Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of functional foods, and relates to a composition for conditioning health of women of childbearing age, a preparation method thereof, a beverage and application thereof; comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-35 parts of red ginseng extract; 12-20 parts of donkey-hide gelatin peptide; 25-38.5 parts of blood peptide; 9-22.5 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid; 5.5-10.5 parts of bird's nest peptide. The composition for conditioning the health of women of childbearing age is prepared by combining red ginseng and donkey-hide gelatin, matching with modern clinical blood peptide and bird's nest peptide, and additionally adding gamma-aminobutyric acid serving as a raw material for adjusting sleep neurotransmitter; the coordination of the raw materials for regulating qi and blood and the raw materials for improving sleep has a synergistic effect, so that a better regulating effect is realized; and simultaneously, the absorption and utilization effects are improved by adopting small molecular peptides such as donkey-hide gelatin peptide, blood peptide and the like which are easier to absorb. Sleep problems in women are becoming more important. Female qi and blood tonifying products are common, but the female qi and blood tonifying products mainly focus on improving female face qi color, and reports on female sleep problems and microcirculation improvement are not found.

Performance testing
1. Efficacy test for improving anemia
Randomly selecting 380-tail 2dpf wild type AB strain zebra fish in 19 pore plates, and inducing 20-tail zebra fish in each pore by phenylhydrazine to establish a zebra fish anemia model. The compositions of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 were diluted with water to a concentration of 0.29mg/mL to prepare test samples; similarly, the beverages of examples 6-11 were diluted with water to a concentration of 0.29mg/mL of the components of the composition for conditioning health of women of child bearing age to prepare test samples. The positive control group was given a concentration of 0.25mg/mL Xueshengning, and the normal control group and the model control group were simultaneously set at a capacity of 3mL per well. After the sample to be tested and phenylhydrazine are treated for 18 hours together, the zebra fish is dyed by o-dianisidine, 10 zebra fish are randomly selected from each experimental group after dyeing, photographed under a dissecting microscope, data are collected, the heart red blood cell dyeing intensity S is analyzed and counted, and the effect of the sample to be tested on improving anemia is evaluated according to the statistical significance of the heart red blood cell dyeing intensity. The results are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from table 3, the staining intensity of the zebra fish heart red blood cells in the model control group is significantly reduced compared with that in the normal control group, which indicates that the model establishment is successful. The average intensity of the zebra fish heart red blood cell staining of the tested group is obviously increased compared with that of the model control group. The result shows that the composition has obvious effect of improving phenylhydrazine-induced zebra fish anemia under the condition of the experimental concentration.
2. Test for improving microcirculation efficacy
Taking the compositions of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6, and respectively adding water to dilute to prepare 200mL of sample solution with the mass percent concentration of 1%; diluting the oral liquid of examples 6-8 and the solid beverage of examples 9-11 with purified water to obtain a sample solution with a mass percentage concentration of 1%; the blank group was labeled with an equal amount of purified water.
85 healthy female rats were taken, 200+ -20 g of body weight was randomly divided into 17 groups, and the sample solutions and the blank solutions of the groups 1 to 11 and the groups 1 to 5 of examples were respectively used for continuous gastric lavage at a gastric lavage capacity of 0.1mL/10g for 14 days, and the auricle microcirculation of the rats was measured on the 14 th day. The rat was then anesthetized and the auricle microcirculatory blood flow (PU) was measured using a laser doppler microcirculatory instrument, and the PU differences before and after each group of experiments were compared. The test results of PU values are all continuous variables, expressed as mean.+ -. Standard deviation, using one-way analysis of variance for each set of data, and the results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, there was a significant increase in the rat auricle microcirculation PU value after 14 days of intervention in the dosing group compared with the blank control group. The composition can obviously improve the local microcirculation blood flow perfusion quantity of normal rats. Has microcirculation improving effect.
3. Test for improving health problems of women of childbearing age
(1) 10 female volunteers were selected, aged between 22-49 years, with 3 or more symptoms of pale complexion, poor spirit, poor sleep quality (easy to wake, dreaminess), lower abdominal aversion to cold, and pale menstruation, abdominal pain during menstruation (including before and after), and occasional blood clot problems.
The volunteer population took the solid beverage of example 10 separately, continuously for 28 days, once a day, and 50mL each time; the administration starts from the end of the first menstrual cycle bleeding until the next menstrual cycle. After the eating period is finished, marking evaluation is carried out by filling a questionnaire, and the improvement conditions of menstrual flow, lower abdomen pain, aversion to cold, complexion, sleep and the like are carried out, so that the product improvement rate is analyzed.
The experimental results are shown in table 5; in the scoring evaluation, the score of 0 was no effect, and the better the improvement effect was, the higher the score was, and the full score was 10.

(2) 60 female volunteers were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups, and aged between 22 and 49 years, and had 3 or more symptoms of pale complexion, poor spirit, poor sleep quality (easy to wake, dreaminess), chilly lower abdomen and pale menstruation, abdominal pain during menstruation (including before and after), and occasional blood clot problems. From the data in tables 5 and 6, the composition for conditioning the health of women of childbearing age provided by the invention can effectively improve the symptoms of hypomenorrhea, lower abdominal pain, aversion to cold, pale complexion, poor sleep and the like of women of childbearing age, and can improve the health problem of women of childbearing age.
The test results of the microcirculation improving efficacy test and the health problem improving test for women of childbearing age show that the invention has the effects of nourishing blood and supplementing qi and can improve the sleep problem of women of childbearing age.

Claims (8)
1. The composition for conditioning health of women of child bearing age is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
30-35 parts of red ginseng extract;
12-20 parts of donkey-hide gelatin peptide;
25-38.5 parts of blood peptide;
9-22.5 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid;
5.5-10.5 parts of bird's nest peptide;
the average molecular weight of the donkey-hide gelatin peptide is 400-600Da; the average molecular weight of the blood peptide is 400-600Da; the average molecular weight of the bird's nest peptide is 1000-1200Da;
the preparation method of the red ginseng extract comprises the following steps:
1) Slicing Ginseng radix Rubri, adding into water, heating for micro-boiling extraction for 1-2 hr, and filtering with 150-250 mesh sieve to obtain residue and first filtrate;
2) Adding the residues into water, heating and slightly boiling for 0.5-1.5h, and filtering with 150-250 meshes to obtain a second filtrate;
3) Mixing the first filtrate and the second filtrate, heating and concentrating to obtain red ginseng extract, and spray-drying the red ginseng extract to obtain red ginseng extract.
2. A method of preparing a composition for conditioning the health of women of child bearing age, for preparing a composition for conditioning the health of women of child bearing age according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing red ginseng extract, donkey-hide gelatin peptide, blood peptide, gamma-aminobutyric acid and bird' S nest peptide according to the formula amount;
s2, uniformly mixing the red ginseng extract, the donkey-hide gelatin peptide, the blood peptide, the gamma-aminobutyric acid and the bird' S nest peptide to obtain the composition for conditioning the health of women of childbearing age. .
