一种平衡型塔架式抽油机,在上平台(11)上面活动连接一驱动平台(10),电动机(13)、减速箱(25)及驱动轮(15)都设置在驱动平台(10)上,驱动平台(10)下面设一调重箱(12),天轮轴(20)上设一被动轮(27),驱动绳(23)固定在驱动轮(15)上,并且驱动绳(23)的两端分别与被动轮(27)固定相连。通过调节调重箱(12)的重量,使抽油机正常运行时,驱动轮(15)两边驱动绳(23)的驱动力的差接近1/2油柱重量,则整机上的抽油杆牵引绳(17)和配重箱牵引绳(24)的牵引力差减小,这时驱动绳(23)克服了一部分摩擦力而工作,因此产生节能效果,减少抽油机磨损,延长抽油机使用寿命。

本申请要求于2016年1月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610042539.2、发明名称为“平衡型塔架式抽油机”的中国专利申请的优先权,同时要求于2016年1月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201620062674.9、发明名称为“平衡型塔架式抽油机”的中国专利申请的优先权,两者的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种采油机械,尤其是涉及一种节能型塔架式抽油机。
背景技术
在能源紧缺,电力严重不足的情况下,节能成为很重要的议题。抽油机是油田主要生产设备,对于低渗透率油田,油位形成比较慢,大部分抽油机很长时间都在空转中,这将浪费大量电能,并造成抽油机磨损,降低抽油机寿命。
目前,常用的塔架式抽油机相对于常规游梁式抽油机比较节能,但节能效果还远远达不到国家节能要求。塔架式抽油机其驱动部分固定在框架上,当配重箱的重量设置到抽油杆重量加上1/2油柱重量时,无论抽油杆上升或者下降时,抽油杆牵引绳和配重箱牵引绳的牵引力始终相差1/2油柱重量,因此两边始终不能平衡,耗能大,与国家节能要求相距甚远,抽油机磨损增加,降低抽油机寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有抽油机耗能大、磨损严重、寿命低的问题,从而提供一种平衡型塔架式抽油机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种平衡型塔架式抽油机,主要包括底座、框架、配重箱、抽油杆、抽油管、电控柜、电动机、减速箱、驱动轮、导向轮、天轮,框架设在底座上,框架上面设有上平台,电动机与减速箱及驱动轮依次传动连接,其特征在于:上平台上面活动连接一驱动 平台,电动机、减速箱及驱动轮都设置在驱动平台上,驱动平台下面设一调重箱,天轮轴上设一被动轮,驱动绳固定在驱动轮上,并且驱动绳的两端分别与被动轮固定相连。
驱动平台下面通过两个轴承座安装一铰链轴,铰链轴的两端固定在上平台上的轴瓦固定器上。
驱动平台连接在上平台上面且远离驱动轮的一端,调重箱设置在驱动平台下面位于驱动轮一端。
驱动轮两边驱动绳的驱动力差为1/2油柱重量。
本发明通过调节调重箱的重量,使抽油机正常运行时,驱动平台绕铰链轴转动,驱动轮两边的驱动绳的驱动力存在差值,则整机上的抽油杆牵引绳和配重箱牵引绳的牵引力差相应减小,这时驱动绳克服了一部分摩擦力而工作,因此产生节能效果,减少抽油机磨损,延长抽油机使用寿命。当驱动力差为1/2油柱重量时,抽油杆牵引绳和配重箱牵引绳的牵引力相等,达到平衡,节能效果最佳。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本发明具体实施方式是在框架4的顶部的上平台11上安装天轮轴20,天轮轴20上固定了天轮21和被动轮27,同时用导向轮支架16安装导向轮19,抽油杆2通过悬绳器6连接到抽油杆牵引绳17,抽油杆牵引绳17经过导向轮19到天轮21上固定,配重箱5与配重箱牵引 绳24相连,最后配重箱牵引绳24固定在天轮上,驱动平台10上的电动机13输出轴与减速箱25的输入轴相连,减速箱输出轴14与驱动轮15相连,驱动绳23固定在驱动轮15上,并且驱动绳的两端分别与被动轮27相连,驱动平台12下面通过两个轴承座9安装铰链轴8,而且铰链轴8的两端用轴瓦固定器7固定在上平台11上,驱动平台12下面还设一调重箱12,以便调整驱动平台的重量,使抽油机正常运行时,驱动平台绕铰链轴转动,且驱动轮两边的驱动绳的驱动力差为1/2油柱重量时,抽油杆牵引绳和配重箱牵引绳的牵引力相等,达到平衡,节能效果最佳,电动机在电控柜的控制下正反转实现抽油工作。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种平衡型塔架式抽油机,主要包括底座、框架、配重箱、抽油杆、抽油管、电控柜、电动机、减速箱、驱动轮、导向轮、天轮,框架设在底座上,框架上面设有上平台,电动机与减速箱及驱动轮依次传动连接,其特征在于:上平台上面活动连接一驱动平台,电动机、减速箱及驱动轮都设置在驱动平台上,驱动平台下面设一调重箱,天轮轴上设一被动轮,驱动绳固定在驱动轮上,并且驱动绳的两端分别与被动轮固定相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡型塔架式抽油机,其特征在于:驱动平台下面通过两个轴承座安装一铰链轴,铰链轴的两端固定在上平台上的轴瓦固定器上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡型塔架式抽油机,其特征在于:驱动平台连接在上平台上面且远离驱动轮的一端,调重箱设置在驱动平台下面位于驱动轮一端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的平衡型塔架式抽油机,其特征在于:驱动轮两边驱动绳的驱动力差为1/2油柱重量。
