Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型全合成切割液,该切割液主要成分及各成分质量浓度:表面活性剂0.6%‑1%、防锈剂24%‑29%、爆炸剂8%‑10%、电解质1%‑2%、其他添加剂0.5%‑1%,剩余成分为去离子水。本发明优选的各种化学添加剂经调配后,具有使用寿命长的特性,同时兼具良好的防锈性、排屑性和冷却性。在不同的水硬度条件下均可保持良好的稳定性能,并且对环境无害、对人体无损害,符合环保理念。本发明配方体系结合了等离子割缝筛管技术的工艺特点,采用特殊的表面活性剂复配来保持其清洗性能。本发明是通过优选防锈剂、钙镁离子络合剂来建立稳定的防锈体系,同时通过优选爆炸剂、电解质来控制并维持体系的介电强度,从而提高加工精度与效率。

一种适用于等离子割缝筛管的环保型全合成切割液
技术领域
本发明涉及一种等离子割缝筛管用切割液,特别涉及一种适用于等离子割缝筛管的环保型全合成切割液。
背景技术
目前市场上所用切割液主要用在数控切割机床,主要具有四大基本性能:冷却性能、润滑性能、清洗性能和防锈性能,在此基础上还要有一定的电介强度、去游离、排屑和使用寿命长、安全无毒等性能。
等离子割缝技术是近几年研究出的一种先进的割缝防砂筛管加工技术,可以加工0.15mm的极窄缝并保留筛管本身的性能不被破坏,可以加工梯形缝、复合缝,具有良好的“自洁”能力且加工效率高、加工质量好,生产的防砂筛管美观而且实用,已经在油田投入使用并取得了很好的效果。
一直以来,切割液主要应用于金属等硬质材质的精密加工,而在割缝筛管工艺中,切割液更显得尤为重要。现有研究表明,在线切割工艺稳定的情况下,切割液的性能是影响切割效率及质量的关键因素之一。而现有的市售切割液主要存在以下问题:第一,乳化型切割液性能不稳定,存放半年时间会出现分层,上层有大量基础油析出;第二,在使用时,加蒸馏水稀释后混合不均匀,导致冷却、排屑等能力低,影响加工质量;第三,加工过程中产生的切屑不能分离出来,一部分切屑与切割液粘附在一起形成黏稠状沉淀,减少了切割液中的有效成分,影响加工质量,另一部分切屑混合在切割液中,影响了切割液的电介强度,切屑在割缝处异常放电,影响缝宽的加工精度,还有一些粘附在电极上,缩短了电极的使用寿命。
现有的市售切割液种类繁杂,同时针对性不强,环保性能差,使得用户在选用中眼花缭乱,不利于用户选择。并且调查发现多数用户对切割液的工艺性能了解甚少,不能明辨适用于自己产品的切割液。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种适用于等离子割缝筛管的环保型全合成切割液,该切割液配方合理,制备工艺简便,成本适中,具有良好的防锈、排屑及冷却性能,安全无毒,符合环保理念。
本发明提到的一种适用于等离子割缝筛管的环保型全合成切割液,其技术方案是:包括以下组成制成,按质量百分比:
表面活性剂0.6%-1%、防锈剂24%-29%、爆炸剂8%-10%、电解质1%-2%、其它添加剂0.5%-1%,剩余为去离子水;
所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂;
所述防锈剂为油酸三乙醇胺、四硼酸钠、硼酸及三乙醇胺的复配剂;
所述爆炸剂为葡萄糖;
所述电解质为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的一种;
所述其它添加剂为防腐剂、钙镁离子络合剂和消泡剂复配。
优选的,上述防腐剂采用柠檬酸钠。
优选的,上述钙镁离子络合剂采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
优选的,上述消泡剂采用聚醚类消泡剂。
优选的,上述防锈剂为油酸三乙醇胺、四硼酸钠、硼酸及三乙醇胺的复配剂,其质量比为10:5:6:8。
优选的,上述防锈剂为油酸三乙醇胺、四硼酸钠、硼酸及三乙醇胺,其质量比为7:3:6:8。
优选的,上述表面活性剂为脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂(碳链数12)及脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂(碳链数10),其质量比为1:5。

其中,表面活性剂为脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂(碳链数12)及脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂(碳链数10),其质量比为1:5;防锈剂为油酸三乙醇胺、四硼酸钠、硼酸及三乙醇胺,质量比为7:3:6:8;爆炸剂为葡萄糖;电解质为碳酸氢钠;其它添加剂包括防腐剂为柠檬酸钠0.3g、钙镁离子络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4g、消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂0.3g。
实施例2:
本发明提到的一种适用于等离子割缝筛管的环保型全合成切割液,其组成为:
表面活性剂0.6g;防锈剂29g;爆炸剂8g;电解质1g;其他添加剂0.5g;去离子水60.9g。
其中,表面活性剂为脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂(碳链数12)及脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂(碳链数10),其质量比为1:5;防锈剂为油酸三乙醇胺、四硼酸钠、硼酸及三乙醇胺,质量比为10:5:6:8;爆炸剂为葡萄糖;电解质为碳酸氢钠;其他添加剂包括防腐剂为柠檬酸钠0.2g、钙镁离子络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1g、消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂0.2g。
实施例3:
本发明提到的一种适用于等离子割缝筛管的环保型全合成切割液,其组成为:
表面活性剂0.8g;防锈剂26g;爆炸剂9g;电解质1.5g;其他添加剂0.7g;去离子水62g。
其中,表面活性剂为脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂(碳链数12)及脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂(碳链数10),其质量比为1:5;防锈剂为油酸三乙醇胺、四硼酸钠、硼酸及三乙醇胺,质量比为10:5:6:8;爆炸剂为葡萄糖;电解质为碳酸氢钠;其他添加剂包括防腐剂为柠檬酸钠0.3g、钙镁离子络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2g、消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂0.2g。
参照上表,本发明优选的3种化学添加剂经调配后,在-5~100℃温度下,pH为9的条件下,表面张力,叠片防锈时间,电导率的情况,经过实验说明,本发明具有使用寿命长的特性,同时兼具良好的防锈性、排屑性和冷却性。在不同的水硬度条件下均可保持良好的稳定性能,并且对环境无害、对人体无损害,符合环保理念。
另外,本发明配方体系结合了等离子割缝筛管技术的工艺特点,采用特殊的表面活性剂复配来保持其清洗性能,也提高了加工精度与效率。

表面活性剂0.6%-1%、防锈剂24%-29%、爆炸剂8%-10%、电解质1%-2%、其它添加剂0.5%-1%,剩余为去离子水;
所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇类非离子表面活性剂;
所述防锈剂为油酸三乙醇胺、四硼酸钠、硼酸及三乙醇胺的复配剂;
所述爆炸剂为葡萄糖;
所述电解质为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的一种;
所述其它添加剂为防腐剂、钙镁离子络合剂和消泡剂复配。

3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于等离子割缝筛管的环保型全合成切割液,其特征是:所述钙镁离子络合剂采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
