Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物,包含以下组分:氨基酸与胺的反应物A 2‑40%重量,脂肪醇仲醇与环氧乙烷的反应物B 1‑9%重量,消泡剂0.01‑1%重量,杀菌剂0.5‑2.0%重量,金属缓蚀剂1.0‑5.0%重量,余量为纯化水。本发明的组合物可长期使用且不含对人体、自然水源有害的物质,使用性能优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物。
背景技术
在机械加工工业中,线切割是数控机床中的主要类型,主要分为快走丝放电切割、中走丝放电切割和慢走丝放电切割。切割中的钼丝或铜丝在工作液的配合下进行工作,工作液主要起到冷却、防腐蚀、排出切割碳渣的作用,同时工作液还作为放电的电极介质。
目前,电火花放电切割主要采用乳化矿物油、水基切削液作为工作液,但乳化矿物油切割液属于危险化学品,其废弃物属于危险废弃物,对环境有巨大污染,而水基切削液采用了硼酸盐或硼酸酯为防锈剂,硼酸已知对人体有刺激性,对自然水资源有危害。此外现有市售品的使用性能也较差。
公告号为CN105820866B的中国发明专利描述了一种中走丝全合成线切割加工液,该工作液使用了硼酸酯、硼酸盐,采用硼酸酯或硼酸盐有对人体和水资源造成危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物,其对人体和自然水资源无危害性,使用性能优异。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:

优选的,所述氨基酸选自赖氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酸中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述赖氨酸为L-赖氨酸。
优选的,所述胺选自一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇、三甘醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述胺为醇胺,所述氨基酸和醇胺的反应物A为盐或酯或酰胺。
优选的,所述反应物B为C2-C18的脂肪醇。
优选的,所述金属缓蚀剂为十二碳二元酸醇胺盐或酯。
优选的,将各个组分在30℃-90℃的温度下进行混合。
优选的,将各个组分在35℃-55℃的温度下进行混合。
优选的,所述组合物的PH值为7.5-11.5。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物,可长期使用且不含对人体、自然水源有害的物质(例如硼酸酯或硼酸盐等)。
2、用本发明的高环保水性组合物进行切割作业时,切割表面干净无需清洗,表面无附着物,呈金属本色,加工速度快,也即,本发明的高环保水性组合物使用性能优异。

在一些实施例中,所述氨基酸选自赖氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酸中的一种或多种。
进一步优选的,在一些实施例中,所述赖氨酸为L-赖氨酸。
在一些实施例中,所述胺选自一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇、三甘醇中的一种或多种。
在一些实施例中,所述胺为醇胺,所述氨基酸和醇胺的反应物A为盐或酯或酰胺。
在一些实施例中,所述反应物B为C2-C18的脂肪醇。
在一些实施例中,所述金属缓蚀剂为十二碳二元酸醇胺盐或酯。
在一些实施例中,所述反应在30℃-90℃的温度下进行。
进一步优选的,在一些实施例中,所述反应在35℃-55℃的温度下进行;更佳的,反应在40℃-50℃的温度下进行。
在一些实施例中,所述组合物的PH值为7.5-11.5。
以下列举四个制备本发明用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物的具体实施例:
实施1:
一种用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物,包含以下组分:

其中,氨基酸采用L-赖氨酸,胺采用三乙醇胺,反应物B为C2的脂肪醇,金属缓蚀剂为十二碳二元酸醇胺盐或酯,消泡剂和杀菌剂采用现有的消泡剂(例如乳化硅油)和杀菌剂(例如六氢化三嗪和forte的1:1混合物)即可。将各个组分在30℃的温度下进行简单混合在一起即可制得本发明的组合物,将组合物的PH值调为7.5。
效果试验数据请参见表1。
实施2:
一种用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物,包含以下组分:

其中,氨基酸采用苏氨酸,胺采用一乙醇胺,反应物B为C18的脂肪醇,金属缓蚀剂为十二碳二元酸醇胺盐或酯,消泡剂和杀菌剂采用现有的消泡剂和杀菌剂即可。将各个组分在90℃的温度下进行简单混合在一起即可制得本发明的组合物,将组合物的PH值调为11.5。
效果试验数据请参见表1。
实施3:
一种用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物,包含以下组分:

其中,氨基酸采用亮氨酸,胺采用二甘醇,反应物B为C5的脂肪醇,金属缓蚀剂为十二碳二元酸醇胺盐或酯,消泡剂和杀菌剂采用现有的消泡剂和杀菌剂即可。将各个组分在35℃的温度下进行简单混合在一起即可制得本发明的组合物,将组合物的PH值调为9.5。
效果试验数据请参见表1。
实施4:
一种用于电火花线放电切割的高环保水性组合物,包含以下组分:

其中,氨基酸采用谷氨酸,胺采用三甘醇,反应物B为C12的脂肪醇,金属缓蚀剂为十二碳二元酸醇胺盐或酯,消泡剂和杀菌剂采用现有的消泡剂和杀菌剂即可。将各个组分在55℃的温度下进行简单混合在一起即可制得本发明的组合物,将组合物的PH值调为10.5。
效果试验数据请参见表1。

需要说明的是,本发明反应物A和反应物B的制备采用现有公知的制备方法获得即可,这里不详细展开说明。

3.根据权利要求2所述的高环保水性组合物,其特征在于,所述赖氨酸为L-赖氨酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性组合物,其特征在于,所述胺选自一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇、三甘醇中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性组合物,其特征在于,所述胺为醇胺,所述氨基酸和醇胺的反应物A为盐或酯或酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性组合物,其特征在于,所述反应物B为C2-C18的脂肪醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性组合物,其特征在于,所述金属缓蚀剂为十二碳二元酸醇胺盐或酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性组合物,其特征在于,将各个组分在30℃-90℃的温度下进行混合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的高环保水性组合物,其特征在于,将各个组分在35℃-55℃的温度下进行混合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的PH值为7.5-11.5。
