Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3.
The conventional chenille yarn is prepared by the combined motion of a wool yarn and a core yarn through a yarn guide 4, a nylon guide wheel 5, a copper guide wheel 6, a gauge sheet 7, a blade 8, a rotary head 9, a bobbin 10, a ring plate 11, a spindle 12, a yarn feeding roller 13, a rubber compression roller 14 and the like. The wool yarn is rolled on a reversed triangular gauge sheet 7 through a high-speed rotary head 9, then is conveyed to a core yarn E of a copper guide wheel 6 and a nylon guide wheel 5 through a yarn feeding roller 13 and a rubber compression roller 14 to be clamped and rotated, and finally is cut into chenille yarns by a blade, the wool yarn is cut into wool G, and the wool G is clamped by two core yarns E. Finally, the velvet is rolled on the bobbin 10 through the ring plate 11 and the spindle 12. Therefore, in the conventional chenille yarn spinning process, the core yarn E and the wool yarn are obtained by continuously rolling the wool at a constant speed according to spinning.
Since the conventional spinning of the chenille yarn is combined uninterrupted motion, the chenille yarn cannot change the color of the wool yarn during the motion process to obtain the fancy color spun chenille yarn.
In view of the above, the present invention relates to a method for producing fancy-color chenille yarns, wherein a chenille spinning device is provided with a length-counting weft accumulator 22 before a gauge piece 7 and a rotary head 9; a yarn splicer 21 is arranged between the wool yarn disc 20 and the length-counting weft accumulator 22; the pile yarn disc 20 may be provided with pile yarn bobbins of 4 colors.

The length-counting weft accumulator 22 is additionally arranged before the gauge plate 7 and the rotary head 9, and the required time is gained for cutting and knotting the wool yarns for replacing the wool yarns of another color.
To explain this, the length-counting weft accumulator 22 can accumulate more pile yarns so that the turret 9 nylon guide wheel 6 of the tire 9 copper guide wheel does not have to stop to replace the pile yarns by the yarn splicer 21, thereby gaining the time required.
The original woolen yarn disc 20 which can only be provided with one woolen yarn bobbin is changed into the woolen yarn disc 20 which can be provided with four woolen yarn bobbins. The pile yarn disks 20 of four colors are placed, so that color splicing can be selected according to computer instructions through the yarn splicer 21 under the computer instructions in the case that the length-counting weft accumulator 22 wins several seconds.
The length-counting weft accumulator 22, the yarn splicer 21 and the wool yarn disc 20 are controlled by a computer in a unified way, so that wool yarns with different colors can be replaced according to requirements, and the spun chenille yarns can be spun.

And S5, when the fluff of the color-spun chenille yarn is in another color, sending a signal by the length-counting weft accumulator, cutting off the first fluff yarn 1A by the yarn splicer 21, and replacing the first fluff yarn 1A with the fluff yarn in the required color. That is, when the pile yarns of different colors are replaced, only the second pile yarn 1B, the third pile yarn 1C or the fourth pile yarn 1D of the corresponding color needs to be selected to be connected with the first pile yarn 1A at the yarn connector 21.
And S6, repeating S4 and S5 in sequence until one cycle is finished.
