背景技术
涂料、油墨行业的竞争已白热化,且企业目前面临环保,安全生产,高成本,用电荒,招工难,管理不易等诸多压力。涂料、油墨一般都采用色浆来着色,传统色浆越来越无法满足现代涂料、油墨之发展。如果涂料、油墨厂自己研磨色浆需投入大量的研磨设备、场地和人员,且耗时耗电,由于原材料生产工艺诸多不稳定因素的存在,会造成最终色浆品质的不稳定(如色相,浓度,分散性等)。有的涂料油墨厂外购色浆,但因色浆不易储存,不易运输,不安全环保,易絮凝,易聚结之缺点,也严重困扰了涂料、油墨厂的正常经营;同时,在颜料或色浆等生产过程中出现大量废弃材料,对环境造成一定负担。因此,环保型预分散着色颜料,而相对于色粉、色浆和色母而言,色母、色砂优势明显,色粉在生产过程会产生扬粉,色浆储存、运输困难,色母粒径较大,大量成产过程中分散成本高,色砂作为一种粒径小、着色力强、分散性、流动性好的着色材料相比色母而言,市场需求呼声更高。
色砂是一种广泛应用于汽车、电子、机电、家装、服装等工业中的塑料着色剂。目前,现有技术中的各种色砂产品,无论是无载体色砂,还是专用色砂,采用的黑色碳粉制造出单一色系的制品存在亮度不够、存在色点、色纹等缺陷,不能满足市场需求。如中国专利CN107936585B公开了一种无卤黑色砂及其制备方法,该色砂成分包含炭黑30~50%、褐煤蜡5~15%、硅藻土25~40%环氧大豆油5~10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~7%、聚多磷酸铵3~5%、脂肪酸钙盐2~5%、无机盐硫酸铜0.1~0.5%、偶联剂3~5%,制备的黑色砂粒径小于1mm,但其加工热性能较差,轧辊温度为100~130℃,同时,该专利采用偶联剂增加了无机物和有机物、炭黑和助剂之间的粘结性,从而对其流动性和分散性有一定影响,在着色过程中分散性和流动性下降,最终对产品的亮度、透明度有一定影响。综上所述,开发一种分散性、流动性好,高透,高光泽度、高稳定性且环保的着色色砂对于涂料、油墨、塑料制品行业有重要影响,同时也符合可持续发展规划。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保预分散色砂及其制备方法。本发明提供的环保预分散色砂具有安全、环保,高透,高光泽度、高稳定性等特点,弥补了传统色浆在生产、运输、储存、以及使用等方面存在的诸多缺陷。

所述载体树脂为PE树脂、环氧树脂或SBR;
所述色粉选自蓝相黑或Black C.L.PBK-7;
所述助剂包括分散剂、稳定剂和润湿剂;
所述环保预分散色砂各组分质量百分比为:色粉40~50%、载体树脂35~50%、聚氨酯1~10%、钙锌稳定剂0.6~2.5%、分散剂0.5~2.5%、润湿剂1~5.5%。
进一步地,所述的环保预分散色砂各组分质量百分比为:色粉42~45%、载体树脂45~47%、聚氨酯4~8%、钙锌稳定剂1.2~1.6%、分散剂1.5~1.8%、润湿剂2.2~2.8%。
进一步地,所述分散剂为质量比7~10:3~5:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物;
更进一步地,所述分散剂为质量比7~8:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物;
进一步地,所述润湿剂由质量比为9~12:5~8:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠组成;
更进一步地,所述润湿剂由质量比为10:7:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠组成;
本发明还提供了所述的环保预分散色砂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取配方量的原料进行混合,以2000~5000r/min的速度搅拌20~50min,得预分散色粉混合料;
S2、将预分散色粉混合料投入捏合缸,捏合机加温至140~160℃捏合35~45min,待塑化成团状后移入三辊机研磨15~18遍,三辊机进料轮50~60℃、中间轮60~70℃、出料轮70~80℃,进一步塑化、分散、展色得到预成品;
S3、将预成品进行粉碎并过10~30目筛网,保持砂状均匀,最后包装即得。
本发明中由硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇按一定质量比组成的分散剂可以大大降低颜料粒子间的吸引力,显著降低颜料粒子之间发生团聚的可能性,使颜料粒子充分细化,使所得产品中粒子的粒径较小,并能提高所得产品的着色效果。
本发明中由环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠按一定质量比组成的润湿剂,不仅可以使颜料粒子均匀分布在载体树脂中,还可以与分散剂共同作用,使颜料粒子最终稳定地维持在较小的粒径范围内,并能提高所得产品的着色效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
(1)本发明提供的环保预分散色砂具有安全、环保,粒径均匀、着色效果优异,高透,高光泽度、高稳定性等特点。
(2)本发明的环保预分散色砂改变了传统色浆在生产、运输、储存、以及使用等方面存在的诸多缺陷。
(3)本发明的环保预分散色砂与PE、环氧乙烷、SER的相容性好,不产生裂纹、起皮等现象,非常稳定,贮存时间长达3-5年,显著高于传统色浆(传统色浆贮存时间仅为3-6个月)。

以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
如无特别说明,本发明中所用原料均为市售。
实施例1环保预分散色砂的制备
所述的环保预分散色砂各组分及投料量如下:
所述分散剂为质量比7.5:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物;
所述润湿剂由质量比为10:7:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠;
所述的环保预分散色砂的制备方法具体如下:
S1、称取配方量的原料进行混合,以2000r/min的速度搅拌50min,得预分散色粉混合料;
S2、将预分散色粉混合料投入捏合缸,捏合机加温至140℃捏合45min,待塑化成团状后移入三辊机研磨15遍,三辊机进料轮52℃、中间轮60℃、出料轮70℃,进一步塑化、分散、展色得到预成品;
S3、将预成品进行粉碎并过10目筛网,保持砂状均匀,最后包装即得。
实施例2环保预分散色砂的制备
所述的环保预分散色砂各组分及投料量为:
所述分散剂为质量比7.5:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物;
所述润湿剂由质量比为10:7:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠;
所述的环保预分散色砂的制备方法具体如下:
S1、称取配方量的原料进行混合,以3500r/min的速度搅拌40min,得预分散色粉混合料;
S2、将预分散色粉混合料投入捏合缸,捏合机加温至160℃捏合40min,待塑化成团状后移入三辊机研磨18遍,三辊机进料轮55℃、中间轮62℃、出料轮75℃,进一步塑化、分散、展色得到预成品;
S3、将预成品进行粉碎并过10~30目筛网,保持砂状均匀,最后包装即得。
实施例3环保预分散色砂的制备
所述的环保预分散色砂各组分及投料量为:
所述分散剂为质量比7.5:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物;
所述润湿剂由质量比为10:7:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠;
所述的环保预分散色砂的制备方法具体如下:
S1、称取配方量的原料进行混合,以3800r/min的速度搅拌40min,得预分散色粉混合料;
S2、将预分散色粉混合料投入捏合缸,捏合机加温至160℃捏合35min,待塑化成团状后移入三辊机研磨18遍,三辊机进料轮55℃、中间轮65℃、出料轮75℃,进一步塑化、分散、展色得到预成品;
S3、将预成品进行粉碎并过10目筛网,保持砂状均匀,最后包装即得。
实施例4环保预分散色砂的制备
所述的环保预分散色砂各组分及投料量为:
所述分散剂为质量比7.5:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物;
所述润湿剂由质量比为10:7:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠;
所述的环保预分散色砂的制备方法具体如下:
S1、称取配方量的原料进行混合,以4200r/min的速度搅拌35min,得预分散色粉混合料;
S2、将预分散色粉混合料投入捏合缸,捏合机加温至155℃捏合35min,待塑化成团状后移入三辊机研磨18遍,三辊机进料轮60℃、中间轮68℃、出料轮76℃,进一步塑化、分散、展色得到预成品;
S3、将预成品进行粉碎并过10目筛网,保持砂状均匀,最后包装即得。
实施例5环保预分散色砂的制备
所述的环保预分散色砂各组分及投料量为:
所述分散剂为质量比7.5:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物;
所述润湿剂由质量比为10:7:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠;
所述的环保预分散色砂的制备方法具体如下:
S1、称取配方量的原料进行混合,以5000r/min的速度搅拌25min,得预分散色粉混合料;
S2、将预分散色粉混合料投入捏合缸,捏合机加温至145℃捏合35min,待塑化成团状后移入三辊机研磨15遍,三辊机进料轮60℃、中间轮70℃、出料轮80℃,进一步塑化、分散、展色得到预成品;
S3、将预成品进行粉碎并过10目筛网,保持砂状均匀,最后包装即得。
试验例1环保预分散色砂的性能测定
对实施例1~5制备的环保预分散色砂的分散性、着色强度、总色差进行测定,测定方法参照QB 1648-92标准,粒径和透明度的测定方法如下:
(1)粒径:采用SH/T 1541-2006方法;
(2)透明度:将样品与溶剂开稀比例为1:4,将开稀好的色浆用透明基料添加20%色浆和同样条件下的标准刮黑白纸板,PC透明膜进行对比,纸板,PC膜透光,PC膜放黑底上和标准一致判定为合格;
透明度检测指标评分为1~10分,标准品评分为10分,高于标准品为>10。
按上述方法测得的结果见表1;

由表1可以看出,本发明制得的环保预分散色砂分散性好,0.3~0.6m色点可控制在1个范围内,着色强度高,总色差小,符合一等品要求;另一方面,本发明制备的环保预分散色砂为黑色砂,该黑色砂粒径在96~125μm之间,高透明度和光泽度,同时由于分散效果好,没有出现分散性不良导致的色纹。
对比例1
与实施例2的区别在于,所述环保预分散色砂分散剂为质量比7.5:3.2的硬脂酸甘油酯和硬脂酸镁;
该环保预分散色砂的制备方法与实施例2相同。
对比例2
与实施例2的区别在于,所述环保预分散色砂分散剂为质量比5:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯醇;
该环保预分散色砂的制备方法与实施例2相同。
对比例3
与实施例2的区别在于,所述环保预分散色砂分散剂为质量比12:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯醇;
该环保预分散色砂的制备方法与实施例2相同。
对比例4
与实施例2的区别在于,所述环保预分散色砂润湿剂为质量比10:7的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠;
该环保预分散色砂的制备方法与实施例2相同。
对比例5
与实施例2的区别在于,所述环保预分散色砂润湿剂为质量比5:7:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠、磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠;
该环保预分散色砂的制备方法与实施例2相同。
对比例6
与实施例2的区别在于,所述环保预分散色砂润湿剂为质量比15:7:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠、磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠;
该环保预分散色砂的制备方法与实施例2相同。
对比例7
与实施例2的区别在于,所述环保预分散色砂不添加聚氨酯;
该环保预分散色砂的制备方法与实施例2相同。
试验例2环保预分散色砂的性能测定
将对比例1~7制备的环保预分散色砂的分散性、着色强度、总色差进行测定,测定方法参照QB 1648-92标准,粒径、亮度和透明度的测定方法同试验例1,得到的结果见表2~3;

由表2和表3结果看出,分散剂和润湿剂对色砂性能的影响较大,其中聚乙烯醇的含量影响了颜料粒子间的分散程度,不添加或添加过少的聚乙烯醇导致颜料粒子容易团聚、产生色点、增加色差,同时也导致粒径增加,而过多的聚乙烯醇导致颜料展开过快,着色强度显著下降;另一方面,不添加或添加量过少磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠降低了颜料粒子在载体树脂中的均匀分布情况,而过多的磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠导致颜料展开不均匀,也会导致色点产生,经本发明色砂成分中分散剂与润湿剂的共同作用下,使色砂粒径最终稳定地维持在较小的粒径范围内,并能提高所得产品的着色效果。
对比例8色母粒的制备
所述物料与实施例2相同,制备过程如下:
称取配方量的原料进行混合投入捏合缸,升温至180℃捏合15min,将捏合后的物料通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机一区温度200℃、二区温度210℃、三区温度190℃、四区温度180℃和五区温度180℃,最后得到的色母粒。
对上述得到的色母粒与实施例2制备的色砂进行性能对比,得到的结果见表4;

Claims (8)
1.一种环保预分散色砂,其特征在于,按质量百分数计,所述色砂包括色粉40~50%、载体树脂35~50%、聚氨酯1~10%、钙锌稳定剂0.6~2.5%、分散剂0.5~2.5%、润湿剂1~5.5%;
所述分散剂为质量比7~10:3~5:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物;
所述润湿剂由质量比为9~12:5~8:2的环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保预分散色砂,其特征在于,各组分质量百分数计,所述色砂包括色粉42~45%、载体树脂45~47%、聚氨酯4~8%、钙锌稳定剂1.2~1.6%、分散剂1.5~1.8%、润湿剂2.2~2.8%。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保预分散色砂,其特征在于,所述载体树脂为PE树脂、环氧树脂或SBR。
4.如权利要求1所述的环保预分散色砂,其特征在于,所述色粉选自蓝相黑或BlackC.L.PBK-7。
5.如权利要求1所述的环保预分散色砂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为质量比7~8:3.2:1的硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸镁和聚乙烯醇的复合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的环保预分散色砂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂由环氧大豆油、烷基萘磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠按质量比10:7:2组成。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的环保预分散色砂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取配方量的原料进行混合,以2000~5000r/min的速度搅拌20~50min,得预分散色粉混合料;
S2、将预分散色粉混合料投入捏合缸,捏合机加温至140~160℃捏合35~45min,待塑化成团状后移入三辊机研磨15~18遍,三辊机进料轮50~60℃、中间轮60~70℃、出料轮70~80℃,进一步塑化、分散、展色得到预成品;
S3、将预成品进行粉碎并过10~30目筛网,保持砂状均匀,最后包装即得。
8.如权利要求7所述方法制得到的环保预分散色砂在塑料制品、涂料、油墨领域的应用。
