Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a multi-effect plant skin-care nano emulsion product and application thereof. The raw materials comprise, by mass, 1-10% of plant extracts, 20-30% of base oil, 2-5% of emulsifiers, 0.3-1% of humectants, 0.1-0.4% of preservatives, and the balance of water. The multi-effect plant skin care nano emulsion product prepared by the invention is mild and non-irritant, can effectively repair skin barriers, increases the water content of skin, improves the skin state, and has good spreadability and stability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a multi-effect plant skin-care nano emulsion product and application thereof.
Background
The skin barrier is composed of sebum membrane, horny layer, lipid, etc., and can help resist the influence of external harmful irritant substances, sunlight, etc., and has effects of keeping moisture and resisting inflammation. The skin barrier is damaged by many reasons, such as long-term exposure to ultraviolet light, improper skin care, and the like. Skin barrier damage can easily cause skin dryness, skin aging, color spots, allergy, dermatitis, and other skin problems.
How to repair the skin barrier and improve the skin condition is a common problem faced by the skin care products of the prior art. Skin care products contained in the world at present often contain too many chemical components, have large irritation and are not suitable for people with sensitive muscles and the like, and the pure natural components are difficult to be absorbed by the skin due to large size.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.

In order to solve the technical problems, the first aspect of the invention provides a multi-effect plant skin care nano-emulsion product, which comprises, by mass, 1-10% of plant extracts, 20-30% of base oil, 2-5% of an emulsifier, 0.3-1% of a humectant, 0.1-0.4% of a preservative, and the balance of water.
Preferably, the plant extract comprises one or more of camellia seed extract, aloe extract, avocado extract, centella extract, shea fruit extract, loquat leaf extract, sage extract, hawthorn fruit extract, seaweed extract and lemon extract.
Preferably, the base oil comprises one or more of rose seed oil, argan, avocado oil, coconut oil, evening primrose oil, macadamia ternifolia nut oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil and jojoba oil.
Preferably, the emulsifier comprises at least one of a nonionic surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyol ester and tween.
Preferably, the polyol ester comprises one or more of glycerol stearate, sucrose polystearate and polyglycerol stearate.
Preferably, the zwitterionic surfactant comprises at least one of lecithin and betaine.
Preferably, the humectant comprises one or more of amino acid, polyalcohol, hyaluronic acid, ceramide, sorbitol and urea.
Preferably, the preservative comprises one or more of phenoxyethanol preservative, imidazolidinyl urea preservative, benzyl alcohol preservative, benzoic acid preservative and sorbic acid preservative.

The loquat leaf extract (Latin name: Eriobotrya japonica) contains nerolidol, farnesol, myrcene, para-cymene, linalool, elenol, ursolic acid, oleanolic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, malic acid, tannin, vitamins B and C, etc., and has excellent antioxidant effect and anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
Hawthorn fruit extract
The fructus crataegi extract (Rehmanniaglutinosa) contains flavonoids, triterpenes, organic acids, proteins, vitamin C, etc., has effects in scavenging hydroxy free radical and superoxide free radical, inhibiting activity of metalloproteinase, and improving skin condition.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the camellia seed extract to the loquat leaf extract to the hawthorn fruit extract is (0.5-2): (5-10): (3-7).
With the increasing of age and the influence of ultraviolet light on skin, the skin water content is continuously reduced, collagen is lost, collagen fibers are broken, skin surface color spots, wrinkles are generated, and other skin problems are continuously caused. The specific plant extract contains a plurality of effective active ingredients such as unsaturated fatty acids, sesquiterpenes, triterpenic acids, flavonoids, vitamins and the like, can directly penetrate through the horny layer, acts on the dermis layer, promotes the growth of collagen and collagen fibers, has good inhibition effect on tyrosinase and metalloprotease, can help to remove free radicals, effectively inhibit bacteria and diminish inflammation, improve the composition of secreted sebum, prevent skin inflammation and improve the softness and oiliness of skin.
Base oil
The base oil is also extracted from plants, and has extremely excellent skin moistening effect.
Preferably, the base oil comprises one or more of rose seed oil, argan, avocado oil, coconut oil, evening primrose oil, macadamia ternifolia nut oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil and jojoba oil.
Further preferably, the base oil is argan and olive oil.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the arglycerol to the olive oil is (10-15): (2-5).
The skin barrier, which is primarily composed of the stratum corneum layer of the skin surface, is important to protect the skin from external irritations and to protect the skin from loss of moisture. Because the skin is directly contacted with the external environment, the skin is easily damaged due to the influence of the external environment, and the skin barrier function is mainly characterized by dry skin, desquamation, sensitive skin, easy allergy, skin inflammation and the like. The research of the invention finds that the specific base oil has excellent effects of helping to repair skin barriers, improving the water content of the skin and the like. The base oil contains squalene, phytosterol and other components similar to skin components, can form components similar to skin lipids together with specific plant extracts, specific emulsifiers, specific humectants and other components in a system, and helps to repair skin barriers, improve cohesion between skin keratinocytes and prevent moisture loss on the skin surface by filling skin lipid loss areas. Particularly when the weight ratio of the argan oil to the olive oil is (10-15): (2-5), the skin repair effect is best, and the skin health can be effectively maintained.
Emulsifier
The emulsifier is usually a surfactant and a high molecular polymer, can promote the oil phase and the water phase to form a uniform and stable emulsifying system, and is beneficial to the full play of the components.
Preferably, the emulsifier comprises at least one of a nonionic surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyol ester and tween.
Preferably, the polyol ester comprises one or more of glycerol stearate, sucrose polystearate and polyglycerol stearate.
Still more preferably, the polyol ester is polyglyceryl stearate.
Preferably, the zwitterionic surfactant comprises at least one of lecithin and betaine.
Still more preferably, the zwitterionic surfactant is lecithin.
Moisture-retaining agent
The moisturizer can prevent the moisture loss of the skin and even help the skin to effectively absorb the moisture from the air so as to keep the skin moist.
Preferably, the humectant comprises one or more of amino acid, polyalcohol, hyaluronic acid, ceramide, sorbitol and urea.
Preferably, the ceramide comprises one or more of ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 4 and ceramide 6.
Preservative
The preservative is mainly used for inhibiting the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, keeping the stable property of the cosmetics and prolonging the shelf life of the cosmetics.
Preferably, the preservative comprises one or more of phenoxyethanol preservative, imidazolidinyl urea preservative, benzyl alcohol preservative, benzoic acid preservative and sorbic acid preservative.
Further preferably, the preservative is a compound of a benzoic acid preservative and a sorbic acid preservative.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the benzoic acid preservative to the sorbic acid preservative is (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2).
The invention provides a multi-effect plant skin care nano emulsion product which is nano emulsion and can be prepared by adopting methods such as an ultrasonic extraction method, a high-pressure homogenization method, an inversion emulsion method, a temperature phase-change method and the like, wherein the high-pressure homogenization method is adopted in the patent and comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the formula, mixing and stirring the plant extract, the base oil, the emulsifier and the humectant uniformly, and heating to 75-85 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
(2) adding antiseptic into the mixture, circularly homogenizing by a high-pressure homogenizer under the conditions of 90-120MPa and 75-85 deg.C, shaking for homogenizing for 10-20min, and discharging to obtain the final product.
The multi-effect plant skin-care nano emulsion can be directly used as a skin-care product, and can also be added with a thickening agent, squalane, phytosterol and other cosmetic raw materials for secondary processing to prepare other products for skin care, washing and the like.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.
In addition, the starting materials used are all commercially available, unless otherwise specified.
Examples
Example 1
A multi-effect plant skin-care nano-emulsion product comprises, by mass, 8% of plant extract, 22% of base oil, 4% of emulsifier, 0.6% of humectant, 0.4% of preservative, and the balance of water.
The plant extracts include Camellia oleifera seed extract (Latin name: Camellia oleifera Abel.), folium Eriobotryae extract (Latin name: Eriobotrya japonica), and fructus crataegi extract (Latin name: Rehmanniaglutosa). The weight ratio of the camellia seed extract to the loquat leaf extract to the hawthorn fruit extract is 1: 6: 5.
the camellia seed extract is purchased from Changsha Hejian biotechnology limited; the loquat leaf extract is purchased from Mufang Biotech limited company, Xinyang, and is available under the trade name: MF-002598; the hawthorn fruit extract is purchased from Mufang Biotech limited company, Xinyang, and has a brand number: MF-009113.
The base oil is diglycerol and olive oil. The weight ratio of the arglycerol to the olive oil is 14: 2. the argan is purchased from Jiangxi cedar natural medicinal oil Co., Ltd, and the olive oil is purchased from Guangzhou Guangrui cosmetics Co., Ltd.
The emulsifier is a zwitterionic surfactant. The zwitterionic surfactant is lecithin, and the lecithin is hydrogenated lecithin.
The humectant is ceramide. The ceramide is ceramide 1 and ceramide 3, and the weight ratio of the ceramide 1 to the ceramide 3 is 1: 5.
the preservative is compounded by a benzoic acid preservative and a sorbic acid preservative. The mass ratio of the benzoic acid preservative to the sorbic acid preservative is 1: 1. the benzoic acid preservative is sodium benzoate, and the sorbic acid preservative is sorbic acid.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to a formula, mixing and stirring the plant extract, the base oil, the emulsifier and the humectant uniformly, and heating to 83 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
(2) adding the preservative into the mixture, circularly homogenizing by a high-pressure homogenizer under the conditions of 115MPa and 83 ℃, shaking and homogenizing for 18min, and discharging to obtain the multi-effect plant skin-care nano emulsion.
Example 2
The specific implementation mode of the multi-effect plant skin-care nano-emulsion product is the same as that in example 1, except that the raw materials comprise 10% of plant extract, 30% of base oil, 5% of emulsifier, 1% of humectant, 0.4% of preservative and the balance of water.
Example 3
A multi-effect plant skin care nano emulsion product is prepared by the same specific implementation manner as in example 1, except that the weight ratio of the camellia seed extract to the loquat leaf extract to the hawthorn fruit extract is 0.5: 5: 3.
example 4
A multi-effect plant skin care nano emulsion product is disclosed, and the specific implementation manner is the same as that in example 1, except that the weight ratio of the argan oil to the olive oil is 15: 5.
example 5
A multi-effect plant skin care nano-emulsion product is disclosed, the specific implementation mode is the same as that in example 1, except that the ceramide is ceramide 3.
Example 6
A multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product, according to the same embodiment as in example 1, except that the emulsifier is a non-ionic surfactant, and the non-ionic surfactant is Polyglyceryl-3methylglucose distearate (INCI number: Polyglyceryl-3methylglucose stearate) and Polyglyceryl-10 isostearate (CAS number: 133738-23-5) in a ratio of 1: 1, compounding.
Comparative example 1
A multi-effect plant skin care nano emulsion product is prepared by the same specific implementation manner as in example 1, except that the weight ratio of the camellia seed extract to the loquat leaf extract to the hawthorn fruit extract is 0.1: 6: 5.

The specific implementation mode of the multi-effect plant skin care nano-emulsion product is the same as that in example 1, except that the emulsifier is tween-20.
Comparative example 3
The specific implementation mode of the multi-effect plant skin care nano-emulsion product is the same as that in example 1, except that the base oil is argan glycerin.
Comparative example 4
The specific implementation mode of the multi-effect plant skin care nano-emulsion product is the same as that in example 1, except that the humectant is glycerin.
Performance testing
1. And (3) stability testing: the nano-emulsion prepared in the example and the comparative example is placed at the temperature of-15 ℃ for 2h, then placed at the temperature of 40 ℃ for 2h, and the circulation is carried out for 5 times to observe whether the layering phenomenon exists.
2. Spreadability test: the viscosity test was carried out with a rotary viscometer according to GB/T15357-2014 standard, test temperature 23 ℃.
3. Skin moisture content test: selecting 50 volunteers 24-30 years old, dividing into 10 groups, applying the nanometer emulsion prepared in the examples and comparative examples to the inner side of the forearm, detecting with a skin moisture tester, and measuring the change of skin moisture content after 1.5h, wherein the change of the moisture content is skin moisture content after use-skin moisture content before use.

Claims (10)
1. A multi-effect plant skin-care nano-emulsion product is characterized by comprising, by mass, 1-10% of plant extract, 20-30% of base oil, 2-5% of emulsifier, 0.3-1% of humectant, 0.1-0.4% of preservative, and the balance of water.
2. The multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product of claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises one or more of camellia seed extract, aloe vera extract, shea butter extract, centella asiatica extract, shea butter extract, loquat leaf extract, sage extract, hawthorn fruit extract, seaweed extract, and lemon extract.
3. The multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product of claim 1, wherein the base oil comprises one or more of rose seed oil, argan, avocado oil, coconut oil, evening primrose oil, macadamia integrifolia nut oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, and jojoba oil.
4. The multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier comprises at least one of a nonionic surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant.
5. The multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product of claim 4, wherein the nonionic surfactant is one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyol ester and tween.
6. The multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product of claim 5, wherein the polyol ester comprises one or more of glyceryl stearate, sucrose polystearate and polyglyceryl stearate.
7. The multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product of claim 4, wherein the zwitterionic surfactant comprises at least one of lecithin and betaine.
8. The multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product of claim 1, wherein the humectant comprises one or more of amino acid, polyol, hyaluronic acid, ceramide, sorbitol and urea.
9. The multi-effect botanical skin care nanoemulsion product of claim 1, wherein the preservative comprises one or more of phenoxyethanol preservative, imidazolidinyl urea preservative, benzyl alcohol preservative, benzoic acid preservative, and sorbic acid preservative.
10. Use of a multi-effect plant skin care nanoemulsion product according to any one of claims 1-9 in the cosmetic technology field.
