The hanging chain conveyor sling moves on the hanging guide rail through a chain, so that the purpose of conveying packages is realized, and the hanging chain conveyor sling consists of a driving device, a traction chain and accessories (a sliding frame, a sling, a trolley and the like), a rail, a tensioning device, a safety device (an ascending catcher, a descending catcher), a lubricating device and the like. The overhead rail forms a closed loop over which the carriages run. The main disadvantages are: the sling carries the article and is hinged with the sliding frame, and the hanging chain conveyor cannot transfer the article from one conveying line to the other; the structure is complex and the energy consumption is high.
The horizontal chain conveyer consists of driving unit, horizontally installed chain and its accessories (shift lever, safety device, small guide wheel, etc.), chain wheel, tensioner, guide rail and its accessories. The main disadvantages are: the chain is horizontally arranged, so that a large tensioning force is required, the longer the conveying distance is, the larger the tensioning force is, the high requirement on the structural strength of the whole conveyor is met, and the chain wheels and the chain are easy to wear; the lubricating oil is required to be lubricated regularly, and cannot be used in industries such as clothing, food, chemical industry and the like; the structure is complex, and the cost is high; the failure rate is high.

Due to the eccentricity e1, e2, the hanger 2 tilts under the force of gravity as the polish rod 1 rotates.
Therefore, when the polish rod 1 rotates, the single side contacted by the eccentric part 103 on the polish rod 1 receives friction force to push the upper hook 102 to deflect, as shown in fig. 5, so that the friction force exerted on the eccentric part 103 by the polish rod 1 generates axial component force to push the hanger 2 to axially move along the polish rod 1, and the purpose of logistics conveying is realized.
