背景技术
近年来,我国家禽养殖业飞速发展,家禽幼苗的培育为家禽养殖业的重要一环,由于家禽幼苗的免疫器官发育还不成熟,抵抗力弱,且家禽幼苗的消化器官发育不健全,消化机能较弱,进一步影响家禽幼苗的免疫器官的发育。为了提高家禽幼苗的成活率,加快家禽幼苗体重的增长,除了进行养殖环境的消毒处理及饲养密度、温度、湿度、通风、光照和饮食等方面的饲养管理和免疫操作外,现有的家禽幼苗饲料往往添加抗生素药物,抗生素虽然一定程度上降低了家禽幼苗的死亡率,但抗生素的不规范使用导致了动物源细菌耐药率不断上升,不仅使抗菌药疗效降低,养殖用药成本增加,还造成兽用抗菌药残留超标风险增高,细菌耐药问题进一步恶化,威胁到畜禽产品质量安全,给人类健康造成安全隐患。按照《遏制细菌耐药国家行动计划(2016-2020年)》和《全国遏制动物源细菌耐药行动计划(2017-2020年)》部署,为了维护我国动物源性食品安全和公共卫生安全,自2020年1月1日起,退出除中药外的所有促生长类药物饲料添加剂品种等措施。虽然目前已有部分无抗饲料或无抗饲料添加剂的报道,但相应的无抗饲料、无抗饲料添加剂疗效各异,且组成复杂、价格昂贵,导致养殖成本明显增加,难以广泛应用。
本发明的目的即是提供一种家禽无抗养殖方法,所述家禽无抗养殖方法采用组成简单、疗效明确的家禽无抗饲料添加剂,提高家禽的成活率,加快家禽的生长,有助于实现家禽的低成本无抗养殖。

一方面,本发明提供一种家禽无抗养殖方法,其采用由瞿麦5-10份、柳叶1-5份、仙人掌10-15份、甘草1-5份、任选的蒲公英1-5份和任选的胆汁酸1-5份制备而成的家禽无抗饲料添加剂;优选的,所述家禽无抗养殖方法采用其由瞿麦6-8份、柳叶2-4份、仙人掌12-14份、甘草2-4份、任选的蒲公英2-4份和任选的胆汁酸2-4份制备而成的家禽无抗饲料添加剂;最优选的,所述家禽无抗养殖方法采用其由瞿麦7份、柳叶3份、仙人掌13份、甘草3份、任选的蒲公英3份和任选的胆汁酸3份制备而成的家禽无抗饲料添加剂。

(2)酶解:添加匀浆总重量0.01%-0.20%的混合酶,于40-50℃酶解10-60分钟,酶解后加热酶解物至90-100℃,保持10-15分钟后干燥,粉碎后过20目筛,与粉碎过20目筛的任选的胆汁酸混合均匀后60Co辐照灭菌,即得本发明所述的家禽无抗饲料添加剂。
优选的,所述混合酶为果胶酶与纤维素酶的混合物,优选的,所述果胶酶与纤维素酶的重量比为1-5:3-10;更优选的,所述果胶酶与纤维素酶的重量比为3:5。
本发明的有益效果:

1.1实验品
添加剂1组:瞿麦7份、柳叶3份、仙人掌13份、甘草3份;
添加剂2组:瞿麦7份、柳叶3份、仙人掌13份、甘草3份、蒲公英3份;
对比例1组:瞿麦7份、柳叶3份、甘草3份;
对比例2组:柳叶3份、仙人掌13份、甘草3份;
对比例3组:瞿麦7份、仙人掌13份、甘草3份;
添加剂1-2组、对比例1-3组按照以下方法制备:
(1)物料粉碎:取瞿麦、柳叶、仙人掌、甘草和任选的蒲公英60Co辐照灭菌,加入适量纯净水后捣碎制成匀浆;
(2)酶解:添加匀浆总重量0.05%的混合酶,于45℃酶解30分钟,酶解后加热酶解物至95℃,保持10分钟后干燥,粉碎后过20目筛,与粉碎过20目筛的任选的胆汁酸混合均匀后60Co辐照灭菌,即得,所述混合酶为果胶酶与纤维素酶的重量比为3:5的混合酶。
对比例4组:瞿麦7份、柳叶3份、仙人掌13份、甘草3份,按照以下方法制备:
(1)取瞿麦、柳叶、仙人掌、甘草60Co辐照灭菌,加入适量纯净水后捣碎制成匀浆;
(2)添加匀浆总重量0.05%的纯净水,于45℃静置30分钟,加热至95℃,保持10分钟后干燥,粉碎后过20目筛,60Co辐照灭菌,即得。
对比例5组:金霉素。
鸡雏开口料:玉米粉90份、小米粉7份、DSM多维0.5份、食盐2.5份。将添加剂1-2组、对比例1-4组添加剂分别加入鸡雏开口料,其中添加剂含量均为5%;将对比例5组金霉素添加至鸡雏开口料,其中金霉素含量为0.05‰。
1.2实验方法
未注射抗生素的精神状态良好、运动姿势无明显异常的孵化第3天的白羽肉鸡鸡雏400只,体重70-80g,随机分为空白组、添加剂1-2组和对比例1-5组,置于温度、湿度相同,且相互隔离的完全消毒的鸡舍内,全部鸡雏均按照正常免疫程序进行免疫和驱虫。试验开始前全部鸡雏称重,并记录为原体重。空白组仅喂食鸡雏开口料,其他各组喂食添加相应添加剂的鸡雏开口料,每天喂食3次,每次喂食1.5小时,喂食完成后剩余饲料全部取出后称重,并记录采食量。喂食7天后,各组鸡雏称重,记录为终体重,计算各组鸡雏成活率和料重比。

表1实验结果显示,即使采取了对鸡舍充分消毒,按照正常免疫程序进行免疫和驱虫,控制环境温度、湿度等措施后空白组鸡雏成活率仍然不足80%,且试验结束后的终体重明显更低,料重比为各组最大。而添加本发明家禽无抗饲料添加剂的添加剂1-2组则显示了明显更低的鸡雏死亡率,且实验结束后鸡雏的体重明显高于其他各组,鸡雏的料重比也明显更低,显示了本发明的家禽无抗饲料添加剂在不使用抗生素的情况下仍然可以明显提高鸡雏的成活率,改善鸡雏的胃肠道功能,从而能够实现鸡雏的无抗养殖。对比例1-3组的试验结果则显示了本发明家禽无抗饲料添加剂的组方组成为最优组合,进行成分的删减均会导致鸡雏成活率和试验后终体重的降低。在饲料添加剂组成完全相同的情况下,未采用酶解的对比例4组鸡雏的成活率和鸡雏终体重明显降低,鸡雏料重比则明显升高,该实验结果显示了本发明家禽无抗饲料添加剂制备过程中的酶解步骤对于家禽无抗饲料添加剂功效的取得具有非常重要的作用。

Claims (9)
1.一种家禽无抗养殖方法,其特征在于,采用由瞿麦5-10份、柳叶1-5份、仙人掌10-15份、甘草1-5份、任选的蒲公英1-5份和任选的胆汁酸1-5份制备而成的家禽无抗饲料添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述家禽无抗养殖方法,其特征在于,所述家禽无抗饲料添加剂由瞿麦、柳叶、仙人掌、甘草和任选的胆汁酸制备而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家禽无抗养殖方法,其特征在于,所述家禽无抗饲料添加剂由瞿麦、柳叶、仙人掌、甘草、蒲公英和任选的胆汁酸制备而成。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的家禽无抗养殖方法,其特征在于,所述家禽无抗饲料添加剂在家禽饲料中的含量为1-10%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的家禽无抗养殖方法,其特征在于,所述家禽无抗饲料添加剂为粉剂或颗粒剂。
6.一种家禽无抗饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由瞿麦5-10份、柳叶1-5份、仙人掌10-15份、甘草1-5份、任选的蒲公英1-5份和任选的胆汁酸1-5份制备而成。
7.一种家禽无抗饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)物料粉碎:取瞿麦、柳叶、仙人掌、甘草、任选的蒲公英60Co辐照灭菌,加入适量纯净水后捣碎制成匀浆;
(2)酶解:添加匀浆总重量0.01%-0.20%的混合酶,于40-50℃酶解10-60分钟,酶解后加热酶解物至90-100℃,保持10-15分钟后干燥,粉碎后过20目筛,与粉碎过20目筛的任选的胆汁酸混合均匀后60Co辐照灭菌,即得所述家禽无抗饲料添加剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的家禽无抗饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合酶为果胶酶与纤维素酶的混合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的家禽无抗饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述果胶酶与纤维素酶的重量比为1-5:3-10。
