所述顶层、基材层、底层进行热压形成所述防水复合地板。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的防水复合地板通过设置两个分别位于所述基材层20两侧的顶层10和底层30,并在所述顶层10和底层30内设置至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层堆叠,保证所述顶层10和底层30的防水性和抗冲击的柔软性,且所述底层30的含胶量低于所述顶层10的含胶量,以保证所述防水复合地板的耐磨性与吸音效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种防水复合地板的结构和生产方法,其特征在于:所述防水复合地板的结构包括一个柔软的顶层,一个位于所述顶层下方的基材层,以及一个位于所述基材层下方的底层,所述顶层与所述底层均为分别在所述防水复合地板上下表面的一个柔性面层,其包括至少两层浸有树脂的纤维素层,以及至少一层无树脂的纤维素层,所述纤维素层是一层由碳纤维编织而成的同性板材,所述基材层是一个由基材和粘合剂组成的刚性核心。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水复合地板的结构和生产方法,其特征在于:各层所述纤维素层具有不同方向。
3.如权利要求2所述的防水复合地板的结构和生产方法,其特征在于:各层所述纤维素层垂直堆叠形成多层结构。
4.如权利要求2所述的防水复合地板的结构和生产方法,其特征在于:所述纤维素层的各层方向为0°,90°,+45°和-45°,在这四个方向中的每一个方向至少有12.5%的层,若干层或层被堆叠。
5.如权利要求4所述的防水复合地板的结构和生产方法,其特征在于:所述纤维素层的偏移角度在5°-45°之间,最好是5°-30°之间,最理想的是在5°-10°之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的防水复合地板的结构和生产方法,其特征在于:所述树脂为由三聚氰胺和酚醛等材料制成的热周性树脂。
