controlling the heater 8 to work to heat the steam box 3; in the case that the temperature reaches a first preset temperature, controlling the heater 8 to stop heating the steam box 3, controlling the steam generator 5 to work and opening the second valve 14 to deliver steam to the steam box 3, and controlling the first valve 19 to open the steam exhaust passage; in case the humidity reaches a second preset humidity, controlling the steam generator 5 to stop working and the second valve 14 to close to stop the delivery of steam to the steam box 3; the heater 8 is controlled to operate to maintain the temperature inside the steam box 3 at a second preset temperature, wherein the second preset temperature is less than the first preset temperature.
Compared with the control device for the steam box, the control device of the embodiment focuses on heating and baking the food in the steam box 3, and then sprays high-temperature steam into the steam box 3 after the baking is finished so as to humidify the food after the baking is finished and avoid the phenomenon that the food is too dry and is easy to get on fire when the food is eaten by a user. controlling the steam generator 5 to operate and closing the second valve 14 to deliver steam to the steam box 3 and close the steam exhaust passage; in case the temperature reaches the first preset temperature, controlling the steam generator 5 to stop working and the second valve 14 to close to stop the delivery of steam to the steam box 3; controlling the first valve 19 to be opened to open a steam exhaust passage, and controlling a fan 102 of the range hood to operate at a first preset rotating speed so as to exhaust steam in the steam box 3; the heater 8 is controlled to operate to maintain the temperature inside the steam box 3 at the second preset temperature.
