背景技术
糖尿病、乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤属于常见的疾病,也是高危疾病。目前的治疗方法仅是手术及西药类治疗方法,缺乏特异性,手术及西药对人体都有一定的伤害及毒副作用。
松花粉是松树的雄性孢子,集松树之精华,它含有较全面的营养物质,凡人体所必需的蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质、维生素、核酸、黄酮、不饱和脂肪酸及酶类等都齐全,含量丰富,配比合理,具有很高的营养价值。我国人民食用松花粉已有二千多年的历史,在古代医药文献及现代药典中均将松花粉列为药食兼用花粉。如我国第一部药典《神农本草经》,将松花粉列为养生上品,保健长寿药。唐《新修本草》、明李时珍《本草纲目》以及元、明时期的食经等对松花粉均有很高的评价:松花粉性温、甘、平、无毒,主润心肺,养气养颜,祛风止血,久服令人轻身延年。《中华人民共和国药典》、《全国中草药汇编》中也记载:松花粉甘温、无毒、收敛、止血、主治胃、十二指肠溃疡、咳血等。
马尾松为我国独有树种,是常绿长寿针叶大乔木,树龄可达千年,其马尾松花粉更是松花粉中的精品。针对现有化学药物对人体或多或少都存在一些副作用或毒性,本发明的发明人一直致力于对马尾松花粉的开发研究,以马尾松花粉为主要原料,经科学组方,有必要开发一款能消除糖尿病、乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤而对人体健康有益无害的中药。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
一种中药配方,包含如下重量份数的组分:精制马尾松花粉3-60份、马尾松花粉浓缩液2-15份、绞股兰液2-15份、山楂干粉1-7份、珍珠粉层粉1-7份、小麦淀粉0.5-3份、水0.5-3份。
上述中药配方,其配伍符合中药“君臣佐使”原则。其中的精制马尾松花粉及其浓缩液,作为松属植物的遗传物质,不仅含有多种氨基酸、维生素、矿物质、酶,以及核酸、不饱和脂肪酸、卵磷脂、类黄酮、单糖、多糖等营养成分及活性物质,而且配比比较合理,有微型营养库之称。同时还具有抗衰老、抗疲劳、调节胃肠功能、护肝、养护心血管、促进生长发育、可大大提高人体自身免疫力、调节机体功能。
其绞股兰液,性寒,味苦,微甘,具清热解毒,止咳祛痰,健脾补虚。山楂干粉,性微温,味酸,甘,具消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂。珍珠粉层粉,性甘、咸、寒,归心、肝经,具安神定惊,明目消翳,解毒生肌,润肤祛斑之功能。
本发明配方药理分析:配方中松花粉具有人体多种营养成份及活性物质,具调节、养护、促进、提高自身免疫力和机体功能;绞股兰具有清热解毒,止咳祛痰,健脾补虚之功能;山楂具消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂之功能;珍珠粉层粉具有安神定惊,明目消翳,解毒生肌,润肤祛斑之功能。全方共奏具有消除糖尿病、乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤之功效。
本发明中药的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

一种中药配方,包含如下重量份数的组分,精制马尾松花粉60份、马尾松花粉浓缩液12份、绞股兰液12份、山楂干粉5份、珍珠粉层粉5份、小麦淀粉3份、水3份。
实施例二:
一种中药配方,包含如下重量份数的组分,精制马尾松花粉40份、马尾松花粉浓缩液6份、绞股兰液6份、山楂干粉3份、珍珠粉层粉3份、小麦淀粉1.5份、水1.5份。
实施例三:
一种中药配方,包含如下重量份数的组分,精制马尾松花粉5份、马尾松花粉浓缩液2份、绞股兰液2份、山楂干粉1份、珍珠粉层粉1份、小麦淀粉0.5份、水0.5份。
实施例四:
主要药效学试验:松花粉及提取液对小鼠抗疲劳的试验报告
一、材料与方法
1.马尾松花粉经加工处理,去杂质,水份控制在9%左右,纯净,呈淡黄色;
2.马尾松花粉提取液系经干燥等加工处理的纯净马尾松花粉2000g,经科学方法提取后浓缩至2000ml的水溶性花粉提取液,不加任何添加剂;
3.NIH系小鼠,雌性,体重15~17g,按体重配对随机分组。实验分二批进行,分别用20g松花粉/kg,20ml松花粉提取液/kg及15g松花粉/kg,15ml松花粉提取液/kg,每日在喂饲普通饲料前,将松花粉与松花粉提取液分别拌于少量饲料中给予,共连续给予30天,对各组小鼠进行抗疲劳试验。
二、实验结果
1.小鼠转棒试验
将小鼠送上12转/分钟正在转动着的电动转棒上,迫使小鼠作连续不断的快速跑步。记录自小鼠放到转棒上至疲劳跌落转棒的时间,作为小鼠转棒时间。结果见表1:

2.小鼠游泳试验
使小鼠负荷0.7g/只,放入水深40cm,水温30±1℃的缸中,迫使小鼠进行游泳挣扎。记录各自开始游泳至体力耗竭下沉10秒内不再浮出水面这段时间作小鼠游泳时间。结果见表2:

四、试验结论
从表1可以看出,小鼠转棒试验,松花粉组比对照组耐力提高38~65%,松花粉提取液组比对照组耐力提高46.6~101%;
从表2可以看出,小鼠游泳试验,松花粉组比对照组耐力提高46~84%,松花粉提取液组比对照组耐力提高56.8~77.6%;
实验结果表明,松花粉及其提取液可以明显延长小鼠的转棒时间及游泳时间,大大提高了运动耐力,这一结果是一般蜂采花粉营养品所达不到的。可以肯定松花粉营养食品对促进代谢,增长能量,提高运动员的耐力以及对中老年的滋补保健等将发挥重大的作用。
实施例五:
在应用本发明实施例提供的中药配方用于对抗疲劳、糖尿病、乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤疾病的治疗过程中,治愈患者人数较多,在此列举有代表性的患者信息。
病例1:
沈兰,女,45岁,杭州某食品公司总经理,由于工作繁忙压力大,常常感到疲倦,气力不足,面色苍白,服用松花粉片的第五天,即感到面部皮肤滋润,继续服用2周后,疲劳消失,面色红润,体力大增,有一次去浦江,能一口气登上仙华山,次日也不感到腰酸腿痛,工作到深夜仍然精力旺盛。
病例2:
章樟林,男,68岁,退休工人,患有糖尿病,服进口药“达美康”三年,血糖仍在9.72mmol/L左右,后改服用松花粉片,一个月血糖降至正常,睡眠改善,浑身有力,精神大为好转,认为本发明中药配方的松花粉片食疗效果超过进口药达美康。
病例3:
张再元,女,44岁,农民,1997年6月发现患有糖尿病,经医院药物治疗二年无效,已卧床半年以上,思想消沉,精神萎靡,后经人推荐服用松花粉片10天即自动起床,20天后去医院检验,血糖指数降至6.2mmol/L,继续服用半年,身体康复并可到田间劳动,次年春季再去医院检查,医生说她各项指标都正常,第三年再去医院检验,医生说她患的糖尿病已经彻底好了,全家都非常高兴,认为松花粉营养品疗效显著。
病例4:
徐桂花,女,42岁,工人,患双倒乳房小叶增生多年,乳房胀痛,人很不舒服,服用过各种药物均无效,医生告诉她,目前还没有任何可治愈小叶增生的特效药,有些药物如逍遥丸等也只能减轻疼痛,但不能消除肿块。后经人介绍自1995年6月起服用松花粉片约半年,食欲增加,脸色好转,小叶增生彻底痊愈,肿块消失,免除了开刀之苦。

陈某某,女,32岁,安徽贵池人,患乳房小叶增生多年,乳房胀痛,同时患有子宫肌瘤,服用多种药物后均无明显效果,后服用松花粉片三个月,乳房胀痛消失,食欲增加,睡眠好,精力充沛,继续服用一年多后,经医院检查,乳房肿块和子宫肌瘤完全消失,困扰患者的疾病彻底痊愈,同时免去了开刀之苦。
综上所述本发明提供的用于消除糖尿病、乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤疾病的中药配方,具有良好的临床疗效,无毒副作用,不仅具有抗疲劳、提高人体免疫力和机体功能,且可以完全减少患者抗生素和手术治疗的使用,避免了西药抗菌药物的毒副作用和手术带来的伤害。

Claims (10)
1.一种中药配方,其特征在于,包含如下重量份数的组分:松花粉3-60份、松花粉浓缩液2-15份、绞股兰液2-15份、山楂干粉1-7份、珍珠粉层粉1-7份、小麦淀粉0.5-3份、水0.5-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种中药配方,其特征在于:包含如下重量份数的组分,松花粉60份、松花粉浓缩液12份、绞股兰液12份、山楂干粉5份、珍珠粉层粉5份、小麦淀粉3份、水3份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种中药配方,其特征在于:所述松花粉和松花粉浓缩液分别采用精制的马尾松花粉和马尾松花粉浓缩液。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的中药配方的中药的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a. 配制松花粉浓缩液:将松花粉干燥处理后提取营养液,依次经过粗滤、精滤、浓缩、调配、灌装、灭菌、贴标包装、抽检、入库处理;
b. 配制绞股兰液,按1:20比例加水煎煮,第一次煮2小时后将液体倒出,同样按1:20比例再加水煮1小时后将液体倒出,然后将两次液体混合再煮或浓缩,浓缩液为原料的10倍,过滤后倒入贮鑵密封放入冷库备用;
