本发明涉及一种羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料及制作工艺。主要解决了传统礼帽、盆帽受原料及制作工艺限制帽子不能折叠、保暖性差、没有弹力的问题。其特征在于：其成分组成占比为：澳羊毛纱80S占70%，定型线21%和氨纶9%。该羊毛针织盆帽的制作工艺：S1、用针织原料织成半成品；S2、将半成品经过50‑55℃热水浸泡30分钟，再经过1个小时脱洗，再经过120‑125℃热定型2分钟，定型线的融化使产品包覆在定型模具上；S3、然后将包覆在定型模具上的产品放到15‑18℃的冷模上迅速冷却，使定型线固化，使产品包覆在模具的外形；S4、最后经过上下模在120‑125℃的状态下经过30秒的压力使产品定型。该羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料及其工艺，制备的帽子保暖、可折叠，帽口有弹力。

技术领域
本发明涉及针织帽加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料及制作工艺。
背景技术
呢子礼帽、盆帽在欧洲和中国有着几百年的历史，主要的风格是大气、高贵，是其他帽子不能相比的，由于传统的工艺和原料的限制,呢子帽制作工艺是用现成的呢子面料裁剪，用缝纫机缝制，然后高温定型而成，这种帽子的弊端是帽子不能折叠、不出毛、保暖性差，不亲肤、没有弹力不可调节大小，浪费材料，给出行者带来很多的不方便。
发明内容
本发明在于克服背景技术中存在的由于传统盆帽受原料的限制，帽子做工复杂不能折叠、保暖性差、没有弹力的问题，提供一种羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料。该羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料，织造的帽子保暖、可折叠，折叠放兜里拿出后很快恢复原状，帽口具有弹力，给出行者带来很多方便。本发明还提供一种羊毛针织盆帽的制作工艺。
本发明的帽体和帽檐使用了针织技术，减少了传统的毡帽的贴合笨重的传统工艺，在澳羊毛纱中增加了定型纱和氨纶纱，达到了织造一步成型，减少了传统帽子的多次手工操作，定型后帽边和传统的毡帽比即标准又大大提高了效率，减少了工序和原料的浪费。
本发明解决其问题可通过如下技术方案来达到：一种羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料，其成分及组成重量百分比为：澳羊毛纱80S占70%，定型线占21%，氨纶占9%。
所述澳羊毛纱80S中澳羊毛占90%，尼龙占10%。
本发明还提供一种羊毛针织盆帽的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
S1、产品在织造中用针织原料织成半成品；
S2、将织成的半成品经过50-55℃热水浸泡30分钟，使其羊毛膨胀，再经过1个小时的脱洗达到羊毛均匀的全部出来后，再经过120-125℃热定型2分钟，由于加热过程中氨纶的收缩，定型线的融化使产品包覆在定型的模具上；
S3、然后将包覆在定型模具上的产品放到15-18℃的冷模上迅速冷却，使定型线固化，使产品包覆在模具的外形，经过剪毛机剪毛，使帽面平整、有光泽；
S4、最后经过上下模在120-125℃的状态下经过30秒的压力使产品定型。
所述S3定型后的产品缝上汗带，成品制成。
本发明与上述背景技术相比较可具有如下有益效果：该羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料及制作工艺改革了传统的工艺和原料的限制，采用澳洲高支羊毛和其他三种新型材料，用电脑机织造，后道工序设计新型生产线，使帽子外观高于传统的呢子礼帽、盆帽，保暖、美观、可折叠，折叠放兜里拿出后很快恢复原状，帽口具有弹力，加上调码带后可调节多个号码。此产品深受国内外客户的认可，也将企业的产品市场扩大到欧洲及国内高端市场，是对传统帽子的一次革命。
具体实施方式：
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
实施例1
一种羊毛针织盆帽的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
1）、原料（毛纱)纱线经过针织油剂回缩24小时后，原料达到均匀的松弛状态，然后经过添加其他两种原料（定型线、氨纶），其中使用三种原料的成分占比为：澳羊毛纱80S占70%，定型线21%和氨纶9%，使用德国进口电脑编织机（斯托尔编织机）编织，经过筒纱→整经→浆纱→织造→整理后，完成针织帽半成品的制做；
2）、将织成的半成品经过50-55℃热水浸泡30分钟，使其羊毛膨胀，再经过1个小时的脱洗达到毛全部出来后，再经过120-125℃热定型2分钟，由于加热过程中氨纶的收缩，定型线的融化使产品包覆在定型的模具上，此工序是第一步定型，使松软的帽子密度化、形状固定为所需的磨具形状；
3）、然后将包覆在定型模具上的产品放到15-18℃的冷模上迅速冷却，使定型线固化，使产品包覆在模具的外形，经过剪毛机剪毛，使帽面平整、有光泽；缝上汗带保持了帽子的平整度，汗带可调节；
4）、最后经过上下模在120-125℃的状态下经过30秒的压力使产品定型，此工序是最后一道定型过程，使帽子无论经过怎样的折磨形状永远不变化，成品制成。
5）、定型后的成品，经过装饰、检验、装箱出厂。

1.一种羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料，其特征在于：其成分及组成重量百分比为：澳羊毛纱80S占70%，定型线占21%，氨纶占9%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛针织盆帽的针织原料，其特征在于：澳羊毛纱80S中澳羊毛占90%，尼龙占10%。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织盆帽的制作工艺，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
S1、产品在织造中用针织原料织成半成品；
S2、将织成的半成品经过50-55℃热水浸泡30分钟，使其羊毛膨胀，再经过1个小时的脱洗达到毛全部出来后，再经过120-125℃热定型2分钟，由于加热过程中氨纶的收缩，定型线的融化使产品包覆在定型的模具上；
S3、然后将包覆在定型模具上的产品放到15-18℃的冷模上迅速冷却，使定型线固化，使产品包覆在模具的外形，经过剪毛机剪毛，使帽面平整、有光泽；
S4、最后经过上下模在120-125℃的状态下经过30秒的压力使产品定型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛针织盆帽的制作工艺，其特征在于：所述S3定型后的产品缝上汗带，成品制成。
