Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pharmacy, in particular to a composition for improving gastrointestinal digestion function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the increase of working pressure and the acceleration of life rhythm of people, irregular diet, overfull or too greasy diet, lack of exercise and exercise, the general increase of patients or sub-healthy people with symptoms of inappetence, indigestion after eating, abdominal distension, thin stool, sallow complexion, cough weakness, limb lassitude and the like, serious harm and influence on the body health of people.
For the diseases of gastrointestinal and digestive imbalance, the traditional Chinese medicine is adopted at present to have better treatment effect, and the traditional Chinese medicine considers that: dyspepsia mostly belongs to the symptoms of inappetence, indigestion after eating, abdominal distension, thin stool, sallow complexion, cough weakness, limb lassitude and the like caused by spleen deficiency and excessive dampness, spleen and stomach qi deficiency and dysfunction of receiving, transporting and transforming. For example, the commonly used oral liquid of agastache for restoring vital energy comprises the following main components: patchouli oil, perilla leaf oil, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, rhizoma Atractylodis, cortex Magnolia officinalis, rhizoma Pinelliae, Poria, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, pericarpium Arecae, and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, and can be used for treating abdominal distention and pain, emesis, and diarrhea; the classic spleen-invigorating pill (Zhengzhi quanlong) is prepared from Atractylodis rhizoma, radix aucklandiae, Coptidis rhizoma, Glycyrrhrizae radix, Poria, Ginseng radix, Massa Medicata Fermentata, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, fructus Amomi, fructus Hordei Germinatus preparata, fructus crataegi, rhizoma Dioscoreae, and semen Myristicae, and can be used for invigorating spleen, regulating stomach function, resolving food stagnation, and relieving diarrhea.
However, the gastrointestinal tract belongs to smooth muscle, the medicine treatment time is long, the medicine is difficult to radically cure, and the gastrointestinal digestion function of the functional food is continuously improved after the functional food is taken for a long time, so that the gastrointestinal digestion function is recovered. In view of the fact that sub-health people with dyspepsia are common (children and old people are more), no novel functional food with good effect can improve symptoms of dyspepsia in the market at present.

The beneficial effects of the present application are demonstrated by specific pharmacodynamic experiments below,
experimental example:
in order to determine the optimal proportioning measurement of the experimental medicines, 3 proportioning groups with different dosages are set for preliminary screening, the formula proportions of the proportioning groups respectively correspond to example 1, example 2 and example 3, and in addition, a blank control group and a model control group are also arranged.
The specific experimental method comprises the following steps: 84 male KM mice are taken and randomly divided into 6 groups, including 3 administration groups with different proportions, a blank control group and a model control group, and each group contains 14 animals. The test samples and the agastache rugosus oral liquid (3.3 ml/kgBW) are respectively orally administered with 10 times of the daily dosage of a human body (7.4 g of crude drug/kgBW) according to 3 different proportions, 1 time/d, 15 days continuously, and the test water is administered to a blank group and a model control group according to the same volume. After the test sample was given for 15d, each group of mice was fasted for 16h without water deprivation. After 30min, the model control group, 4 proportioning groups and the agastache healthy energy oral liquid group are respectively administered with compound diphenoxylate (5mg/kgBW) by intragastric administration, and the blank group is administered with experimental water. After 30min of compound diphenoxylate, 4 matched groups were given with ink containing corresponding test sample (containing 5% activated carbon powder and 10% gum arabic), blank group and model control group. Giving ink 25min later, neck-breaking and killing the animal, dissecting and separating mesentery, taking out pylorus (upper end) to ileocecal part (lower end) small intestine, placing the small intestine on a tray, slightly pulling the small intestine to be in a straight line, measuring the total length of the small intestine, and calculating the ink advancing length (pylorus to ink front edge) according to the following formula:
an ink propulsion ratio (P) is an ink propulsion length (cm)/total small intestine length (cm),
the rate of advance of the ink is,
and (4) carrying out statistical analysis on the results of each proportioning group, a blank control group and a model control group by adopting SPSS12.0 software.
The experiment of the influence of different example ratios on the small intestine movement of the mice is shown in the table 1:
as can be seen from table 1 above, the ink propulsion ratio and the propulsion rate of the model control group are significantly lower than those of the blank control group, indicating that the constipation model of the mouse is established. Compared with a model control group, the mixture ratio of the embodiment of the application can obviously promote the small intestine movement, wherein the advancing rate of the mice in the embodiment 3 is obviously superior to that of the embodiments 1 and 2, so that the application has a promoting effect on the gastric emptying of the mice and an inhibiting effect on the small intestine advancing movement of normal mice and diabetic spleen-deficiency mice. The external small dose can partially resist the in vitro intestinal canal inhibition of the rabbit caused by adrenalin, so that the tension and the contraction amplitude of the intestinal canal are increased; the large dosage can inhibit intestinal canal movement and resist intestinal canal spasmodic contraction caused by barium chloride and pilocarpine. It is also found by anti-ulcerative colitis experiments that: the application can effectively prevent the colon length of mice with trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) colitis from being shortened, reduce the levels of TNF-a and IL-1 beta of intestinal mucosa, increase the proportion of mesenteric lymph node lymphocyte CD4+. CD25+ Foxp3+/CD4+ T cells, and increase the IL-10 secretion level of the intestinal mucosa.
