(3)加入去离子水,自然降温至30-40℃,依次加入电解质、杀菌剂、降凝剂、消泡剂,搅拌2h;
(4)成品经20微米过滤器过滤,灌装。

(1)将PH值调节剂通过抽料泵抽入电加热不锈钢反应釜内,从反应釜人孔加入防锈剂,开启电加热升温至100-110℃,保温反应2h。
(2)开启冷却水降温至60℃,依次加入清洗剂、润滑剂、渗透剂,搅拌0.5小时。
(3)加入去离子水,自然降温至30-40℃,依次加入电解质、杀菌剂、降凝剂、消泡剂,搅拌2小时;
(4)成品经20微米过滤器过滤,灌装。
实验检测
一、实施例3所得的线切割工作液经泰州国创环保科技有限公司进行检测,结果如表1所示:

1.一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,是由以下质量百分含量的原料制备而成的:
防锈剂2-4%,清洗剂3-5%,电解质0.2-0.5‰,润滑剂5-8%,PH值调节剂8-12%,杀菌剂0.5-2%,消泡剂1-3‰,降凝剂0-5%,渗透剂2-4%,余量为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,是由以下质量百分含量的原料制备而成的:
防锈剂2%,清洗剂3%,电解质0.2‰,润滑剂5%,PH值调节剂8%,杀菌剂0.5%,消泡剂1‰,降凝剂0.5%,渗透剂2%,余量为去离子水。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,是由以下质量百分含量的原料制备而成的:
防锈剂4%,清洗剂5%,电解质0.5‰,润滑剂8%,PH值调节剂12%,杀菌剂2%,消泡剂3‰,降凝剂5%,渗透剂4%,余量为去离子水。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,是由以下质量百分含量的原料制备而成的:
防锈剂3%,清洗剂4%,电解质0.3‰,润滑剂6.5%,PH值调节剂10%,杀菌剂1.5%,消泡剂2‰,降凝剂2.5%,渗透剂3%,余量为去离子水。
5.如权利要求1-4所述的一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为三乙醇胺硼酸酯、癸二酸、十二碳二元酸的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1-4所述的一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,所述清洗剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1-4所述的一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,所述电解质选用聚乙烯酸钠;所述润滑剂选用四聚蓖麻油酸酯。
8.如权利要求1-4所述的一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,所述PH值调节剂选用三乙醇胺;所述杀菌剂选用MBM杀菌剂。
9.如权利要求1-4所述的一种环保型水基线切割工作液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选用有机硅消泡剂;所述降凝剂选用乙二醇;所述渗透剂选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
10.一种环保型水基线切割工作液及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将PH值调节剂通过抽料泵抽入电加热不锈钢反应釜内,从反应釜人孔加入防锈剂,边搅拌边开启电加热升温至100-110℃,保温反应2h;
(2)开启冷却水降温至60℃,依次加入清洗剂、润滑剂、渗透剂,搅拌30-40min;
(3)加入去离子水,自然降温至30-40℃,依次加入电解质、杀菌剂、降凝剂、消泡剂,搅拌2h;
(4)成品经20微米过滤器过滤,灌装。
