The thickener is one or more of xanthan gum, sclerotium gum, carbomer, sodium polyacrylate grafted starch, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosslinked polymer, acrylamide/VP copolymer and sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the multiple tightening anti-aging essence provided by the application comprises 0.5% -wt% to 1.5% -wt% of preservative; preferably comprises 0.58-wt% -1.4-wt%; more preferably, the content is 1wt% -1.3 wt%.
Specifically, the preservative is one or more of p-hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 3-propanediol and octanoyl hydroxamic acid.
The multiple tightening anti-aging essence water provided by the application comprises 0.01-wt% -0.1-wt% of chelating agent; preferably comprises 0.02-wt% -0.08-wt%; more preferably, the content is 0.02-wt% to 0.07% by weight.
Optionally, the chelating agent includes, but is not limited to, disodium EDTA.
In a part of the preferred embodiments of the present application, the multiple tightening anti-aging essence water comprises:

The multiple tightening anti-aging essence water prepared finally by the application has better effect through the proportion of the components and the auxiliary agent.
The application provides a preparation method of multiple tightening anti-aging essence, which comprises the following steps:
mixing water, thickener, humectant and chelating agent, heating, stirring, cooling, adding antiseptic, mixing, cooling, adding the components of the composition according to any one of the above technical schemes, and stirring.
The components and the proportions of the multiple tightening anti-aging essence water are clearly described, and are not repeated here.
Firstly, mixing and heating water, a thickening agent, a humectant and a chelating agent, and stirring; the heating is preferably to 80-85 ℃; the stirring is preferably specifically: stirring at 400-800 r/min for 10-15 min to uniformly mix the materials. The temperature is preferably kept for 20-30 min after stirring.
Then cooling to 40-45 ℃; preferably 45 ℃, adding the preservative, and stirring and mixing uniformly.
The application is not limited to the specific manner of stirring, and may be well known to those skilled in the art.
And then cooling to about 35-40 ℃, sequentially adding the components in the multiple tightening anti-aging composition, and discharging after uniform stirring.
The application provides a composition, which comprises Euglena parvula polysaccharide, chicory root extract, acetyl hexapeptide-8, hydrolyzed collagen and sodium polyglutamate; the mass ratio of 0.09-4.5 to 0.22-2.2 to 0.0001-0.01 to 0.01-0.5 to 0.1-0.21 of the euglena polysaccharide, the chicory root extract, the acetyl hexapeptide-8, the hydrolyzed collagen and the sodium polyglutamate. According to the skin care composition provided by the application, the fine euglena polysaccharide, the chicory root extract, the acetyl hexapeptide-8, the hydrolyzed collagen and the sodium polyglutamate are combined, so that the skin can absorb a large amount of water, the space between the collagen and other structures in the dermis is filled, the film formed on the skin surface by the chicory root extract can be utilized, the absorption of the composition is promoted, the compactness of cells and the elasticity of the skin are further enhanced, and the synergistic effect among the components is utilized by combining a specific proportion, so that the tightening and anti-aging effect of the composition is improved.
To further illustrate the present application, a composition and a compact anti-aging cosmetic provided by the present application are described in detail below with reference to examples.
The fine euglena polysaccharide and hydrolyzed collagen used in the following examples and comparative examples were purchased from Yuzhi BioStime HP; chicory root extract was purchased from noron under model Tens' Up ™ chicory tirin; acetyl hexapeptide-8 is purchased from federal pharmacy and is of the model BPN-alkyl solution; sodium polyglutamate was purchased from the Yu Huaxi organism under the model Hyafactortm-PGA sodium polyglutamate (PGA-SHM).
Example 1
The embodiment provides essence water with multiple tightening and anti-aging effects, and the formula is as follows:
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1. heating water, thickener, humectant and chelating agent to 85deg.C, stirring at 500r/min for 15min to mix them uniformly, and maintaining the temperature for 20min;
2. cooling to 45deg.C, adding antiseptic, stirring and mixing;
3. cooling to 40 ℃, sequentially adding the components in the multiple tightening anti-aging composition, and discharging after uniform stirring.
The preparation methods of examples 2 to 7 were the same as those of example 1.
In addition, for the application, comparative examples 1-8 in table 3 are provided, and specific components and contents of the essence water with multiple anti-aging effects in the comparative examples are shown in the following table 3.
Wherein, in comparative example 1, as compared with example 3, the polysaccharide of Euglena gracilis and the hydrolyzed collagen in the multiple tightening and anti-aging composition are equally divided into chicory root extract and glucose rutin; comparative example 2 in comparison with example 3, the other materials were replaced with the Euglena parvula polysaccharide and the hydrolyzed collagen in the composition; comparative example 3 does not contain chicory root extract compared to example 3; comparative example 4 contained only sodium polyglutamate and no other substances as compared with example 3; comparative example 5 contained no acetylhexapeptide-8 and chicory root extract; comparative example 6 other substances in a multiplex tightening anti-aging composition with acetyl hexapeptide-8 and chicory root extract; comparative example 7 and comparative example 8, the ratio range of the composition thereof is out of the range of the present application.
Test example 1 skin seal patch test
The testing method comprises the following steps: 30 panelists were selected, test samples (examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 8) were placed in the plaque tester chamber, and one group was selected as a blank, the plaque tester was taped to the forearm of the subject for 24 hours, skin reactions were observed after 48 hours after removal of the plaque tester, skin reaction grading criteria for the skin seal type plaque test are shown in table 4, and specific test results are shown in table 5:
as is clear from the results of the patch test in Table 5, the essence water containing Euglena gracilis polysaccharide, chicory root extract, acetyl hexapeptide-8, hydrolyzed collagen and sodium polyglutamate has low irritation and high safety.
Test example 2 instant long-acting compaction anti-aging efficacy test
The test method comprises the following steps: one week before the start of the experiment, all subjects were deactivated any skin care product with anti-aging efficacy ingredients; during the test period, the subjects spray a proper amount of the multi-tightening anti-aging essence water according to the application every morning and evening to gently apply massage to the abdomen until absorption, and during the period of 0 to 28 days, the subjects cannot apply any product, including the tested product; before testing, a subject sits still for 30min in a testing environment to enable the skin to reach the most natural state, and takes a photo record by using VISA-CR, and takes a photo record of the face by using VISA-CR after spraying the multi-tightening anti-aging essence water for 5min, and then calculates the wrinkle improvement rate and roughness before and after use by analysis software to reflect the instant improvement condition of the wrinkles of the face by each essence water, namely the instant tightening anti-aging effect.
Long-acting tightening anti-wrinkle test: the test person insists on using the multiple tightening anti-aging essence water 28d according to the present application, and photographs were taken after washing the face at day 28.
A subject: the test persons 160 are randomly divided into sixteen groups, 10 persons are respectively tested in examples 1-7, comparative examples 1-8 and blank control groups, wherein the test persons are good in health condition, free from chronic diseases, nervous system diseases, skin diseases and insensitive skin, free from allergic phenomena to common cosmetics and capable of accurately completing experiments according to regulations.
In the instant tightening anti-aging effect test, the multi-tightening anti-aging essence water prepared in examples 3 to 7 has better instant wrinkle removal effect compared with examples 1 to 7, wherein the improvement rate of skin wrinkles is more than 15%, and the improvement rate of skin roughness is more than 25%; the skin care matrix prepared in example 7 has the best immediate wrinkle removal effect, but since the skin improvement rate of example 3 is also about 15%, example 3 can be selected as the most preferred example based on cost and other factors; wherein, compared with the comparative example 3 and the comparative example 4, q is greater than 1 according to the mean value formula, the synergistic effect of the compositions of the application can be demonstrated, and compared with the comparative example, the synergistic effect of the multiple tightening and anti-aging composition of the application can be demonstrated and the comprehensive effect is better; in the long-acting compact anti-aging test, example 3 is inferior to that of comparative examples 1 to 5 in that the effect is inferior to that of example 3 when any one or more of the components of the multi-compact anti-aging composition of the present application are absent from the comparative examples, while example 3 is inferior to that of comparative examples 7 to 8 in that the composition of the present application is not within the range of the present application, thereby demonstrating that the composition of the present application has a synergistic effect and can exert the maximum effect only within the specific range of the ratio of the present application.
As can be seen from the above table, there is a significant difference (P < 0.05) between examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 8;
comparative examples 1 to 6 show significant differences in skin wrinkle improvement and skin roughness compared to example 3, indicating that the synergistic synergy between the compositions of example 3 is produced relative to the compositions lacking a portion of the components.
Compared with comparative examples 7-8, the composition of example 3 has significant advantages, which means that the composition of example 3 has more reasonable proportion compared with the composition with improper proportion, and the synergistic effect of each component is more favorable under the proportion.
Test example 3 protection of HaCaT cells by multiple compact anti-aging essence
The human immortalized keratinocyte HaCaT cells are very similar to the human primary keratinocyte in morphology and biological characteristics, have relatively simple culture conditions and easy proliferation, can be cultured in a large scale and are commonly used for in vitro experiments.

Through the ultraviolet ray resistance experiment of Table 7, it was unexpectedly found that the compact anti-aging composition of the present application has a protective effect on ultraviolet ray damaged cells; the experimental result of test example 3 shows that the five compositions of the application complement each other, and the components can protect skin cells, improve the ultraviolet tolerance of the skin and reduce the skin aging caused by photodamage through synergistic effect, thereby achieving the anti-aging effect.
According to the experimental results of the test examples 2 and 3, the composition provided by the application has the immediate tightening and anti-aging effects, has the long-acting tightening and anti-aging effects, and also has the effects of preventing skin injury caused by photo-aging, namely, the skin can be subjected to anti-aging protection from different angles, and meanwhile, only five substances are combined and the maximum synergistic effect can be exerted within a specific proportion range.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present application, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present application.

Claims (9)

1. A composition comprises Euglena gracilis polysaccharide, herba Cichorii root extract, acetyl hexapeptide-8, hydrolyzed collagen and sodium polyglutamate;
the mass ratio of 0.09-4.5 to 0.22-2.2 to 0.0001-0.01 to 0.01-0.5 to 0.1-0.21 of the euglena polysaccharide, the chicory root extract, the acetyl hexapeptide-8, the hydrolyzed collagen and the sodium polyglutamate;
the molecular weight of the hydrolyzed collagen is 1000Da.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the fine euglena polysaccharide, chicory root extract, acetyl hexapeptide-8, hydrolyzed collagen, and sodium polyglutamate is (0.9-3.6): (0.1-0.3): (0.002-0.005): (0.1-0.4): (0.07-0.21).
3. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2 for the preparation of a compact anti-ageing cosmetic.
4. A compact anti-aging cosmetic comprising a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2 and a cosmetically acceptable adjuvant.
5. The cosmetic according to claim 4, wherein the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2 is added in an amount of 0.1 to 6wt% to the compact anti-aging cosmetic.
6. The cosmetic according to claim 4, wherein the cosmetic is in the form of one or more of a skin cream, a skin softening lotion, a skin toner, a skin tightening lotion, a skin lotion, a moisturizing lotion, a nutritional lotion, a massage cream, a nutritional cream, a moisturizing cream, a hand cream, a foundation, a essence, a mask, a soap, a cleansing foam, a cleansing lotion, a cleansing cream, a body lotion, or a body wash.
7. A multiple tightening anti-aging essence, comprising:
the composition of any one of claims 1-2, 0.1-6 wt%, humectant 0.5-8 wt%, thickener 0.05-0.5 wt%, preservative 0.5-1.5 wt%, chelating agent 0.01-0.1 wt% and water make up 100%.
8. The essence water according to claim 7, characterized in that,
the humectant is one or more selected from glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol, glycerol polyether-26, inositol, dipropylene glycol, butanediol, erythritol, betaine and sodium hyaluronate;
the thickener is one or more of xanthan gum, small-core fungus glue, carbomer, sodium polyacrylate grafted starch, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosslinked polymer, acrylamide/VP copolymer and sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the preservative is one or more of p-hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, 1, 3-propanediol and octanoyl hydroxamic acid;
the chelating agent is disodium EDTA.
9. The preparation method of the multiple tightening anti-aging essence water is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
mixing and heating water, a thickening agent, a humectant and a chelating agent, stirring, cooling, adding a preservative, mixing, cooling, adding the components in the composition according to any one of claims 1-2, and stirring.
