技术领域
本发明涉及竹板材生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种竹片复合板及其制造方法。
背景技术
原竹加工成竹板材使用,已经有几十年,由于竹青面、竹黄面材料的特殊性,至今没有技术能解决竹片竹青、竹黄的直接胶合问题,在实际应用和研究中,大多是全部去除竹青、竹黄,如家用竹地板;部分对整个竹片进行碾压、拉丝,达到去除、破坏竹青竹黄,以利于胶合的目的,如重组竹户外地板等;或者由单个小竹片用线编制而成,如竹木复合建筑模板。
家用竹地板生产中使用的竹片,竹青、竹黄全部去除,生产效率低,原竹材料利用率非常低,成本高;户外用重组竹地板使用竹材,全部经过碾压、疏解,破坏竹片的竹青、竹黄,材料利用率低,生产工序多,胶水使用多,成本高;竹木复合建筑模板使用的竹帘,用机械将竹片剖分成小竹条,再用机械将其编成竹帘,小竹条不规整、弯曲等,生产效率低、产品质量不稳定。科研人员一直在研究如何在保留竹青竹黄条件下使用竹材,如申请号CN201610439158.8的专利,公开了一种集装箱地板用胶合板、制造方法和采用该地板的集装箱。所述集装箱地板用胶合板,由表层、中间层和底层构成,中间层包括竹板,竹板包括至少两片竹片、上刚性条和下刚性条,竹片带有竹青竹黄,至少两片竹片沿竹片的厚度方向紧密连接,上刚性条与至少两片竹片的上侧面紧密连接,上述专利是通过刚性条完成竹板固定,工序十分复杂,造价成本较高,且稳定性也较差,满足不了人们在生产生活中的使用需求。因此现在急需一种竹板材复合板,来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中材料利用率低、工序复杂等造成的竹片复合板的生产成本较高的问题,而提出的一种竹片复合板及其制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,包括上表层、芯层和下表层,所述芯层由至少两片竹片沿竹片厚度方向紧密排布组成,竹片仅去除内节、外节,不去除竹青、竹黄;上表层、下表层组成材料中至少各有一层主强度方向与芯层竹片长度方向垂直,上表层、芯层、下表层之间通过胶水相胶合,所述上表层和下表层由木单板、竹单板、玻璃纤维、碳纤维的一种或数种通过胶水胶合组成,所述胶水可以为热固型树脂、或热塑型树脂或冷固型树脂。
优选的,所述上表层和下表层采用的木单板、竹单板的纹理方向、玻璃纤维、碳纤维的主强度方向至少各有一层与芯层内竹片长度方向垂直。
优选的,所述竹片在沿厚度方向排列时进行调头排布。
优选的,所述芯层内竹片宽度不小于4毫米。
优选的,所述上表层、下表层中,纹理与芯层竹片长度方向垂直的木单板、竹单板以及主强度方向与芯层竹片长度方向垂直的玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种或数种总厚度分别不小于0.5毫米。
一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,具体方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:材料准备
1)芯层竹片的制作
根据竹片复合板的尺寸要求,将原竹截成合适长度的竹筒,将竹筒剖分成合适宽度的竹片,去除竹片的内节、外节,使外节处基本与竹青面持平,使内节处基本与竹黄面持平;
2)根据竹片复合板的尺寸要求,准备合适的木单板、竹单板、玻璃纤维、碳纤维,胶水等;
步骤二:组坯
1)胶水涂布:根据组坯需要,在部分木单板、竹单板、玻璃纤维、碳纤维上涂布或浸渍合适的胶水;
2)材料排布:芯层由竹片构成,竹片沿竹片厚度方向侧向排布;上表层、下表层由木单板、竹单板、玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种或数种构成,上表层、下表层至少各有一层木单板或竹单板的纹理方向、或玻璃纤维、碳纤维的主强度方向与芯层竹片长度方向垂直;
步骤三:加压
1)竹片侧面加压:首先在芯层竹片处侧向加压,使竹片沿竹片厚度间排布紧密;压力值范围为0.6~1.6MPA;
2)竹片复合板正面加压:在给竹片侧向加压后,在保持侧向压力下,给竹片复合板坯料平面加压,使之胶合;压力值范围为0.6~1.6MPA;
步骤四:温度与时间:
1)加热:根据胶水固化要求,给予加热或室温下加压;热固型胶水,如酚醛胶,温度高于120摄氏度等;如环氧树脂,常温下固化;
2)时间:根据胶水固化要求,加热或常温下,给予一定加压时间,如酚醛胶,加热、加压时间根据竹板材厚度确定,每毫米加热、加压时间不少于1.2分钟;如环氧树脂,加压时间一般为24小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过在竹片复合板生产的过程中保留全部的竹青、竹黄,不需要对竹青面、竹黄面进行处理,极大地提升了竹材的利用率,降低了生产成本;
2、本发明在进行竹片复合板的生产的过程中,省略了芯层中竹片之间的胶合,极大地节省了胶水的使用,同时,上表层和下表层通过胶水直接与芯层胶合固定实现竹片复合板的生产,极大的简化了竹片复合板的生产工序,进一步地降低了生产成本;
3、本发明通过上表层和下表层中材料的主强度方向至少各有一层与芯层竹片长度方向垂直,从而保证了竹片复合板的结构强度。
本发明通过在竹地板生产的过程中,对竹青竹黄进行了完整的保留,极大的提升了原材料的利用率,通过铺设方式和工艺的改变,在保证了成品竹地板的稳定性的情况下,极大地化简了工序,极大地降低了生产成本,满足了人们在生产生活中的使用成本。

实施例一
步骤一:材料准备
1)芯层一B1中竹片一4的制作
制作规格为2440*1220*30mm的竹片复合板一:将原竹截成2480mm长度的竹筒,将竹筒剖分成宽度为24mm的竹片一4,去除竹片一4的内节、外节,使外节处基本与竹青面持平,使内节处基本与竹黄面持平。
2)准备单板等:木单板包括顺纹木单板1(指单板的木材的纹理方向与芯层一B1内竹片一4长度方向一致,下同)和横纹木单板3(指单板的木材的纹理方向与芯层一B1内竹片一4长度方向垂直,下同)、横纹竹帘2(指竹帘的竹篾长度方向与芯层一B1内竹片一4长度方向垂直,下同)、酚醛胶水5等。
步骤二:组坯
1)胶水涂布:根据组坯需要,在顺纹木单板1和横纹木单板3上涂布酚醛树脂5,横纹竹帘2浸渍酚醛树脂5;
2)材料排布:如图1所示,组坯按照:顺纹木单板1、横纹竹帘2、横纹木单板3、竹片一4、横纹木单板3、横纹竹帘2、顺纹木单板1方式由上到下组坯;
顺纹木单板1、横纹竹帘2、横纹木单板3分别构成上表层一A1和下表层一C1。
步骤三:加压
1)竹片侧面加压:首先在芯层一B1的竹片一4处侧向加压,使竹片一4之间沿厚度方向排布紧密,压力为0.8MPA。
2)竹片复合板一正面加压:在给芯层一B1侧向加压后,在保持侧向压力下,给竹片复合板一坯料平面加压,使之胶合,压力为0.7MPA。
步骤四:温度与时间:
1)加热:根据酚醛树脂5的固化要求,加热到130摄氏度;
2)时间:根据酚醛树脂5固化要求以及复合板厚度,加热加压40分钟。
步骤五:后续处理:根据要求,进行裁边、开榫等处理。
实施例二
步骤一:材料准备
1)芯层二B2中竹片二6的制作
制作规格为2440*1220*12mm的竹片复合板二:将原竹截成2480mm长度的竹筒,将竹筒剖分成宽度为10mm的竹片二6,去竹片二6片的内节、外节,使外节处基本与竹青面持平,使内节处基本与竹黄面持平。
2)准备木单板等:横纹木单板3(指单板的木材的纹理方向与芯层二B2内竹片二6长度方向垂直,下同)、横纹玻璃纤维布7(玻璃纤维布主强度方向与芯层二B2中竹片二6长度方向垂直)、酚醛树脂5等。
步骤二:组坯
1)胶水涂布:根据组坯需要,在横纹木单板3上涂布酚醛树脂5,横纹玻璃纤维布7浸渍酚醛树脂5;
2)材料排布:如图2所示,组坯按照:横纹玻璃纤维布7、横纹木单板3、竹片二6、横纹木单板3、横纹玻璃纤维布7方式由上到下组坯;
横纹玻璃纤维布7、横纹木单板3分别构成上表层二A2和下表层二C2。
步骤三:加压
1)竹片侧面加压:首先在芯层二B2的竹片二6处侧向加压,使竹片二6间沿厚度方向排布紧密,压力为1.0MPA。
2)竹片复合板二正面加压:在给芯层二B2侧向加压后,在保持侧向压力下,给竹片复合板二坯料平面加压,使之胶合,压力为1.0MPA。
步骤四:温度与时间:
1)加热:根据酚醛树脂5的固化要求,加热到140摄氏度;
2)时间:根据酚醛树脂5固化要求以及复合板厚度,加热加压20分钟。
步骤五:后续处理:根据要求,进行裁边、开榫等处理。
实施例三
步骤一:材料准备
1)芯层三B3中竹片三8的制作
制作规格为2440*1220*35mm的竹片复合板三:将原竹截成2480mm长度的竹筒,将竹筒剖分成宽度为33mm的竹片三8,去除竹片三8的内节、外节,使外节处基本与竹青面持平,使内节处基本与竹黄面持平。
2)准备材料:横纹碳纤维布9(碳纤维布的主强度方向与芯层三B3中竹片三8长度方向垂直),环氧树脂10。
步骤二:组坯
1)胶水涂布:根据组坯需要,横纹碳纤维布9上涂布环氧树脂10;
2)材料排布:如图3所示,组坯按照:横纹碳纤维布9、竹片三8、横纹碳纤维布9方式由上到下组坯;
横纹碳纤维布9分别构成上表层三A3和下表层三C3。
步骤三:加压
1)竹片侧面加压:首先在芯层三B3的竹片三8处侧向加压,使竹片三8之间沿厚度排布紧密,压力为1.2MPA。
2)竹片复合板三正面加压:在给芯层三B3侧向加压后,在保持侧向压力下,给竹片复合板三坯料平面加压,使之胶合,压力为1.1MPA.
步骤四:温度与时间:
1)加热:根据环氧树脂10的固化要求,在常温下加压;
2)时间:根据环氧树脂10固化要求以及复合板厚度,常温下加压不少于24小时。

Claims (6)

1.一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,包括上表层、芯层和下表层,其特征在于,所述芯层由至少两片竹片沿竹片厚度方向紧密排布组成,竹片仅去除内节、外节,不去除竹青、竹黄;上表层、下表层组成材料中至少各有一层主强度方向与芯层竹片长度方向垂直,上表层、芯层、下表层之间通过胶水相胶合,所述上表层和下表层由木单板、竹单板、玻璃纤维、碳纤维的一种或数种通过胶水胶合组成,所述胶水可以为热固型树脂、或热塑型树脂或冷固型树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,其特征在于,所述上表层和下表层采用的木单板、竹单板的纹理方向、玻璃纤维、碳纤维的主强度方向至少各有一层与芯层内竹片长度方向垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,其特征在于,所述竹片在沿厚度方向排列时进行调头排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,其特征在于,所述芯层内竹片宽度不小于4毫米。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,其特征在于,所述上表层、下表层中,纹理与芯层竹片长度方向垂直的木单板、竹单板以及主强度方向与芯层竹片长度方向垂直的玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种或数种总厚度分别不小于0.5毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹片复合板及其制造方法,其特征在于,具体方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:材料准备
1)芯层竹片的制作
根据竹片复合板的尺寸要求,将原竹截成合适长度的竹筒,将竹筒剖分成合适宽度的竹片,去除竹片的内节、外节,使外节处基本与竹青面持平,使内节处基本与竹黄面持平;
2)根据竹片复合板的尺寸要求,准备合适的木单板、竹单板、玻璃纤维、碳纤维,胶水等;
步骤二:组坯
1)胶水涂布:根据组坯需要,在部分木单板、竹单板、玻璃纤维、碳纤维上涂布或浸渍合适的胶水;
2)材料排布:芯层由竹片构成,竹片沿竹片厚度方向侧向排布;上表层、下表层由木单板、竹单板、玻璃纤维、碳纤维中的一种或数种构成,上表层、下表层至少各有一层木单板或竹单板的纹理方向、或玻璃纤维、碳纤维的主强度方向与芯层竹片长度方向垂直;
步骤三:加压
1)竹片侧面加压:首先在芯层竹片处侧向加压,使竹片沿竹片厚度间排布紧密;压力值范围为0.6~1.6MPA;
2)竹片复合板正面加压:在给竹片侧向加压后,在保持侧向压力下,给竹片复合板坯料平面加压,使之胶合;压力值范围为0.6~1.6MPA;
步骤四:温度与时间:
1)加热:根据胶水固化要求,给予加热或室温下加压;热固型胶水,如酚醛胶,温度高于120摄氏度等;如环氧树脂,常温下固化;
2)时间:根据胶水固化要求,加热或常温下,给予一定加压时间,如酚醛胶,加热、加压时间根据竹板材厚度确定,每毫米加热、加压时间不少于1.2分钟;如环氧树脂,加压时间一般为24小时。
