一种设有滚动轴承的抽油机皮带智能化调整装置。涉及采油设备技术领域。弧形板上均布若干组滚筒组,弧形板通过竖向斜铁连接横向斜铁,横向斜铁连接丝杠、丝母,丝母固定连接在抽油机的底座上。本发明具有如下有益效果:设置一组弧形排列的滚筒作为三角带的张紧装置,在保证电机皮带轮的包角的同时,可减小三角带向内弯折的程度,提高三角带的使用寿命,在调整弧形板的高度时,可通过就地显示屏读取压力传感器的数值以使张紧力达到设定值,当压力传感器的数值突然变化或降低,可通过RTU发出报警信号及时修理更换;滚筒外圆硫化一层缓冲胶层,吸收三角带在高速运转时频繁变形产生的动态剪切应力,提高三角带的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及采油设备技术领域,尤其是一种设有滚动轴承的抽油机皮带智能化调整装置。
背景技术:
抽油机包括电动机、减速机以及传动动力的三角带,由于减速的需要,电机的皮带轮制成直径较小,减速机的皮带轮直径较大,由此产生了电机的皮带轮包角角度小,存在摩擦力不够,产生大负荷时丢转现象,一般均采用张紧轮补偿该部分包角不足的问题,然而由于三角带的特性,张紧轮从外部向里侧顶紧三角带时,三角带形成向内弯折的形态,使得三角带内侧的压缩胶层伸张状态、外侧的伸张胶层处于压缩状态,三角带的弯曲半径就是张紧轮的半径,弯曲程度大,三角带的内外胶层不断反向被高强度压缩、伸张降低了三角带的使用寿命。
发明内容:
为了解决现有的抽油机电机传动皮带张紧时反向弯折使用寿命低的问题,本发明提供一种设有滚动轴承的抽油机皮带智能化调整装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种设有滚动轴承的抽油机皮带智能化调整装置,包括弧形板,弧形板上均布若干组滚筒组,弧形板底部固定连接竖向斜铁,竖向斜铁底部的斜面坐在横向斜铁的斜面上,横向斜铁一侧通过轴承、垫圈连接丝杠,丝杠螺纹连接丝母,丝母固定连接在抽油机的底座上,横向斜铁外侧设有导向体,导向体有横向导向槽与横向斜铁间隙配合连接,导向体有竖向导向槽与竖向斜铁间隙配合连接,导向体固定连接在抽油机的底座上。
弧形板底部固定连接立柱,立柱与竖向斜铁导向连接,立柱底面与竖向斜铁之间安装有压力传感器,压力传感器有导线连接控制盒,控制盒内安装有就压力地显示屏。
控制盒内还包括电池、PLC和RTU。
滚筒组包括两侧的轴承座、轴承盖、滚动轴承和滚筒,滚筒外圆硫化一层缓冲胶层。
弧形板下部设有加强筋板。
本发明具有如下有益效果:设置一组弧形排列的滚筒作为三角带的张紧装置,在保证电机皮带轮的包角的同时,可减小三角带向内弯折的程度,提高三角带的使用寿命,同时通过旋转丝杠可方便的升降弧形板更换三角带;在调整弧形板的高度张紧三角带时,可通过就地显示屏读取压力传感器的数值,当压力数值达到设定值时,三角带的调整预紧度工作即告完成,当压力传感器的数值突然变化或降低1/n (n为一组三角带的数量)时,表面其中一根三角带断裂或者松懈,可通过RTU发出报警信号及时修理更换;滚筒外圆硫化一层缓冲胶层,吸收三角带在高速运转时频繁变形产生的动态剪切应力,提高三角带的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1结合图2~3所示,一种设有滚动轴承的抽油机皮带智能化调整装置,包括弧形板1,弧形1板上均布若干组滚筒组2,弧形板1底部固定连接竖向斜铁6,竖向斜铁6底部的斜面坐在横向斜铁 5的斜面上,横向斜铁5一侧通过轴承、垫圈连接丝杠3,丝杠3螺纹连接丝母4,丝母4固定连接在抽油机的底座上,横向斜铁5外侧设有导向体7,导向体7有横向导向槽与横向斜铁5间隙配合连接,导向体7有竖向导向槽与竖向斜铁6间隙配合连接,导向体7固定连接在抽油机的底座上。
弧形板1底部固定连接立柱9,立柱9与竖向斜铁6导向连接,立柱9底面与竖向斜铁6之间安装有压力传感器8,压力传感器8有导线连接控制盒10,控制盒10内安装有就压力地显示屏。
控制盒10内还包括电池、PLC和RTU。
滚筒组2包括两侧的轴承座、轴承盖、滚动轴承和滚筒12,滚筒12外圆硫化一层缓冲胶层13,它起到吸收三角带在高速运转时频繁变形产生的动态剪切应力,提高三角带的使用寿命。
弧形板1安装在抽油机电机和减速机之间的三角带下方,设置一组弧形排列的滚筒12作为三角带的张紧装置,在保证电机皮带轮的包角的同时,可减小三角带向内弯折的程度,提高三角带的使用寿命,同时通过旋转丝杠3可方便的升降弧形板1,进行三角带的更换和调整三角带的预紧度。
在调整弧形板1的高度张紧三角带时,可通过就地显示屏读取压力传感器8的数值,当压力数值达到设定值时,三角带的调整预紧度工作即告完成,当压力传感器8的数值突然变化或降低1/n(n为一组三角带的数量)时,表面其中一根三角带断裂或者松懈,可通过 RTU发出报警信号及时修理更换。
弧形板1下部设有加强筋板11。

1.一种设有滚动轴承的抽油机皮带智能化调整装置,包括弧形板(1),其特征在于:弧形板(1)上均布若干组滚筒组(2),弧形板(1)底部固定连接竖向斜铁(6),竖向斜铁(6)底部的斜面坐在横向斜铁(5)的斜面上,横向斜铁(5)一侧通过轴承、垫圈连接丝杠(3),丝杠(3)螺纹连接丝母(4),丝母(4)固定连接在抽油机的底座上,横向斜铁(5)外侧设有导向体(7),导向体(7)有横向导向槽与横向斜铁(5)间隙配合连接,导向体(7)有竖向导向槽与竖向斜铁(6)间隙配合连接,导向体(7)固定连接在抽油机的底座上;弧形板(1)安装在抽油机电机和减速机之间的三角带下方,设置一组弧形排列的滚筒(12)作为三角带的张紧装置,在保证电机皮带轮的包角的同时,可减小三角带向内弯折的程度,提高三角带的使用寿命,同时通过旋转丝杠(3)可方便的升降弧形板(1),进行三角带的更换和调整三角带的预紧度;
弧形板(1)底部固定连接立柱(9),立柱(9)与竖向斜铁(6)导向连接,立柱(9)底面与竖向斜铁(6)之间安装有压力传感器(8),压力传感器(8)有导线连接控制盒(10),控制盒(10)内安装有压力就地显示屏;在调整弧形板(1)的高度张紧三角带时,可通过就地显示屏读取压力传感器(8)的数值,当压力数值达到设定值时,三角带的调整预紧度工作即告完成,当压力传感器(8)的数值突然变化时,表明其中一根三角带断裂或者松懈,此时通过RTU发出报警信号及时修理更换;
控制盒(10)内还包括电池、PLC和RTU;
滚筒组(2)包括两侧的轴承座、轴承盖、滚动轴承和滚筒(12),滚筒(12)外圆硫化一层缓冲胶层(13);缓冲胶层(13)起到吸收三角带在高速运转时频繁变形产生的动态剪切应力,提高三角带的使用寿命;
弧形板(1)下部设有加强筋板(11)。
