背景技术
随着蛋鸡产业的不断发展,人们对蛋鸡产蛋后期的关注度愈来愈高,改善产蛋后期产蛋性能、蛋品质、延长产蛋期成为当下的研究热点。专家提出,提高蛋鸡产蛋持久性,“100周龄产500个蛋”是目前降低生产成本、提高资源利用率和减少碳排放的最佳方案,可促进我国蛋鸡产业转型升级,实现可持续发展。
肠道对营养物质的吸收能力是影响产蛋后期产蛋性能和蛋品质的关键因素之一。因产蛋后期蛋鸡身体机能的下降,肠道衰老,影响肠道对营养物质的吸收和利用,从而影响鸡蛋品质,导致软壳蛋、沙皮蛋等,降低产蛋率。产蛋期在蛋壳形成过程中尽量多地从肠道中吸收钙,尽量少地动用髓质骨储存的钙,可以减少产蛋后期蛋鸡的骨质疏松症、改善蛋鸡健康状态、提高产蛋持久性。
产蛋后期蛋鸡的衰老还会导致生殖系统功能下降,输卵管的子宫部是蛋壳形成和色素沉积的部位,蛋壳色素随着鸡龄的增加而减少。蛋壳颜色不仅是蛋鸡品种的重要标志,也是鸡蛋品质的重要体现,影响鸡蛋外观质量和销售价格。然而随着蛋鸡日龄的增加,蛋壳颜色有逐渐变淡的趋势。
综上可知,产蛋期延长蛋鸡衰老导致的生理机能减退,从而引起产蛋性能和蛋品质下降问题尚未有较好的解决方案。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在提供一种提高产蛋性能、钙吸收和蛋壳颜色的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法。
技术方案:本发明的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,包括在基础饲粮中添加0.5~2.0g/kg酪蛋白磷酸肽获得调配后的基础饲粮;将调配后的基础饲粮喂给产蛋后期蛋鸡,获得改善品质的鸡蛋。其中,酪蛋白磷酸肽的添加量优选为0.5~1g/kg,在该添加量范围内,产蛋后期蛋鸡的产蛋率和血液钙含量显著增加,料蛋比显著降低;酪蛋白磷酸肽的添加量优选为1.0~1.5g/kg,在该添加量范围内,产蛋后期蛋鸡的蛋壳颜色显著提升。
进一步地,调配后的基础饲粮的调配方法包括在蛋鸡预混料中添加酪蛋白磷酸肽获得添加酪蛋白磷酸肽的蛋鸡预混料;添加酪蛋白磷酸肽的蛋鸡预混料与普通蛋鸡饲料充分混合均匀,获得调配后的饲粮,其中蛋鸡预混料的重量占调配后的饲粮的总重量的0.45%~0.50%。

有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著优点:
(1)提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能,基础饲粮中添加0.5~1.0g/kg酪蛋白磷酸肽能够显著提高产蛋率、降低料蛋比、提高血液钙含量,缓解产蛋后期蛋鸡生理机能衰老引起的产蛋性能和钙吸收能力下降;
(2)改善蛋壳颜色,基础饲粮中添加0.5~1.0g/kg酪蛋白磷酸肽能够显著提升蛋壳颜色;
(3)改善蛋品质,从而提高生产者的经济效益,促进蛋鸡产业的提质增效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择酪蛋白磷酸肽:选择纯度为90%的酪蛋白磷酸肽。
(2)选取试验动物:选取56周龄健康、生产性能相近的海兰褐商品蛋鸡800只,随机分成5个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(A组),试验组饲粮分别在基础饲粮中添加0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0g/kg酪蛋白磷酸肽(B、C、D、E组)。
(3)酪蛋白磷酸肽的应用:将酪蛋白磷酸肽与预混料充分混合均匀。

(4)配制基础饲粮和试验饲粮:参考蛋鸡饲养标准配制基础饲粮,将添加酪蛋白磷酸肽的预混料与其他饲料原料充分混合均匀,获得调配后的基础饲粮。

(5)饲养管理:按生产中常规饲喂量将混匀的饲粮饲喂给蛋鸡。按照蛋鸡常规饲养程序进行饲养管理,每天观察蛋鸡健康状况,记录产蛋性能。预试期1周,正试期9周。

如图1-6所示,饲粮添加不同水平的酪蛋白磷酸肽,产蛋率呈先升高后降低的二次曲线变化规律(P=0.034),且A、B、C组显著高于D、E组;料蛋比呈先降低后升高的二次曲线变化规律(P=0.069),且A、B、C组显著低于D、E组。血清钙含量呈先升高后降低的二次曲线变化规律(P=0.022),且B组显著高于A、D、E组。3周蛋壳颜色呈先升高后降低的二次曲线变化规律(P<0.001),且B、C、D、E组显著高于A组,C、D组显著高于A、B组;6周蛋壳颜色呈先升高后降低的二次曲线变化规律(P=0.035),且C、D、E组显著高于A组;9周蛋壳颜色呈先升高后降低的二次曲线变化规律(P<0.001),且B、C、D、E组显著高于A组,C、D组显著高于A、B组。
结果提示,在海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋后期,本实施例所采用的酪蛋白磷酸肽在基础饲粮中添加0.5~1.0g/kg能够提高产蛋率、降低料蛋比、提高血液钙含量和蛋壳颜色,可缓解产蛋后期蛋鸡生理机能衰老引起的产蛋性能和钙吸收能力下降以及蛋壳颜色变浅。
尤其是对于蛋壳颜色的影响,基础饲粮中添加0.5~2.0g/kg的酪蛋白磷酸肽能够显著提高蛋壳颜色。
Claims (9)
1.一种改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,包括在基础饲粮中添加0.5~1.5g/kg酪蛋白磷酸肽获得调配后的基础饲粮;将调配后的基础饲粮喂给产蛋后期蛋鸡,获得改善品质的鸡蛋。
2.根据权利1所述的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,调配后的基础饲粮的调配方法包括在蛋鸡预混料中添加酪蛋白磷酸肽获得添加酪蛋白磷酸肽的蛋鸡预混料;添加酪蛋白磷酸肽的蛋鸡预混料与普通蛋鸡饲料充分混合均匀,获得调配后的饲粮,其中蛋鸡预混料的重量占调配后的饲粮的总重量的0.45%~0.50%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,蛋鸡预混料包括蛋氨酸、蛋鸡用维生素预混合饲料、蛋鸡用微量元素预混合饲料、氯化胆碱和植酸酶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,以重量份数计,蛋鸡预混料由以下原料制成:蛋氨酸为18%~19%,蛋鸡用维生素预混合饲料为4%~5%,蛋鸡用微量元素预混合饲料为54%~55%,氯化胆碱为18%~19%,植酸酶为4%~5%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,普通蛋鸡饲料包括玉米、豆粕、石粉、麸皮、食盐和磷酸氢钙。
6.根据权利要求5所述的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,以重量份数计,普通蛋鸡饲料由以下原料制成:玉米为60%~62%,豆粕为24%~26%,石粉为10%~11%,麸皮为1%~3%,食盐为0.34%~0.35%,磷酸氢钙为0.77%~0.79%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,酪蛋白磷酸肽的纯度大于等于90%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,调配后的饲粮饲喂给产蛋后期蛋鸡的时间至少4周。
9.根据权利要求1所述的改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的鸡蛋品质的方法,其特征在于,产蛋后期蛋鸡为56周龄以上蛋鸡。
