The palm kernel meal is prepared by the following process steps:
A. selecting fresh palm fruit clusters with stems and stalks to be steamed and boiled until the stems and the stalks of the palm fruit clusters are completely soft and rotten, so as to peel off fruits and achieve the sterilization effect at the same time;
the cooking temperature is controlled within the range of 110-135 ℃, and the cooking time is 2-2.5 hours;
B. b, peeling off the fruits of the cooked palm fruit bunch obtained in the step A by using a peeling machine, and separating stems to obtain peeled palm fruits;
C. b, pressing the palm fruits obtained in the step B by using a screw type presser, extruding a pressed cake containing stone fruits by using a machine head of an oil press, filtering a liquid part after the liquid part flows out from a lower port by using a filter, and sending the filtered liquid part into a butterfly centrifugal separator for separation to obtain raw palm oil;
D. and D, conveying the pressed cake containing the stone fruit obtained in the step C into a net type separation port for separation, and performing squeezing, filtering and separation on the separated kernel again to obtain the crude palm kernel oil and the palm kernel meal.
Wherein, the protein and fat in the palm kernel meal are more than 21 percent; the crude protein is more than 16 percent, the digestion and absorption speed of the protein of the palm kernel meal is slow compared with the forage, the palm kernel meal has higher oil content (8-10 percent) than other Australian oil seeds soaked by the solvent, the palm oil contains saturated fat which stabilizes the rumen of (livestock) and does not interfere the rumination function or influence the milk fat content, and in addition, the palm oil can also be used for producing a plurality of other fats with high value to improve the self health of dairy cattle and improve the milk production and fattening.
The citric acid residues are corn citric acid residues which are byproducts of the production of citric acid by enzyme fermentation of corn and are dried by an advanced airflow drying process, the color is yellow, the product contains a large amount of nutrient substances, can be used as a good feed raw material for animals, and can replace corn and bran to reduce the feed cost, and the nutritional characteristics of the corn citric acid residues are that 1, the corn has strong fragrance, the palatability is excellent, and the corn citric acid residues are easy to digest and absorb; 2. the feed has good color, is rich in lutein, and has the function of a coloring agent in the feed; 3. the protein is high, and the protein is rich in amino acid, various vitamins, particularly high in methionine and carotene content; 4. contains bioactive substances and growth factors, can promote secretion of digestive juice of livestock and fowl, has inhibitory effect on harmful substances in intestinal tract, and has effects of preventing diseases; 5. the energy is high, and can provide energy required by livestock and poultry to replace part of corn; 6. compared with corn protein feed, the corn protein feed has proper price. The corn citric acid residue contains a certain amount of citric acid, so that the pH value in the stomach, intestine and duodenum of animals can be reduced, the activity of pepsin is enhanced, and the digestion rate of protein is improved; on the other hand, the reduction of the pH value also causes good opportunity for the proliferation of bacteria, the increase of the bacteria promotes digestion and increases mycoprotein, and reduces the competition of the bacteria on nutrient substances, thereby reducing the material consumption, improving the feed conversion rate, being used as energy for laying hens, improving the palatability, promoting the chicks to reduce fatty liver, increasing the blood phosphorus content, and improving the egg laying and egg weight; for pigs, the palatability of the feed is improved, the appetite of the pigs is increased, and the growth and development of the pigs are promoted; the additive is added into dairy cow feed, so that the health of the livestock can be promoted, and the milk yield can be improved; the addition of the additive into aquatic animal feed can increase the weight gain of fish, reduce the beverage coefficient, increase the growth speed and be beneficial to the healthy growth of fish; the corn citric acid residue also contains fermented mycoprotein and residual citric acid, so that the nutritional value and palatability of the corn citric acid residue are superior to those of most other corn protein byproducts, the corn citric acid residue has good palatability and high protein and fat content, is a feed raw material with high nutritional value, and can also play a part of an acidifier effect when being used in a large amount in a formula because part of citric acid (about 3-5%) is also residual in the raw material.
