Abstract
本发明公开一种犬猫营养餐粉及其制备方法与应用,属于动物营养与饲料领域。所述犬猫营养餐粉包含肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质、抗结剂。本发明所制备的犬猫营养餐粉营养全面,能够补充犬猫生长所需营养素。本发明将肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸和功能性物质复配,各组分协同增效,实现改善肠道、关节健康,适口性好的效果。且所述犬猫营养餐粉的制备方法简单、适合工业化生产。所述犬猫营养餐粉添加到自制犬猫食物中,既增加自制犬猫食物的营养性,又改善犬猫的肠道和关节健康。

技术领域
本发明属于动物营养与饲料领域,具体涉及一种犬猫营养餐粉及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益改善,人们逐渐开始追求精神乐趣的索取并且开始寻求宠物犬猫的陪伴,宠物犬猫已经逐渐成为人们生活的伴侣,宠物的饲养量逐年递增。日粮营养是宠物犬猫健康生长的基础,为了维持生命活动和健康生长,宠物犬猫必须从饲喂的日粮中获得营养物质。日粮中的多维多矿是极为重要的组成部分,为犬猫生长提供必需营养成分,保证宠物犬猫生长。
人们往往自制食物给宠物吃,但由于家庭自制食品的配方不稳定,而且很多宠物主人不了解宠物的食性,缺乏对宠物食品的相关营养知识,不能做到科学配比,因此往往不能满足犬猫的营养需求,长期食用还会因摄取的营养失衡而引起各种疾病。
因此,鉴于以上原因,为了避免给犬猫饲喂自制食物时,导致营养失衡,引发其它疾病,市场上亟待一款宠物营养餐粉,来满足饲喂自制食物犬猫的维生素、微量元素和矿物质需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种犬猫营养餐粉及其制备方法与应用。本发明所制备的犬猫营养餐粉含有猫犬生长所需的营养物质,添加到自制犬猫食物中,改善自制犬猫食物的适口性,而且有利于猫犬肠道健康。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种犬猫营养餐粉包含肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质、抗结剂。
本发明所述犬猫营养餐粉配比合理,营养均衡,能够补充犬猫生长所需营养素,将肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸和功能性物质复配,各组分在发挥组分本身优势外,协同增效,实现改善肠道、关节健康,适口性好的效果。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质的重量比为:肉粉:复合维生素:复合矿物质:氨基酸:功能性物质=250~570:18.36~45.35:162.25~349.8:6~140:108~270。
在上述配比下,所述犬猫营养餐粉改善肠道和关节健康,适口性的效果最佳。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述肉粉包括如下重量份的组分:50~100份多肽鸡肉粉、20~120份磷虾粉、60~100份多肽牛肉粉、50~80份鸡肝粉、50~120份多肽鱼粉和20~50份柴鱼粉。
所述肉粉属于高浓度蛋白质原料,可以提供宠物所需要的动物蛋白质,而且肉粉相对于生肉来说,更加有利于消化和吸收,有利于宠物的肠道健康。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述复合维生素包括如下重量份的组分:8~20份维生素C、0.5~1.5份维生素A、0.1~0.6份维生素D3、2~5份维生素E、0.02~0.08份维生素K、0.18~0.50份维生素B1、0.12~0.30份维生素B2、0.15~0.40份D-泛酸钙、2~6份烟酸、0.1~0.4份维生素B6、0.02~0.08份叶酸、0.12~0.20份D-生物素、0.05~0.15份维生素B12和5~10份氯化胆碱。
所述复合维生素可提供多种维生素,维生素是宠物生长发育、保持新陈代谢过程所必须的营养物质,缺乏某种维生素,宠物体内有机物的合成过程就会中止,从而出现病态,而且维生素有利于提高食物的适口性,有助于宠物肠道健康。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述复合矿物质包括如下重量份的组分:葡萄糖酸钙80~160份、磷酸二氢钾2~20份、氯化钠30~70份、氧化镁18~30份、甘氨酸铁络合物9~18份、硫酸铜2.2~3.5份、硫酸锰0.9~2.0份、硫酸锌12~21份、碘酸钙8~25份和酵母硒0.15~0.3份。
所述复合矿物质可提供多种宠物所需矿物质,虽然宠物体内矿物质含量较少,但与宠物体内激素水平,软组织、血液、体液、细胞等都有至关重要的作用,直接影响到神经系统的传导作用,比如矿物质钙磷的缺失会影响宠物关节健康。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述氨基酸包括如下重量份的组分:牛磺酸1~60份和赖氨酸5~80份。
氨基酸是组成蛋白质及其派生物的基本元素,宠物需要氨基酸来保证生理机能的健康,若没有必需氨基酸,幼猫和幼犬会生长缓慢,健康也会受到危害;成年动物若摄入不足,像含氮废物的清除和血红蛋白的合成等过程,都会受到破坏。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述功能性物质包括如下重量份的组分:卵磷脂20~60份、甜菜碱8~20份、氨基葡萄糖2~10份、硫酸软骨素2~10份、海苔粉2~20份和羊乳粉80~150份。
功能性物质可改善宠物毛发光泽度,强壮骨骼,改善关节健康。卵磷脂的主要用途是促进毛发生长,无论是正常毛发,还是皮肤病病变修复,卵磷脂都有很好的作用,在皮肤疾病运用中,与B族维生素联合使用具有协同作用。氨基葡萄糖是构成胶原和蛋白多糖的来源之一,能够修补关节和帮助关节液对关节的润滑作用。硫酸软骨素可用于治疗和预防宠物关节疾病。海苔粉可以减少宠物皮肤病的发病率,加速皮肤的痊愈,提高皮肤免疫力,促进皮肤表面伤口的愈合,也可以减少皮肤过敏发生概率和改善毛发质量。羊乳粉使宠物骨骼强壮、毛色光亮、质感顺滑。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述抗结剂为麦芽糊精或二氧化硅。
所述抗结剂添加于本发明所述犬猫营养餐粉中,防止颗粒或粉状组分聚集结块、使其保持松散。
另外,本发明要求保护所述犬猫营养餐粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质和抗结剂混料5~15min至充分混匀,得到所述犬猫营养餐粉。
本发明所述犬猫营养餐粉的制备方法简单、适合工业化生产。
进一步地,本发明还要求保护所述犬猫营养餐粉在自制犬猫食物中的应用,所述犬猫营养餐粉的添加量为自制犬猫食物质量的2.0-3.0%。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明制备所得的犬猫营养餐粉通过搭配动物蛋白质、复合维生素、矿物质、功能性物质以及氨基酸,营养全面、适口性佳,有助于犬猫肠道和关节健康。且本发明所述犬猫营养餐粉的制备方法简单、适合工业化生产。

为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~7
实施例1~7所述犬猫营养餐粉的原料配方见表1。
实施例1~7所述犬猫营养餐粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质和抗结剂置于三维混合机进行混合,混料时间10min至充分混匀,包装后得到所述犬猫营养餐粉。

对比例1~7所述犬猫营养餐粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质和抗结剂置于三维混合机进行混合,混料时间10min至充分混匀,包装后得到所述犬猫营养餐粉。

测试例1:营养成分评价
测试样品:实施例1-7或对比例1-7所制备的犬猫营养餐粉。
实验结果见表2。

由表2结果可知,本发明所述犬猫营养餐粉的营养成分丰富,可满足宠物日常营养所需。
测试例2:适口性评价
测试样品:分为14个实验组样品和1个对照组样品。实验组样品:含质量百分含量为2.5%实施例1-7、对比例1-7所述犬猫营养餐粉的自制食物;对照组样品:不含所述犬猫营养餐粉的自制食物。
测试方法:为验证餐粉的适口性效果,选取140只健康成犬和140只健康成猫进行双盆适口性实验。将犬猫平均分为14组,每组10只犬和10只猫,将测试样品,等量分别置于宠物餐盘中,让宠物自由活动采食7天,记录每只宠物的第一口选择为首选实验组宠物数量,并称量记录两种食物的采食量,计算采食率。采食率(%)=一组实验组食物采食量/一组实验组食物和对照组食物总采食量*100。
表3适口性测试结果
由表3结果可知,本发明实施例1-7和对比例6-7所制备的犬猫营养餐粉适口性较好,而对比例1-5所制备的犬猫营养餐粉适口性较差。说明本发明将肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸和功能性物质复配所制备的犬猫营养餐粉适口性好,缺少部分组分,均会影响犬猫营养餐粉的适口性。
测试例3:粪便检测结果
测试样品:对照组样品:不含所述犬猫营养餐粉的自制食物;实验组样品:含质量百分含量为2.5%实施例1-7和对比例1-7所述犬猫营养餐粉的自制食物。
测试方法:选取150只健康成犬,分成15组,每组10只,1组为对照组喂食对照组样品,14组实验组喂食实验组样品,饲喂30天,每天定时饲喂两次,饲喂期间随时观察犬只的粪便情况。
粪便评分标准:1分:干硬;2分:成形良好;3分:略不成形;4分:软便不成形;5分:水样粪便。

由表4结果可知,评分为2.0时,粪便成形效果最好,过高或过低均不利于宠物的肠道健康。本发明实施例样品均小于对照组样品,而且更加接近2.0评分,说明本发明所述犬猫营养餐粉可以改善宠物的肠道健康,而对比例样品对粪便过干或过稀,成形性不好,影响宠物的肠道健康,说明本发明将肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸和功能性物质复配所制备的犬猫营养餐粉有助于改善宠物肠道健康,缺少部分组分,均会影响犬猫营养餐粉的肠道健康。且对比例6和对比例7的样品评分过低,说明肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸和功能性物质的添加量过多或者过少均会影响宠物的肠道健康。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

1.一种犬猫营养餐粉,其特征在于,所述犬猫营养餐粉包含肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质、抗结剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的犬猫营养餐粉,其特征在于,所述肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质的重量比为:肉粉:复合维生素:复合矿物质:氨基酸:功能性物质=250~570:18.36~45.35:162.25~349.8:6~140:108~270。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的犬猫营养餐粉,其特征在于,所述肉粉包括如下重量份的组分:50~100份多肽鸡肉粉、20~120份磷虾粉、60~100份多肽牛肉粉、50~80份鸡肝粉、50~120份多肽鱼粉和20~50份柴鱼粉。

5.如权利要求1或2所述的犬猫营养餐粉,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质包括如下重量份的组分:葡萄糖酸钙80~160份、磷酸二氢钾2~20份、氯化钠30~70份、氧化镁18~30份、甘氨酸铁络合物9~18份、硫酸铜2.2~3.5份、硫酸锰0.9~2.0份、硫酸锌12~21份、碘酸钙8~25份和酵母硒0.15~0.3份。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的犬猫营养餐粉,其特征在于,所述氨基酸包括如下重量份的组分:牛磺酸1~60份和赖氨酸5~80份。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的犬猫营养餐粉,其特征在于,所述功能性物质包括如下重量份的组分:卵磷脂20~60份、甜菜碱8~20份、氨基葡萄糖2~10份、硫酸软骨素2~10份、海苔粉2~20份和羊乳粉80~150份。
8.如权利要求1所述的犬猫营养餐粉,其特征在于,所述抗结剂为麦芽糊精或二氧化硅。
9.如权利要求1所述的犬猫营养餐粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将肉粉、复合维生素、复合矿物质、氨基酸、功能性物质和抗结剂混料5~15min至充分混匀,得到所述犬猫营养餐粉。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的犬猫营养餐粉在自制犬猫食物中的应用,其特征在于,所述犬猫营养餐粉的添加量为自制犬猫食物重量的2.0-3.0%。
