Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of IPC C11D, in particular to a purely natural cleaning composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of national living standard, the health consciousness of consumers is also stronger. The skin cleaning products are used as daily chemical products which are directly contacted with human bodies, and the safety and the cleaning effect of the skin cleaning products are considered as the hot direction of market research. The main cleaning components in the existing skin cleaning products are all artificial synthetic surfactants, the cost of the artificial synthetic surfactants is low, the yield is high, but the skin cleaning products prepared by the surface activation have a plurality of problems, such as: (1) The traditional SLS/SLES anions are activated, so that the problem of fake slip exists after the traditional SLS/SLES anions are used, and the skin feel is poor; (2) The soap base surfactant has extremely strong degreasing and decontamination capability, but the high pH characteristic of the soap base surfactant has great irritation to skin, and the skin is tight and dry after cleaning; (3) The amino acid surface active skin-friendly property is strong, the cleaning product can be endowed with better skin feel, and the cleaning force and the moisturizing effect are better, but the requirement of an amino acid formula system on the pH value is high, the amino acid formula system needs to be controlled to be a weak alkaline system, otherwise, the amino acid formula system is easy to foam and has poor foam stability.
Under such a background, the cleaning products made from the surface activation of pure plants can solve the above problems well, and are increasingly favored by the consumer market. However, the existing pure natural surface activity is mostly added with alcohol reagents in the extraction processing process, so that the problems of poor stability and high impurity content exist, precipitation is very easy to separate out when the pure natural surface activity is added into washing products, the smell of the products is large, the color is bad, the formula system is extremely unstable, and the application of the pure natural surface activity is limited. Chinese patent CN109536296 discloses an infant antibacterial biological detergent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the biological detergent which has no irritation to skin and low residue is obtained by adopting the raw material actions of tea saponin water extraction fermentation liquor, soapberry water extraction fermentation liquor, coco glucoside and the like, and the prior art has the effect of killing various bacteria and moulds, but the technology adopts partial artificial synthetic raw materials, and a pure natural washing formula system is not realized yet; meanwhile, the tea ferment is obtained by a fermentation method, but various substances are generated in the fermentation process, the negative influence on the system is difficult to control, and the problems cause that the prior art cannot be applied to the actual production of a large quantity of washing products.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the first aspect of the present invention provides an all-natural cleaning composition, wherein the raw materials are all natural source components.
In some preferred embodiments, the raw materials of the all natural cleaning composition comprise, in weight percent:
phase A: 30-99% of plant extract and 0.1-20% of lipid compound;
and B phase: 0-5% of thickener, 0-1% of plant essential oil, 0-5% of natural preservative and 0-5% of pH regulator; 0-60% of water.
In some preferred embodiments, the plant extract is extracted from one or more of the group consisting of camellia, soapberry, leguminous, rosaceae.
In some preferred embodiments, the plant extract is extracted from a camellia plant and a soapberry plant; the weight ratio of Theaceae plant extract and Sapindaceae plant extract is (15-25): (0-2.5).
In some preferred embodiments, the camellia family plant includes a combination of one or more of camellia japonica, camellia oleifera.
Further preferably, the camellia plant is camellia oleifera (CAMELLIA OLEIFERA) seed extract.
In some preferred embodiments, the soapberry family plant comprises one or more of soapberry, umbrella flowers, arillus longan, jiangya, and Hainan Shao.
Further preferably, the soapberry family plant is soapberry (SAPINDUS MUKUROSSI) fruit extract.
In some preferred embodiments, the camellia seed extract and the soapberry extract are both obtained by a water extraction process; the camellia seed extract and the soapberry extract obtained by the water extraction process are both from Guangdong cyanine extract biotechnology limited company.
In some preferred embodiments, the lipid compound is a glycolipid having an HLB value of from 0 to 40.
In some preferred embodiments, the glycolipid comprises one or more of rhamnolipids, mannosyl erythritol lipids, sophorolipids, trehalose lipids; most preferred is rhamnolipid having an HLB value of 26.+ -.2.
The synthetic surfactant has the characteristics of low cost and high yield, but has the problems of poor skin feel, easy fake slip, tight and dry skin after cleaning and the like when being applied to cleaning products directly contacting skin. The skin feel can be effectively improved by adopting the purely natural surface activity, but the surface activity is extracted from purely natural components, the application environment is harsh, and a plurality of problems still exist in the application process. Such as: (1) Soapberry saponin has good foaming effect under neutral and meta-acid conditions, and is easy to foam when meeting oil when being used alone; meanwhile, soapberry saponin has poor suitability for surface activity with glycolipid, and precipitation is easy to generate after mixing, so that the unstable trend of a formula system is increased; (2) The sasanqua saponin has good foaming effect under neutral and meta-acidic conditions, and has better foamability and foam stability when being used independently, but the solid content of the sasanqua saponin is lower, and the surface activity of the sasanqua saponin with high solid content is often required to be added for coordination adjustment; (3) Glycolipids have good foaming property and biocompatibility, but are expensive and cannot be popularized in daily washing products.
The applicant has found through research and trial that the technical problems of poor foamability and foam stability and low solid content of the existing purely natural surfactant are solved by adopting the combined action of the camellia seed extract, the soapberry fruit extract and the glycolipid. Especially, the glycolipid with the HLB value of 26+/-2 can inhibit the problem that the soapberry saponin is easy to precipitate after being mixed with the glycolipid to the greatest extent, thereby improving the surface performance of the pure natural cleaning composition, stabilizing emulsification and obviously improving the foaming height of the composition.
At present, the soapberry saponin and the sasanqua saponin sold in the market are added with alcohol reagents in the extraction processing process, contain more protein and pigment impurities, are easy to produce precipitation when being made into washing products, have large smell and poor color and luster, and are very unstable in formula system. The invention adopts the water extraction technology to specially prepare soapberry saponin and oil tea dried saponin (from Guangdong cyanine extraction biotechnology Co., ltd.) to remove protein and pigment impurities with negative effects on a formula system, retain water-soluble polysaccharide in plant components and endow the formula with excellent anti-allergic effect.
In some preferred embodiments, the plant essential oil comprises one or more of sweet orange essential oil, tea tree essential oil, rosemary essential oil, camphor tree essential oil, juniper essential oil, mugwort essential oil, cedar essential oil, eucalyptus essential oil, and black spruce essential oil.
In some preferred embodiments, the purely natural preservative comprises one or more of juniper alcohol, linalool, oregano oil, tea polyphenols, garlicin, clove oil.
Further preferably, the purely natural preservative comprises at least one of hinokitiol, linalool, and oregano oil.
In some preferred embodiments, the pH adjuster is an organic compound containing both amino and carboxyl groups, and the number of amino groups and carboxyl groups in the organic compound are not equal.
In order to enhance the skin-friendly properties of the purely natural cleansing composition, it is further preferred that the pH adjusting agent is an alpha-amino acid; the alpha-amino acids include one or more of glutamic acid, aspartic acid, arginine, lysine, and histidine. Still more preferably, the pH adjuster is arginine. The application finds that the pH environment of the system is adjusted by adopting specific amino acid, so that the skin feel of the purely natural cleaning composition in use can be improved, and the cleaning power of the saponin active substances can be improved.
In some preferred embodiments, the thickener comprises one or more of xanthan gum, alginic acid, pectin, guar gum, sclerotium gum, cellulose.
In some preferred embodiments, the B-phase feed further comprises a humectant; the humectant comprises one or more of plant polysaccharide, hyaluronate, procyanidine, and glyceroglycosides.
The invention adopts a purely natural formula system, solves the problems that the traditional artificially synthesized surfactant is not suitable for skin cleaning, and the purely natural surfactant has poor foaming/warm foaming property, poor stability and the like in the use process. The formula of the purely natural cleaning composition provided by the invention does not contain artificial chemical synthetic components (such as synthetic surfactant, preservative, artificial perfume, pigment and the like) at all, and can directly act on skin in the use process, so that moderate cleaning force and comfortable use experience are provided.
The pure natural cleaning product has good cleaning and skin care effects, but the formula has poor stability, is sensitive to temperature change in the storage process, is easy to generate defects of color change, flocculation and the like, and limits the application of the pure natural cleaning product in daily chemicals. On the basis of the conception of a pure natural system, the invention adopts the water extracted saponin as a main cleaning component, combines the functions of raw materials such as hinokitiol, sweet orange essential oil and the like, gives consideration to the stability and cleaning effect of the formula components, can be stably stored for a long time under the conditions of high temperature and low temperature, especially can be stably stored for 1 month at 50 ℃, and is far more than the industry standard requirements (such as GB/T29680-2013 facial cleanser and facial cleanser standard, only needs to resist heat and cold for 24 hours), and solves the technical problem of poor stability of the pure natural formula while keeping the cleaning and skin feel effects.
When the pure natural cleaning composition provided by the invention is directly applied to human skin, the composition has excellent anti-allergic effect, can obviously inhibit skin redness and swelling and itching, and ensures that the product has mild, stable and powerful cleaning effects. Meanwhile, the purely natural cleaning composition can be widely applied to cleaning products such as face washing, hand sanitizer, bath lotion, liquid detergent and laundry detergent, and has the excellent characteristics of good cleaning power, abundant foam, good skin experience, easy flushing and no residue.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method of preparing an all-natural cleaning composition, the method comprising the steps of: according to the formula amount, adding the raw materials except the pH regulator into a reaction kettle, mixing and stirring uniformly, and then adding the pH regulator to obtain the pure natural cleaning composition finished product.
The beneficial effects are that:
the purely natural cleaning composition provided by the application has the following advantages:
(1) The skin-care product is a purely natural formula system, all components are purely natural sources, and the problem that skin feel is poor such as false slip, dryness and tightness when the traditional artificial synthetic surfactant is applied to skin cleaning is solved;
(2) According to the application, through the combined action of the camellia seed extract, the soapberry fruit extract and the glycolipid, the foaming property, the foam stability and the safety of the purely natural cleaning composition are considered, the cleaning power of the composition is strong, the foam is rich, the skin feel is good, and the composition is easy to rinse in the use process; meanwhile, the skin has no allergic stimulation condition in the use process, and the sensory experience is good;
(3) The water extraction process raw materials are adopted, the problems of more impurities, poor formula stability and the like in the alcohol extraction process are solved, and the obtained pure natural cleaning composition achieves excellent cleaning and skin care performances on the basis of simple formula system and feasible process, has high cost performance and is easy to popularize in daily chemical cleaning products.

Performance testing
1. Mild test
S1, breaking skin barrier: 10 volunteers with red and swollen arm skin and itching are selected, the arms are respectively washed, and after the arm skin is dry, the medical adhesive tape is repeatedly stuck on the arms for 10 times.
S2, sticking the cut mask cloth on an arm, and dropwise adding 15 drops of 1% histamine phosphate aqueous solution to enable the mask cloth to be sufficiently wetted, and keeping for 5 minutes;
s3, respectively dripping normal saline, camellia seed extract, soapberry fruit extract, potassium cocoyl glycinate and potassium laurate after the mask cloth is put on the arm, keeping for 10min, removing the mask cloth, observing the skin redness and swelling phenomenon within 30min, and recording in the table 1. Wherein 1 represents that the red swelling and itching are basically disappeared, 2 represents that the red swelling and itching are slight, and 3 represents that the red swelling and itching are obvious.
The camellia seed extract and the soapberry fruit extract are both from Guangdong cyanine extract biotechnology limited company.
TABLE 1 mildness test results
The small knot: all volunteers considered that the camellia seed extract had a certain effect of relieving redness and itching after use, and the feeling of feeling itching felt by dropping the camellia seed extract within 3 to 5 minutes was reduced. From the 30min redness elimination results of 10 volunteers, the redness elimination of the camellia seed extract is obvious, the soapberry extract is more quickly eliminated than the physiological saline, the potassium laurate is not only not reddish, but also is more obvious in red, and the irritation to skin is stronger than that of the soapberry extract and the camellia seed extract. The test result of the cocoyl potassium glycinate is similar to that of potassium laurate, and the artificial surface activity does not reach the effect of eliminating redness, but obviously increases redness and swelling.
2. Evaluation of sense of experience in use
8 volunteers were randomly screened, and the effect of feeling of face cleansing was compared with the purely natural cleansing composition of example 4 of the present invention and the soap-based cleansing products and amino acid cleansing products on the market, and the use experience during the cleansing process was recorded as shown in Table 2.
The soap-based facial cleanser for comparison is a megalobrama oil-control and refreshing facial cleanser for men, and the amino acid facial cleanser is a syringa pubescens amino acid facial cleanser.
Cleaning force option: 3 is strong, 2 is moderate, and 1 is weak;
foam options: 3 is rich in foam, 2 is general foam, and 1 is weak foam;
skin feel options: 3 is a remarkable tight feel, 2 is a slight tight feel, and 1 is a no tight feel;
rinse residual options: 3 is a clear residue, 2 is a slight residue, and 1 is no residue.
TABLE 2 results of experience sense of use test
The results shown in Table 2 are as follows:
cleaning force aspect: all volunteers considered that the cleansing power of example 4 was moderate, comparable to amino acid cleansing, weaker than soap-based cleansing;
in terms of foam, 3 volunteers considered the foam of example 4 as general, the remaining 5 considered foam rich, slightly weaker than the amino acid heel soap based, but foam was adequate overall;
in terms of skin feel after cleansing, 5 volunteers considered completely less taut and 3 volunteers considered slightly taut. The result is obviously better than that of a soap base facial cleanser and an amino acid facial cleanser (the soap base facial cleanser has 2 names which are regarded as slightly tense and 6 names which are regarded as obvious tense, and the amino acid facial cleanser has 2 names which are regarded as completely tense and 6 names which are regarded as slightly tense;
in terms of rinse residue, substantially all volunteers considered substantially no residue, a result comparable to amino acid cleansing, superior to soap-based cleansing products.
Summarizing: example 4 has moderate cleaning power, abundant enough foam, no tight feel and little residue as considered by most volunteers after washing the face, and the use effect is better than the main stream of face cleaning products on the market.
3. Foaming Property
The foam heights of examples 1-4 were tested with reference to GB/T13173-2021 and are reported in Table 3. Wherein H0 is the initial foam height and H5 is the foam height after 5 minutes
TABLE 3 results of foaming Performance test
4. Stability of
The pure natural cleaning composition obtained in example 4 was subjected to a stability test at 4-50 c, and the test results are shown in table 4.
