Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fertilizers, in particular to a biological pesticide fertilizer and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In China, the planting area of cucumbers is large, and the problems of increasing soil-borne diseases, high incidence of plant diseases and insect pests and the like continuously appear in cucumber farmlands planted regularly. The reasons for these problems can be summarized as poor plant growth, decreased resistance and the like due to unbalanced nutrient addition. Firstly, the cucumber multiple cropping index is high, and more chemical fertilizer is added, so that the microbial detonation effect is obvious, and the organic matter consumption of soil in season is intensified. The developed root system of the cucumber can reach 50-60cm, and the cucumber has larger nutrient demand. Meanwhile, the cucumber vaccine has strong variability aiming at common diseases of cucumbers, such as brown spot, blight, southern blight and the like, and is easy to generate drug resistance to common chemical bactericides and difficult to radically cure.
The soil obstacle and disease problems in the cucumber planting process can be solved by increasing the organic matter input, adjusting the fertilizer nutrient distribution ratio, selecting biological pesticides which are not easy to generate drug resistance and the like. However, the prior art only solves the problem of cucumber planting obstacle from one direction, and cannot comprehensively solve the problems of soil and diseases through a single way. In addition, the pesticide selected in the prior art has poor effect and is easy to remain. Meanwhile, the conventional cucumber fertilizer is only considered from the viewpoint of meeting the nutrient requirements of cucumbers, and does not have the effect of improving the growth stress resistance of the cucumbers, so that chemical industrial raw materials and microbial agents still need to be added if the root promoting and stress resisting functions are needed, so that the cucumber planting price is relatively high, and the environmental pollution risk is possibly caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a biological fertilizer, a preparation method and a use thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention provides a biological medical fertilizer, which comprises a bactericide, minerals, an emulsifying dispersant, an anti-crystallizing agent, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium raw materials, and compound amino acids.
Preferably, the biological medicine fertilizer comprises the following substances in parts by weight:
the invention also provides a preparation method of the biological medicine fertilizer, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing and grinding the bactericide, the mineral substances, the emulsifying dispersant, the anti-crystallizing agent, the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium raw materials and the compound amino acid to obtain the biological medicine fertilizer.
The invention also provides application of the biological pesticide fertilizer in vegetable planting.
The invention also provides a cucumber planting method, which comprises the step of applying the biological medicine fertilizer to cucumbers.
As mentioned above, the biological pesticide fertilizer and the preparation method and the application thereof have the following beneficial effects: the pesticide and the fertilizer are combined through the compound auxiliary agent, and the respective stability of the pesticide and the fertilizer is kept, so that the pesticide and the fertilizer are more labor-saving and labor-saving when in use, and the labor cost is reduced. And according to common fungus or bacterial diseases such as brown spot, blight and southern blight in the growth constitution of cucumbers, biopesticides with strong pertinence and low biohazard are selected, and a certain active substance amino acid is added, so that the nutrient absorption of crops can be enhanced, the root growth of the crops can be promoted, and the yield of the crops can be increased. According to the invention, by limiting the use ratio of the composite bactericide, the sodium bentonite, the emulsifying dispersant, the anti-crystallizing agent, the composite amino acid, the pH regulator, the nitrogen phosphorus potassium raw material, the defoaming agent and the thickening agent, the cucumber growth nutrient is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the bacterial and fungal diseases are prevented and treated, the cucumber growth is promoted, and the stress resistance of the cucumber is enhanced.

Application example 1
Setting cucumber water culture test. Selecting seedlings with similar growth vigor, taking Hoagland nutrient solution as basic nutrient solution, adding different examples and comparative examples, and measuring root length and root dry weight.
The test was carried out for 15 days, and the nutrient solution was changed on days 1, 4,7,10 and 13, respectively. The culture solution is prepared at 1/3Hoagland nutrient solution concentration on the 1 st day, and no light is applied for 24 hours for seedling recovery, and the nutrient solution is prepared at 1/2Hoagland nutrient solution concentration on the 4 th, 7 th, 10 th and 13 th days, and different examples and comparative examples are added to prepare 0.2g/L treatment solution, light is applied for 14 hours each day, and dark treatment is applied for 10 hours. Each treatment contained 2 replicate pots, 3.3L nutrient solution per pot, 5 cucumber seedlings. And sampling on the 15 th day, and taking the root system to measure the root length and the dry weight of the root. The root length is measured when sampling, and the dry weight of the root is measured after de-enzyming at 105 ℃ for 30min and then drying at 60 ℃ for 3 days. The root length and the rate of increase in dry weight were calculated by the following formula:
the root length increase rate%
Percent dry root weight increase [% ] (dry root weight increase/treated root length of control example 1) [% 100%
The experimental data are shown in table 1 and table 2, and the comparative examples 1 and 2 do not have a significant promotion effect on the growth of the root system because the compound amino acid mother liquor is not added. Comparative example 3 has a certain effect on root length and root dry weight due to the addition of the composite amino acid mother liquor. Examples 1-5 significantly increased root length and dry root weight, particularly in terms of dry root weight.

TABLE 2 Effect on the increase of root Dry weight
Application example 2:
the test was carried out in a large cucumber cultivation base, Shouguang, Shandong province, with 8 treatments, each applied with the fertilizers of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3. The treatments are sprayed and applied according to 50 g/mu/time by diluting 500-fold and 1000-fold. The cucumber is applied after 1 month from transplanting to the field, and is applied once every 7 days for 5 times. The disease infection rate and the yield increase rate are respectively determined 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days and 90 days after the transplantation and at the cucumber harvesting stage. The infection rate and yield increase rate were calculated by the following formula:
the infection rate is (infected strain number/non-infected strain number) × 100%
Percent yield increase (cucumber yield under treatment conditions/control example 1 yield) × 100%
The experimental data are shown in table 3, and it can be seen from table 3 that comparative example 1 and comparative example 3 have weak resistance to anthracnose, brown spot and the like in the cucumber treated by the additive agent, but comparative example 2 has obviously increased resistance to cucumber but less yield increase due to the additive agent. In examples 1 to 5, cucumber disease resistance was high, and productivity was significantly increased.
