Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to natural mild shower gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on the shower gel are increased, for example, the shower gel which is milder, safer and does not stimulate the skin is needed, and meanwhile, the antibacterial effect of the shower gel is also emphasized, and the micro-ecological balance of the skin is maintained.
The shower gel on the market is of a common type: one is a bath lotion mainly based on a soap base type, and the other is a bath lotion mainly based on a synthetic surfactant, and the bath lotion which can be natural, mild and bacteriostatic is less. The soap-based shower gel is strong in degreasing capability, can bring refreshing feeling, clean feeling and abundant foam experience to human bodies, and can cause discomfort of dry and tight skin of partial people. Although synthetic surfactant-based body washes do not dry the skin relatively, the residual feeling of incomplete washing causes skin itching, skin sensitization, and the like in some consumers.
Along with the change of the living environment of people, consumers have higher requirements on the shower gel, can be more natural and milder to clean the skin, and hopefully can also play a role in protecting the skin, particularly for people with low immunity such as old people and children, and need to protect the body of the people through an external intervention mode. If the bacteriostatic effect is not enough, unnecessary cross infection can be caused. Therefore, the market needs a more natural and mild antibacterial shower gel to meet the daily requirements of consumers, which becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a natural and mild shower gel and a preparation method thereof, and solving the defect of high irritation of the existing shower gel.
As a first aspect of the present invention, the technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the technical problem is: the natural mild shower gel comprises the following components in parts by weight:
quillajasaponins: 1-8 parts;
tea saponin: 2-35 parts;
rush extract: 0.01-1 part;
and (3) honeysuckle extract: 0.5-5 parts;
extract of Pinus densiflora pall: 0.01-4 parts;
natural humectant: 1-10 parts;
natural thickeners: 0.1-5 parts;
natural preservatives: 0.03-6 parts;
deionized water: the balance to 100 parts.
The quillaja saponin adopted by the invention is derived from one substance in quillaja bark, is triterpenoid saponin, is a natural surfactant and has the effects of emulsifying property, dispersibility, solubility, permeability and the like.
Tea saponin, also known as tea saponin, is a secondary metabolite produced by camellia in the family of Theaceae, and belongs to a class of pentacyclic triterpenoid saponin compounds. Tea saponin is a natural surfactant and has various surface activities of foaming, foam stabilization, decontamination, emulsification, wetting dispersion and the like. In the invention, the tea saponin is adopted as the surfactant, so that the foaming and decontamination performances are excellent.
The rush extract mainly comprises geranial, geraniol and citronellal, and has the functions of resisting bacteria, refreshing, mildly astringing, perfuming and expelling worms. Wherein, geranial is a monoterpene compound and has biological activities of killing insects, repelling, resisting bacteria, resisting oxidation and the like. The geraniol is an oxygen-containing mono-mushroom compound with rose fragrance and slight sweet smell, and has a good antifungal effect. Citronellal is commonly used in the synthesis of menthol. Citronellal removes fragrance to refresh people, and also has mosquito repelling and killing effects.
The honeysuckle extract mainly contains a large amount of polyphenol and chlorogenic acid, can act on the immune system of a body, reduces inflammation of the skin, and has antibacterial and antioxidant effects.
The Pinus densiflora extract mainly contains tannin, catechin and brass, and has the effects of resisting oxidation, inflammation and bacteria.

TABLE 5 skin closed Patch test skin response grading Standard
TABLE 6
The results show that among 120 subjects, 0 cases of example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, example 6, example 7, example 9, example 10, example 11, example 12, example 13, example 14, example 15 and example 16 showed adverse reactions to the skin, and 1 case of each of example 5 and example 8 showed adverse reactions to the skin, which were in line with the cosmetic industry standards. The shower gel disclosed by the embodiments 1-16 of the invention is safe and non-irritant, and the natural mild shower gel can be safe and mild to the skin.
Experiment of corrosion prevention challenge
Corrosion challenge experiments were conducted according to the method of European pharmacopoeia (EP7.0) with reference to comparative example 6, and the test results are shown in Table 7 below
Table 7 corrosion protection challenge experimental results
As can be seen from table 7, the present invention can effectively reduce the risk of contamination of the product with microorganisms by adding the natural preservative, while comparative example 6, in which no natural preservative is added, is higher at 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days, with the risk of contamination with microorganisms.
Human sensory evaluation
300 volunteers were recruited and grouped randomly after grouping, 20 volunteers per group were continuously used for 8 weeks with each group of body wash, and the testers scored according to the use feeling. The scoring criteria used a 7 point scale, with 1 point being the worst, 7 points being the best, with higher points being better. The final results are shown in Table 8 below.
TABLE 8 human sensory evaluation
As can be seen from table 8, the bath lotion composition of the present invention has greater advantages in terms of easy rinsing after use, bacteriostasis, itching relieving, moisture retention after use, etc., compared with the commercially available bath lotion S. Is popular with testers.
The soap tree saponin is not contained in comparative example 1, the tea saponin is not contained in comparative example 2, the foaming speed and the foam richness of the shower gel composition are poor, the scores in two aspects of the soft foam of the shower gel and whether the shower gel is easy to wash out after use are poor, and the surface activity is poor.
The rush iris extract is not contained in comparative example 3, the honeysuckle extract is not contained in comparative example 4, and the pinus densiflora extract is not contained in comparative example 5, so that the itching relieving effect of the shower gel composition after use is poor, and the shower gel composition cannot effectively inhibit bacteria.
Comparative example 6 has no preservative, the abundance of foam of the body wash composition and the antipruritic effect of the body wash after use are poor, and the risk of microbial contamination exists in the experiment of antiseptic challenge.
In comparative example 7, the moisturizing agent is not present, the moisturizing effect of the shower gel composition is poor, the antibacterial effect is not good, and the shower gel composition is not favored by testers in appearance preference.
In comparative example 8, no thickener was present, the appearance and foaming properties of the body wash composition were poor, and both the moisturizing performance and the bacteriostatic effect of the body wash were reduced.
The fragrance-free shower gel composition of comparative example 9 had poor overall satisfaction and overall preference.
In comparative example 10, the excessive amount of quillaja saponin was added, and in comparative example 11, the excessive amount of tea saponin was added, so that although the bath composition had satisfactory foam density, the moisture retention and itching after use were increased, and the bath composition was not easily rinsed out, and the satisfaction of the testers was reduced.
The results show that the shower gel disclosed by the invention is good in use feeling, has the effects of mildness, bacteriostasis and the like, has a synergistic effect among the components, and is good in overall use effect.
